Overall I have had a very good experience with the gym. They are punctual, automated payment system. Very good coaches that follow up with you on your kid progress after each class. Also, they are very accesible for class arrangements when you miss a class. I like the environment and they are super friendly! My little one loves going to her class.

If you want to be the parent that doesn’t pay attention to details and won’t care that there are young couches that are yelling at ur child and get mad that certain things happening that aren’t the child fault by all means bring them here , other then that this place isn’t for your child that can improve with their ability’s i don’t know if this is peoples alternative for daycare for the amount of kids here but I don’t recommend if you actually want your child to learn and improve their mobility, I would say look elsewhere, to see young couches yell at kids and not have self control of there own emotions kinda show what this places is leading on.

I only have great things to say about El Paso Gymnastics. Everyone including coaches, managers, and people on the phone are attentive, helpful, and care about your kids succeeding. The online portal to schedule classes is easy to use, classes are well structured, and provide a path for your kids to advance.
Keep up the good work!

Extremely expensive for what they "teach" .. not worth it half the things they do ..a parent can do at home or at the park with their child also they advertise ninjas and definitely nothing to do with martial arts

Our kids have been in three gyms and this is the best one. The classes are small so the coaches are able to focus on helping the kids with their skills. They have amazing and knowledgable coaches who are so kind and care about what they do. Coach Emily is the best. She is so patient and great at teaching no matter the age group.

Awesome gym. My daughter really liked this place for how they helped her learn what what she was lacking in skills. Also the customer service was great. Very friendly and helpful staff. The only thing is it’s a lot of kids so the coaches don’t get to talk to all the parents at the end of the session to tell them how the child’s progression is

Let me start of by saying that Robyn & Barbara are the most incredible, efficient, professional & knowledgeable front desk staff! My son started in the Jumping Jelly beans class with coach Selina and she is also amazing, my son only wanted her to be his coach because she is so sweet and fun with the kids. Now my son moved up to the Ninja Kids with coach Gabriel which he is also fun and nice to the kids and my son has adapted well and likes how he teaches the class. The gym is okay clean and has various payment plans to work with. Tons of monthly events and clinics. I highly recommend!

So, I brought my daughter (2 yr old) here for the summer while visiting El Paso. We both enjoyed our experience. I actually hate that we have to go back home. My daughter became comfortable with Coach Brisa (she's the best) and grew so much in a very short time. Even when the class had a few more students (6 or 7?), I felt my daughter still got the attention and instruction that she needed. I love that you can try it out first. The homeschooling classes were perfect for our schedule. Great experience overall.

I signed my son up for the cartwheel clinic. The class was supposed to be an hour long but they only spent 20 minutes actually practicing their cartwheels on 4 "stations", where they repeated certain exercises to help with their cartwheels. The coach only guided them to their stations and that was it.
It was a complete waste of time

We started coming here during the pandemic so the kids had something to do. My kids love attending class, the camps and kids’ night out events. The staff is friendly and all the coaches are great with their students. The bonus is having my kids’ coordination improve from the classes.

Love it, not expensive at all. You can try it out before you decide to sing up. It's on a monthly basis No contracts. They also have kids night from 6pm to 11pm on Saturdays, way better than finding a babysitter for date night and we all come home tired, 😀

We tried out a homeschool gymnastics class for free. Was impressed with their professionalism. It was easy to get an appointment. The class started exactly on time. The instructor gave personalized feedback to each parent after class. Temperatures were taken before class and masks were worn the whole time. The price per child was reasonable ($49).

