This gym is absolutely amazing! The equipment is all brand new, clean, and well-maintained, and the layout makes it easy to get a great workout in without feeling crowded. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help or answer questions. I really appreciate how welcoming the atmosphere is—it feels motivating and positive every time I come in. Whether you’re new to working out or experienced, this is definitely the best place to train. Highly recommend!

Dynamis Athletics had much more equipment than any other gym I’ve been to in East Texas. The atmosphere was top tier and the employees were very professional. If you’re looking for a great gym with all the essentials I highly recommend Dynamis Athletics.

If you are looking for a home gym… this is the place! Dynamis has amazing equipment don’t even get me started on the mirror room. A good pump has never looked better! the atmosphere is great the trainers really get you pumped up and the whole staff is full of knowledge and super enthusiastic about what they do! If you are mom the biggest plus about this gym is the child care. You can reserve a spot drop your kiddo off and get a great workout in knowing your kiddo is being taken great care of! Could not recommend this gym enough GO CHECK IT OUT!

Awesome gym, Awesome atmosphere. Very few gyms cater too and care about your opion and results. The owner is a Firefighter and in the Military. I would recommend if you are either of the two go to this gym. For all us average joes, everyone at that gym knows what they are doing to get us on the right track and keep us there.

I have 3 under 4 years old and couldn’t go without having some sort of childcare and it’s included in the package I got. Lifesaver! Childcare worker was attentive to my children and I could workout and have childcare provided on site!

We couldn't be more impressed with Dynamis Athletics in Jacksonville, Texas! My son has been doing personal training sessions with Damien, and the progress he's made is incredible. Damien is not only knowledgeable and motivating but also genuinely invested in helping his clients succeed. He pushes just the right amount and always keeps the workouts challenging, yet fun.

The gym itself is clean, well-equipped, and has a positive, focused atmosphere that makes you want to keep showing up. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and it's clear that the team here truly cares about each individual's goals and growth.

I stopped by while visiting Jacksonville, and I was seriously impressed. The machines are all high-quality, and the lighting and overall vibe are immaculate. You can tell a lot of care went into creating the space. If I still lived nearby, I’d be here all the time! 😍

Just finished working out at Dynamis Athletics and this gym is amazing! Brand new equipment, and it's top of the line! Family owned and operated by local Jacksonville natives.
They offer Personal Training and Nutrition coaching 1 on 1. They also offer group fitness classes for strength, cardio, dance, pilates, and yoga. Best part? They offer staffed child care!
