My husband got a gift card from here and finally was able to come start his sessions.
The introductory session with Tucker was great. Tucker is super nice and very easy to work with our busy schedule. We’re not morning people, so they have some late times like 5-7pm.
My husband usually does fast work outs that are in a time crunch. So this is def a bit diff than what he is used to. I believe he called it eccentric work outs where it’s slow and controlled movements. It def made him struggle and sore for many days after! He can tell this type of work out will def make him stronger in the long run.

I absolutely love Discover Stength! I have been doing strength training for over 5 years at two other studios in the Southlake and Colleyville area and in my opinion there is no comparison. The studio is beautiful and the machines are state of the art. Tucker and Josh are amazing trainers who individualize my routine every workout. They push me but assure I do not overtrain. I have seen much better results than at my previous studios after just one month. I highly recommend Discover Strength!

I can’t say enough good things about working out with Tucker at Discover Strength. He’s been incredibly consistent in helping me push past what I thought were my limits. Every session feels productive; he doesn’t just coach you through the workout, but he actually teaches you things you can take home and use on your own. Love my workouts here! Josh and Tucker are amazing trainers. A quick, focused 30 minute workout with great results. No pressure sales or contracts. No extreme training where you’ll have injuries. They gently push you when you need pushing and cheer you on to meet and surpass your goals. Great for toning or building muscle depending on your preference. Lots of time slots to choose from. Affordable group and individual training sessions. Highly recommended!
