The people are friendly and welcoming, the instructors are personable and encouraging, the workout is challenging, and they help you with form so that you don’t get injured. Coming from the last two gyms where I did get injured several times a year, I greatly appreciate the smart movement and modifications here. I think I’ve found my place!

I needed to add to my exercise routine and tried Dynamis Fitness. It was love at first class. I have some health issues that require accommodations. No problem! The trainers always find a way for me to get the same benefit as the person next to me without hurting myself. I never feel like I'm slacking because they encourage me the same as the others in the class. If you want a welcoming encouraging place to work out this is the place. I feel safe yet challenged. I've found my new gym home!

It’s so nice to finally have a place that makes me excited to workout before work. The entire staff is enthusiastic and welcoming. The workouts are varied every day and they show you different varioations of difficulty for each move! I also love the air flow and music to get you pumped up and cooled off!

I love this place!!!
I tend to get bored after a few months but this place has kept my attention for over 2 years! It's so much more than just a gym. The trainers are excellent! I've made so many friends! I feel like I'm on a team filled with encouraging people who know how to play and get it done!
