This is a great place to train! I was in town for work for ~2 months. Here I trained BJJ, MMA, and Muay Thai classes. They have monthly contract so you're not trapped in a contract. Super cheap and reasonable pricing! The coach is great!! Owners are vey friendly. The other trainees are also very friendly. Check their Facebook for location and updates!!

Totally different work out from anything I've ever experienced, the warm up had me gassed and sweating buckets; however, the friendly environment and people part of the establishment encouraged and pushed me past my breaking point. All in all the best work out I've ever had!
