I have been a member for a little over 2 yrs now . I have had memberships at 2 other gyms in kaufman county , but like Dynamic the most . Owners Mike , and Rebecca are very personable people , and very friendly . The atmosphere there is laid back , and the facility is very clean . Mike , or Rebecca is probably vaccuming the floor at this very moment . I moved to mabank , tx but i still drive to kaufman to workout . Thats how much i love this gym . I strongly recommend you check them out . You will love it too . They are on the square in kaufman . Thank You Mike and Rebecca for a great place to workout .

By far one of the better gyms in east Tx. It’s always clean owners are always super friendly. Great supplements for sale, big variety of products in the vending machine. But mostly the equipment!!!! I love doing my back day here! The only down fall I’ve ever come across is how busy it gets at certain times of the day 🤣 which is good for them but bad for me. All in all 10/10 recommend.

Found a Hidden Gem in East, Texas and It is One VERY important part for my health, good habit choice and mind! Since, I Just moved out here to the Familias Ranch and without realizing; If East, Texas; Even have gyms out here! Tried several places and no success! This one has the BEST layout with various types of equipment for different types of workouts. Plus, it’s extremely Clean and simple. (I did not proofread this post. I have Dyslexia).

This has been my gym for 3 years. I love the owners they are super great and very supportive and will answer any fitness and nutrition questions you have!!! This gym has all the equipment I’d ever need from freeweights to cable machines to treadmills and everything in between. Mike, the owner, always takes the time to say hello, they keep it clean and sanitized and it feels like a solid community of people who care about fitness here. The patrons are kind and willing to offer a spot or form advice if needed. Can’t say enough about this gym, I’ve been working out almost daily here for a few weeks and I love it. I started going to Dynamic a couple years ago and it’s been comfy, positive vibes there… I always get good workouts in. The staff there, Brianna, also constantly makes sure the space is clean and sanitized, which really makes a big impact— every time I’m there, I see her wiping down equipment or tidying up. On top of that, she’s always so sweet and welcoming.

Mike and Rebecca operate the absolutely cleanest, non stinky gym I've ever been a member of, with excellent and wide ranging equipment for cardio, strength training, and crossfit, if that's your gig. I am 70 yrs old and my husband (71) have been members about 3 yrs. We've always been treated with the utmost respect and never felt we didn't beling.
It's quite spacious as well!

I travel all over the US working and there is not a single gym that compares to Dynamic Fitness. I had no idea that such a verity of equipment was available, and it's all new. The family and welcoming environment that Mike and his family creates is so peaceful. Let’s face it .. us chubby people are a little intimidated going to the gym. ( fear of judgement from the pretty and fit people, fear of the employees snickering, because we don’t know how to use the machinery.)
That is not the case at Dynamic Fitness of Kaufman. The owners are helpful and go out of their way to make you feel welcome, and that you belong there.. the clientele are the best as well, welcoming, honest .
If you don’t know how to use something, ask the staff ,and they’re more than happy to accommodate you. Honestly, I can’t really say enough about this place. It’s been my saving grace and I enjoy every day that I’m able to go..

The gym was nice. The staff was nice. However, when I needed to cancel my account when I signed on, I was told I needed to give a 30 day notice. I tried to give a 30 day notice on the second of the month so that my 30 day notice would be within the agreed time of 30 days and end on the 31st. However, it seemed the 30 day notice was really supposed to be a 60 day notice technically so now I will be charged another $50 for a month I’m not even gonna be there to use it. Once you say you need to cancel your account, they will rush you out and not give you another moments notice. So yeah, the gym is nice and they’re nice when you join. Not so nice when you leave.

I haven't worked out in a while and was super nervous about joining a gym and went in and inquired about a membership and felt so comfortable after talking with them . Everyone at this facility from the staff to the members are so nice and create a great positive atmosphere. It is super clean and there is such a wide selection of equipment to use . Highly recommend

I love coming to this gym and working out. The staff is very friendly. The gym is always clean, the people and the environment here is very positive and upbeat, and it has all of the equipment you need. Some equipment that I’ve never even used before. Great place and great people. Would HIGHLY recommend this gym.

Staff and owners are very polite always welcoming and helpful with using machines as well as with choosing the best supplements that are best for you. It is always clean and well organized as well as the woman’s restroom is always well stocked with anything you might need or have forgotten and is something that caught my attention when i first became a member. The gym is very close to home and by far the best gym ive been a member of.

This place has everything you need to do any workout. Love the attachments they use like the pic I attached. They also keep stuff really clean and all equipment is brand new. The staff is real friendly too.

If you need pre workout, recovery drinks or protein you can get that here as well.

Best gym I've ever been a member of! The staff is always super welcoming and helpful! I joined back in March to have a gym to go close to home and have stayed a member ever since. The facility and machines are always very clean and well kept. Overall, super awesome family owned gym. I love that even during peak hours you can always find equipment or a machine to use.

friendliest gym i’ve ever been to. if im doing something with the wrong form someone always kindly corrects me. if i need help with something im never afraid to ask the staff or members because i know anyone there would be quick to help. lots of diversity in this gym and it’s a very safe and comfortable environment. people of all ages, gender & color welcome. very judge free gym.

Best Gym in the County! Great OWNERS and atmosphere. I joined in March of this year and it was the best decision ever. My daughter joined a few months later and we both love it. Please come check them out! You won’t be disappointed. Oh yea the equipment is top notch!

This gym staff is ridiculous!!! I don’t see how they are allowed to do what they do. They charge you for not scanning your pass even though you have one all because of your skin color.
