Too expensive for it to be burning hot. I mean you can go to planet fitness where there is ac for only $10 a month. If you can’t stand heat I don’t recommend.

had a membership here about a year ago. wouldn’t recommend wasting your money. this gym gets so hot you can put yourself in danger of heat stroke during the summer. had to stop going because i simply could not find a place to cool down when i pushed myself too hard. i had to run out to my car and turn on the air conditioning. it’s very pricey for a big garage with a bunch of old equipment. do they potentially have everything you’d want to use? yes but ya def have to be ready or plan like you were working out at someone’s closed garage because there’s no airflow in this place. it def wasn’t worth it and was def a decision i regret in hindsight. they have limited hours as well and just to get in the door they have to unlock it for you to even badge in so ya def not convenient so there’s probably a market for this type of gym but the gimmick doesn’t really match when you don’t even have all your fans working and they’ll charge you for not reaching your weights lots of hidden charges that make no sense for a business like this to have haha.

Overpriced, and lates fees are excessive. Unable to ever reach anyone when a grievance needed to be addressed. Emails sent, and no reply. Prices raised due to equipment being brought into the gym. No HVAC system durning the summer so it’s almost impossible to drain without a heat stroke. Dogs allowed inside the gym, and are not supervised by the people bringing them in. They are not service dogs, and in my opinion no one wants to train with a dog running around the gym. Overall you can find better for cheaper with locker rooms that actually have the proper accommodation, and prices that fit the budgets of today’s economy.

The atmosphere, people, machines and soo much more are definitely a VIBE FOR anyone looking for a gym that will allow you to focus on a great workout! Between the open lifts, networking and machines this place has become my sanctuary! I absolutely love this gym. As a personal trainer and IFBB Pro Bodybuilder, Empire Nation has everything that you need. No matter what your skill level is. Whether you are trying to lose weight and tone up what you consider problem areas, or build muscle, or trying to become the next Mr. Olympia. This gym has everything that you need. You won't find another gym with more equipment to build the perfect body. There's tons of back machines, legs, chest, arms, shoulders, calves machines etc... You will run out of time before you run out of machines to work on. Trust me, this place is nothing like the cookie cutter commercial chain gyms that you are used to. Nowhere close! Empire has a great owner and friendly staff. The members here are like one big family. And here's the best part. There's so much equipment here, you never have to stand in line and wait for your favorite machine to become available. That's a win, win, within itself. And... You don't have to worry about people just sitting around playing on equipment and taking up space. The members at this gym come to work. Give this gym a try. I promise you won't regret it.

I’ve been a member here for about 2 years now and I absolutely love it, there is so many different machines to choose from, since Ive joined I noticed my physique has definitely improved! It’s never really crowded when I go, the people and owner are nice and friendly and this gym is definitely for people there to workout! not like other gyms where there is a lot of chitchatting going on. Which is great, it definitely helps me feel motivated instead of wasting my time chatting or on my phone.

The gym is huge with mostly plate-loaded machines. Most of the machines are redundant. For example, there are many machines dedicated to leg extensions, but very few for hamstring curls. The machines are mostly (not all) quite old with failing upholstery and worn-off numbers on weight stacks and dumbbells. The plates do not match and are scattered everywhere. I had to wander all over the gym in order to collect 18 non-matching plates for the hack squat machine. Putting plates in their proper place is NOT part of the ethic at this gym! I travel all over America and visit many gyms. This one is decidedly unfriendly. It might be as a result of the hip-hop/rap music being played at an eardrum-piercing volume. A day pass is $20 + tax.

The girl named Angie was asked for a favor with all due respect that if she could turn off the fan since we have an asthma problem and her answer was I don’t care if you have any problem or not, it was simply until we finished using a part in the gym and after we finished I could turn it on with all confidence but it’s because of a health problem not because one simply wants, if I’m going to pay I have no problem but we are all here to help us at all times

Huge space with a lot of nice equipment.

However the restrooms do need more attention. There is not ventilation at all so it smells. Also there are no showers.
With that been said, (Membership) price a bit too high.

But again, there are many machines. And usually you don’t have to wait to use them. Very nice new equipment too.

Tried this place this summer and it’s an oven. Management is rude if you ask them to turn on the fans. Also not enough sanitation areas, so equipment is very sticky.

Disappointed in the fact they do not display their staffed hours anywhere but on the front door. Nowhere on their website or social media do they advertise this. I arrived at 5am looking forward to checking out a new gym yet was unable to workout due to the lack of a receptionist. Check out the photo for their actual hours if you’re new!

This gym is great. There are plenty of free weights and machines, even when its busy. Everyone there including staff is really friendly, and the classes there taught by Ashley are intense but very fun. Highly recommend this gym to others.

I honestly love this gym, kinda lost my job a couple months ago and couldn’t pay the membership anymore but I’m gonna renew my membership here, just better than fitness connection in my opinion. I used to go after getting off work so around 3pm and stayed till like almost two hours just jamming out to the music. Love this place and love the employees they’re awesome also I love how there’s upper and lower separated and you can tell what it is At fitness connect you just gotta figure out what the machine is.

I would highly recommend this place. I have been there my self for boot camp as a beginner but I had to stop due to my work schedule but I am looking forward to coming back.
