I am from out of town and dropped in to the 9:00 class this morning. They made me feel welcome and the instructor and workout were fabulous. The instructor took time to make sure everyone had the correct form and could make modifications (to make it more or less challenging) so that each person could get the most out of their time. And she did so in a way that was not condescending. So if you are newish to working out, this would be a great place to start and if you are a gym rat, this is also a great place be.

My fiancΓ© and I donβt do CrossFit but wanted a place to train on vacation and spotted CrossFit Dripping Springs. We were both blown away with the community in the gym and how welcome the owners made us feel. 10/10 would go back next time weβre in town. Very friendly and welcoming with every one motivating each other.

I explored cross fit after years of doing the treadmill at Lifetime fitness. I am not an athlete but the folks here are really awesome and make you feel welcome. Yes, some folks are highly athletic but it does not matter at all. You will be taught the proper form for the exercises (with great patience) many of which are Olympic lifting related. You will be amazed at what you can do if you give it a shot and folks are down home Texas friendly. What else can I say? Great job Steve, Jason, Kelli and Chrystal

CrossFit Dripping Springs is a great community, and the coaches will help you achieve your goals.
I've been going here since spring 2016, never having done olympic lifting before, just "college" weight lifting. All of the coaches helped me with my form early on, and even a year later they keep watching to make sure I do the little things correctly. That level of attention and detail is huge when you start out, and even more important as time goes on to ensure you're not falling into a bad routine. The workouts also include a great mix of cardio work, so you're not doing the same things each day.

I left a great workout group in Minnesota and didn't know if I could find that kind of camaraderie and support in our move to Texas this summer. Coach Steve called me within 20 minutes of my online inquiry and I've been there 3 times a week since! The 6:30 am group have become my friends and cheerleaders. The workouts are hard but you can always finish and have that awesome feeling for the rest of the day. Even though I come from the land of 'Minnesota Nice', you can't beat the sincerity and friendliness of this box!

Been going to this gym for over 2 years and am now in the best shape of my life. Coaches have a great focus on form and safety instead of maximum weight or reps. This gym works for all shapes, sizes and experience levels and has a great community feel and everyone is supportive. Come see what you are missing!

What an AWESOME box! Coach Steve and staff are very supportive and attentive to our needs, and there is a huge team comradery presence. Always a positive environment!
I was a bit intimated to start Crossfit, but after my first class I was hooked! Working out has never been "my thing", but Crossfit is! If you're looking for a life changing experience, I highly encourage you try it out. Saturdays are community workouts - what do you have to lose?!
I just can't say good enough things about this box!!

I don't have a lot of gym experience, and I've always assumed that I'm not really strong enough or intense enough to take on something like CrossFit. But my husband had been going to CrossFit of Dripping Springs, and he really thought I'd fit in just fine, so I gave it a try for a Saturday community workout. The coaches are so helpful (and patient with my sharp learning curve) and the community is welcoming and supportive. I am growing stronger and feeling better, and I've really come to enjoy challenging myself. I highly recommend CrossFit of Dripping Springs.

I've been a member of CrossFit Dripping Springs for 2 years now. Awesome gym and coaches. Coach Steve and Kelli have pushed me to my limits....and then some. Lots of focus on technique and form, which I greatly appreciate given all the different movements. I highly recommend dropping by and attending a Foundations class.

AMAZING!! If you have any questions you can ask who ever is coaching, (Steve In the mornings) and they will be more than happy to explain and show you examples on how to keep a good form. You walk in and are welcomed from the very beginning.
Workouts are tough and once you finish, it makes you fill like you're a whole new person.
I started back in December weighing 250lbs being only 18 and having my goal to enter the Air Force. I now weigh 155 and heading into the Air force. Coach Steve and Kelli will do the workouts with you and help you whenever you need it. If my aunt wouldn't of told me about Crossfit I would of not been where I am at now.
I recommend my sister to come to the Saturday morning classes when shes in town and she really loves it and attends when she comes.
Overall I love my results and Very happy with them. If you're looking for a change and want to see how much you are honestly capable of doing I say come to a Saturday morning class and try it out. You wont regret it!

Went to my first crossfit workout today and it was AWESOME! I went based on the recommendation of my friend Dennis, who works out in the 6:30 session. Seems to be a great community vibe, everyone was super supportive of each other and the workout was pretty tough. Looking forward to getting after it again on Friday.
Steve (one of the owners) was super helpful and explained all the exercises in detail. Definitely get there 15 min early if it's your first time, in order to warm up and ask questions if you're unfamiliar.
All in all a great experience! Would highly recommend.
Ps: Tom seems to be confused because there were people of all different race and color working out and everyone seemed to be treated exactly the same. Please don't listen to Tom. Try it out!