This review is based off of my experience of my daughter being enrolled In the jumping jellybeans program on Saturdays for two years.
I would have to say overall my experience was negative. The coaches were often stand-offish and seemed like they were lacking patience with the kids. If your child is not disciplined enough or doesn’t listen well, your child will be kicked around between different coaches.
The gym on Saturdays often seemed overcrowded with too many programs going on at once. This creates lots of distractions thus creating a distracted child.
The gym was very dark and gloomy. I felt that it was incredibly uninspiring and definitely in need of more light.
The parking is also terrible and if you didn’t arrive 15-20 minutes before the class starts, you as a parent would end up not being able to find good seats or let alone a seat at all.
Coaches that work there often quit creating high turnover and confusion as I would not know who to talk to about my daughters progress. The coaches were also behind on updating skills in the skill chart which was frustrating as this was supposed to be an interface for parents to keep track of their child’s progress in the program.
My suggestions for the owner and management would be to reduce turnover and to increase the size of facilities. I would also suggest using brighter colors, lighting and more windows.

My Daughter attended Gymnastics and All-Star Cheer at Gymnastics Elite West, and the only thing I can say is if you need more stress and confusion in your life then this is the place to go. When my daughter first started at Elite she did Gymnastics and Tumbling classes there were no issues, and my daughter loved going to class. My daughter started All Star Cheer in January and since then it has been nothing but downhill from there. Parents paid a booster fee to get items for the Cheer team and that includes a backpack with my daughter's name on it that was never done, shirts for parents with my daughter's name on it and that was never done. The billing was completely messed up when their manager left, charged three times in one month, and being accused several times that I had not made a payment when in fact I had to provide my bank statement more than twice to get the credit to my daughter's account. Then comes the issues with coaches, being talked down to and yelled at and being told what my daughter can and can not do at another gym because the cheer coach did not want another coach help my daughter, so she gets yelled at. My daughter did gymnastics, cheer, and tumbling we were there more then we were at home. This business claims always about fun when a 10-year-old goes and have fun and it stuck between two grown men fighting about helping her with the same thing is ridiculous and uncalled for and plain immature! The owner confronted the said coach and then he retaliated against a 10-year-old, and me for " making the owner yell at him. When I told the owner of the issues I am told " they have had issues in the past with the said coach" so it takes a 10-year-old crying and leaving a team for the owner to do something about this coach? Pretty sad when employees of the gym sends me a text apologizing for the coach's actions and the outcome of the entire situation. My opinion is to go to a different GYM unless you want a headache and problems for your child to have fun! The best thing about this place was meeting certain coaches that do care about the kids and truly love their job instead of coaches competing with each other on who is going to help a child. Poorly ran gym and more so poorly customer service from the owner himself.

Very disappointed with this gym. My daughter is very young (4yrs) and was moved up to the bronze level recently . She is very petite, reserved and shy. Her new coach was not very understanding of my child’s personality. My child was sent home on several occasions for not wanting to warm up with the other children because she was afraid of getting shoved when running in a circle with children much bigger than her. In addition to my four-year-old, I have an 18-month-old. As you can imagine it was very upsetting to spend my entire morning getting them ready to travel to class, to be told that she cannot participate .
I understand that gymnastics, in addition to other things, it’s meant to build character and work ethic. I also understand the importance of warming up before any type of exercise. But what was really upsetting was that on each occasion several other girls showed up to class over 15 minutes late, and went straight into their gymnastics class, without the warm-up. They were not asked to leave . Where is the fairness?
Kind of makes me wonder if this was some sort of prejudice. Will never be returning, and I suggest you look for other options as well.

Great experience for children! Less expensive than a babysitter who is sitting on his/her phone, watching television, eating all our groceries! And children learn, exercise, socialize, and have fun! My only suggestion at this point, is for employees to be more assertive and present at the doors, introducing themselves to all parents, answering questions with excitement and knowledge, putting parents at ease for leaving their children in a public place for child care. Thank you for your service!

My girls enjoy their weekly class and had a great time at camp during the Thanksgiving holiday. They are learning a lot and look forward to getting better. My only recommendation is smaller class sizes for the "new" kids. My girls started late (ages 5 and 6) and they have a long way to go. The class has varying ranges of ability, so it would be great if there was a specific class for those that are brand new so they get more of the basics and then "graduate" to a different level.
