For 3 yrs since I moved to the Valley, I have been doing lazy workouts and dreading going to the gym on my own. When I saw DOG’s Athletic Performance, they offered a 1-week trial. On my first day, i underperformed but I knew I was going to come back so I paid in full right away. Now, I look forward to working out everyday. Both coaches and other veterans greet me daily by name. I don't feel like I’m just another member, they make me feel like a part of family.

They work you as hard as you let them. My whole family joined because of the coaches (technically the truth). Overall, the people here are great and they don’t hate people who are new, instead everyone constantly is trying to pull more people in. Can’t exactly call it perfect, but for the price, it’s pretty near.

After a bad experience at another local box in the area, I found myself at Dog's where I had the honor of meeting and being coached by Jaime "Dog" and Ruben. My first day at the box it was noticeable what these two individuals had to offer as crossfit athletes/coaches. Walking in with poor technique, form, and suffering from constant back pain, a month in this box fixed all my problems and I have seen amazing progess as an athlete and person. Not only have these two individuals made me a better athlete, but have helped and push me to be a better person. It has been a pleasure getting to know these two individuals at a personal level. I am not viewed nor treated as just part of business, Dog and Ruben have made me feel and treated me like family. Lastly, it doesn't hurt to brag, but Dog is 2x crossfit regional athlete, so not only will you receive amazing treatment at this box, but AMAZING coaching at any level!
