Ade, how do I start…..
When I first met you, I was scared of the gym, didn’t know what I was doing, and had zero confidence. I felt lost, physically and mentally. You didn’t just train me, you coached me, supported me, and believed in me when I couldn’t believe in myself.

You pushed me with kindness, explained things in a way I understood, and always made me feel seen. I’ll never forget when you told me I “graduated”; it meant everything. Even after our sessions, you were there answering my questions and guiding me.

Two years later, I’m still working out consistently, and it all started with you. Thank you for changing my life. I’ll always be grateful.

Had another great session with Ade today! Ade has extensive knowledge and he educates as he trains, which has really improved my workouts and helped my form and isolation. The routines he designs are challenging, stimulating, and varied. He is capable of transforming body types as well. I had a fitness oriented past but it gave way to a busy work life. He is not simply having me do standard sets we all know, but is working through a rehab of the imbalances and weaknesses that built up as we simultaneously go through a targeted plan to build muscle and get my physique back. Finally, he is prompt, quick to respond to texts, professional, outgoing, accommodating, and appreciative of his clients. You get his full attention and he pays attention to detail. The result is not only a great workout but you become a better athlete.

Quick update - I'm in my second year as a client of Ade's. Still nothing but good things to say. Our first year was focused on rehab and building size while staying relatively lean. This year we're continuing our progress and the programs remain very tailored to my individual needs. I'd feel comfortable recommending Ade's services to anyone. Thanks Ade!

I came to Ade with sharp knee pain. After a physical assessment, he was able to identify areas of weakness that were causing excessive pressure on my knee. After 4 sessions of strengthening those weaknesses, the pain went away. After 4 more, I was back to heavy squatting again!

"Before you ask, I'm doing great!" - someone that didn't even care about exercise at all until recently. Ade helped me with strengthening my weaker, non-dominant left arm with good form. We focused on stability exercises, which helped with other workouts. He pushes me very hard on lower body days, which helped me build strength over time. His services are very high quality, and he is someone that you want to keep for the long term to reach your goals. It's hard to find good people like this honestly. 5/5 stars

I have been training with Ade for almost 6 months now & he is absolutely great at what he does. He listens to your body & adjusts your workouts to suit your injuries/pain.

Unlike most personal trainers, he offers a variety of services. We recently ventured into massaging & scrapping for my plantar fasciitis. I have had three surgeries because of my PF & somehow while working to get the knots out of my calf muscles, he has been able to relieve 80% of the nerve pain left from the surgeries I had over two years ago 🙌🏾🙏🏽🙌🏾🙏🏽

He is thorough & listens to what you have to say. He takes the time to research your injuries to see how better he can help relieve your pain while making you sweat lol. He makes sure your workouts are pain-free as they relate to your injuries while delivering a kick ass workout. I couldn't have found a better trainer!!!! 💯💪🏾

I needed a different pace and type of strength training due to my age and activity level. I am an avid tennis player and wanted to stay lean and not lose muscle mass, while also preventing injury. For the last few years I had been experiencing a lot of knee pain and hip pain. In just 2 months of consistent training with Ade, he has identified any muscle weaknesses and improved my movement and mobility with specific exercises. In addition I’ve not felt pain in my joints and knees and continue to play at a high level of tennis. I receive compliments on my tennis game, and I believe the rotational exercises Ade has me doing has really improved my power and strength in my tennis game. Ade really pays attention to your goals and needs and the attention to detail on form makes a huge difference in results.

I have worked out for most of my life with little to no formal instruction besides high school sports. Last year I started lifting heavy and ended up with a host of injuries. Eda has improved my form and physique tremendously with zero injuries since I started with him a few months ago. His approach is based around healthy conditioning instead of ego lifting. Ade is the BEST personal trainer you can find. I have lived in Miami, NYC, and Europe and know he is really great!! From my mobility issues, to reading my body and correcting me so I can improve my form… Ade is more…. He listens to what you want from the sessions. Me and my spouse train with Adé. He is very knowledgeable about how everything works . I got the results I wanted in about a month or so… he also guided us on our nutrition. Ade is the only person I trust to train me correctly and to help me fix my imbalances. I’ve been to other trainers before, but they weren’t able to identify my weak or strong muscles, and they weren’t able to identify the areas in which I’m compensating. Ade, in just a few sessions, was able to correctly identify the muscles we needed to stretch more and the muscles we needed to strengthen.
