Had such a great time!

Had a stretching session with trainer Robert and it was amazing!!!! I've always felt cramped up like a balled up piece of paper lol After our session my legs were noodles my back was relaxed even helped me with how I stand and posture. Highly recommended.

I don’t even know where to begin when it comes to Robert and Elements of Fitness. January I decided to start working out on my own, and in May I finally decided to begin joining my fianceè in her Ignite 30 sessions with him. I’ve grown tremendously mentally and physically since I’ve started and truly am so glad to be apart of the Elements of Fitness family. Robert will challenge you, motivate you, but will also consider your current physical state and where you want to be. I highly recommend trying him out and investing in your health journey!

I've known Robert for almost ten years, and have been working out with him off and on over that time period. He is ALWAYS willing to meet you where you're at in life and develop a program that will meet your individual needs, no matter what those look like. Even when I haven't been able to work out with him for 6 months due to my personal schedule, he is always ready to welcome me back and work on getting my fitness level back up in a safe and manageable manner. Robert makes working out fun and always knows just how far to push you. I highly recommend him to anyone, regardless of your fitness level and goals.

I started training with Robert in 2015. I was 40 years old & I was skinny/fat and not strong at all. I weighed 119lbs of nothing. It took me 2 years to gain 10lbs of muscle but I did it with Robert's help. He put me on a meal plan & worked me to death. Sometimes my legs were so sore I had a hard time sitting on the toilet. But it was all worth it. I feel better now at 50 than I did at 35. Robert plays the best music & he inspired me to eat better & be conscious of my health & stress level. Robert is the best investment I've made in myself.

My husband and I have had the luck of working out with Robert for over 14 years. I have always been an active person and was honestly not sure how much I would get out/benefit from having a personal trainer. I was also a bit insecure at first about using gym equipment. I can say with confidence now that choosing this path was the best choice we made. We are healthy, strong and have above average flexibility for our age range. Robert customized workouts for us to meet us at our level. He is brilliant at varying each session so that training stays fresh/not boring and muscles don't get used to the same movements. When I started playing competitive tennis, he worked with me to make me a stronger player and it worked. I won many matches because of my physical fitness and ability to get to the ball. We were thrilled when Robert opened his own gym. If you want a brilliant, kind yet tough trainer in a boutique setting, this is for you. We have done group classes with him as well, and loved them. Last but not least, even when I am working out and sweating there are always opportunities for humor. Long review, I know, but I can't say enough good things about him. We owe him our health and we are very excited to be a part of his growing business.

Since meeting Coach Robert back in January of 2021, I knew I was in good hands. His professionalism and expertise were immediately evident, and he took the time to understand my fitness goals, limitations, and preferences. What stood out the most was his personalized approach to training. Instead of a one size-fits-all-regimen, he tailors each session to challenge me while ensuring safety and effectiveness.
I have been a long-distance runner since 2014 and struggled losing weight. Since training with Coach Robert, I have lost a total of 52 lbs., which is a huge accomplishment. What sets him apart from other personal trainers is the dedication to continuous improvement. He regularly updates workouts based on progress and feedback, keeping the sessions engaging and effective. Moreover, the nutritional guidance was invaluable, providing practical tips and meal plans to complete my fitness goals. Robert is more than your ordinary trainer, he is in tune with you. He can see if you are struggling and will modify, he can tell when it’s time to push you and oh yeah, he’ll push and he is so knowledgeable of the human body he can tell just by your form if you need a stretching session. Robert listens, he cares and he has taught me so much. No matter what mood I might be in when I arrive, I leave feeling better- body, mind and soul!

I have been working with Robert for over five years now. I was thrilled when he opened Elements of Fitness and had his own space.
Robert is so much more than a personal trainer. He really knows the human body and works to develop a program specifically for you and any past or current health issues you may be dealing with. Robert has trained me at my fitness level peak and most recently is training me after recovering from a year long battle with breast cancer.
Robert meets you where you are and is one of the most positive and genuinely kind human beings I’ve ever met. His motivation is sincere and while he may push you out of your comfort zone, he never pushes you too far.
If you are in search of someone who truly wants you to succeed and be the best version of yourself, look no more. I can not recommend Robert and Elements of Fitness highly enough. I’d give him 100 stars if that was possible!

After becoming so stagnant during the pandemic, I knew getting back into a fitness routine was necessary, but I was afraid to start. The first couple classes were a painful reminder that I had a long way to go to get to where I wanted to be.
Having my peers with me along the way has made the journey so much easier and more FUN. We hold each other accountable, and keep each other going with support, encouragement, and ZERO judgement. I began looking forward to our Tuesdays and Thursdays with Rob.
He has always met us at our level while continually pushing us towards growth. I have so much more energy and feel stronger and more confident in my body than I ever have. I have tried many times to get here on my own and failed. I truly could not have gotten this far without Robert’s coaching.

I've been working out with Robert McNeil from Elements of Fitness for about 15 months now. The results are amazing he does more than train you on weights he sculpts your body and reshapes your problem areas. I've been working out for years with very little results and in the time I've workout with Elements of fitness I've lost 10% body fat and dropped down 2 sizes. His workouts are constantly changing and keeping my body alert. I highly recommend a one on one session or joining his bootcamps.
