Erin is amazing! She accommodated my needs - helped me try new foods, made tough but achievable goals, made me work out body parts I had no idea needed work (like who does weird toe stretches), and she did all this in with humor and authenticity. I worked with Erin for about a year with her mobility workout and about September 2023 I decided to start seeing her for the food side of her business. My original intent was to get rid of the inflammation in my body before I had a complete knee surgery. What happened was something I did not expect. When Erin changed my food to get rid of inflammation it caused me to eat better and I learned what was good nutrition and what was not. I have never been able to lose weight and within 2 to 3 months I had dropped about 25 pounds. When my husband saw my transformation and knew that I was always struggling to lose weight, he decided to join in the battle. He started with Erin about two months after me and he has lost approximately 65 pounds. We both feel fantastic. We both are living better lives. And we both are enjoying each other a lot more.

Erin is just the right blend of encouragement and motivation to change. I really value her health guidance. This is my second time working with her. Once years ago, when she was affiliated with Beach Body, she helped me maximize my potential and now years later after having more children. She really digs deep into the science behind weight loss. She is able to articulate it clearly and help communicate in a way that is truly empowering. She focuses on problems solving when it comes to hormones, balancing difficult life demands, anti-aging, and getting stuck on plateaus. She is passionate and honest about what she does. She truly wants the best for her clients and has the ability to offer the best.

Erin’s been my personal trainer for about a year. Simply put, she’s the best trainer I’ve ever worked with. My previous experiences were with trainers who spent most of my sessions distracted - on their phones or talking to others without a lot of feedback. Not Erin. For my hour, she is laser focused on me, providing instant feedback on proper form and technique. She videos me and even provides videos of herself doing lifts correctly to reinforce what I need to focus on. She’s also shown great flexibility in adapting my plan to what works and doesn’t work for me, including remote instruction as a live pretty far from her gym.

Beyond training, she’s all about proper nutrition and macro focus. It really works when I follow it :). She’s also technically proficient. I’ve called BS on her a few times and she’s proven me wrong lol.

Finally, and maybe most importantly, Erin exudes positivity. I’ve been through some down times in the past year, and she’s just taking my negativity in stride, coming back at me with authentic compassion and positivity that help me get back on track.

If you’re looking for a personal trainer with these attributes, look no further. And all for a very fair cost.

I’m not Robert, I’m Marbella (Robert is my husband, no clue why his name is here LOL) I loooove this class!!! I’ve been attending for years now. It’s a great workout, it’s a lot of fun, Erin is a great trainer, she’s funny but most importantly, she’s very professional and has given me tons of good advice (health wise) and what I appreciate a lot is that all the girls are super nice. Erin has created a safe space where everyone is included, no matter your level, age, race, etc. We sometimes meet outside of the classroom just to have fun! I have met very good friends in here! The class is adaptable for every level. If I’m feeling tired, I just do it slowly. If I’m feeling energetic I go nuts! Anyhow is always fun!

Today was my first class with Erin. Her and the ladies in the class were so welcoming and kind. It was such an amazing and fun workout. Erin has the best energy and she is so hilarious. If you’ve never taken a class with Erin, you’re definitely missing out! She’s very intentional. She gives tips and tricks to help you reach your goals if you ask. She has so much energy and a great and personality. Book a class, shoot book multiple classes. I’ve followed her to various locations for years! She’s worth every penny and more! Even though we are in a group setting with Pilates & Empower Me, Erin makes the classes feel very one-on-one. She quietly evaluates & understands everyone’s strengths & limitations. She subtly makes changes so a person can improve on herself, not necessarily to keep up with the rest of the class. She has a solid foundation in anatomy & physiology & can quickly make modifications to diminish any muscles aches, pains, cramps etc.

Erin’s dance fitness classes are my favorite way to do cardio! Her energy is contagious, and she creates such a fun, welcoming environment for everyone no matter your fitness level.
