Beautiful newly painted pickleball and tennis courts! The pickleball nets are stationery yet height adjustable, so no tear down is required. One court has a regularly shaded side (practice wall side). There is a roller to absorb water, but nothing for leaves.

A nice place to take your family. If you are a resident of Eagle Springs, these amenities are offered via your home owners and paid taxes so make sure you pay them. The area pools aline are worth the fees!

I was in this area while working, I hated my lunch up at a local c-store and came to this park. They have picnic tables available but decided to eat in my work truck instead because of covid. I still got to enjoy a beautiful area on an amazing fall weather day in Texas. It's a very beautiful relaxing area. Visit if your in the area!

It's a very nice facility. A grandson is here for football practice. The field was completely shaded at 5:30 with a cool breeze. There is a club house, playground, covered picnic area and plenty of parking. Bring your own chairs.
