My daughter did prenastics and tippytoe dance and this was the perfect outlet for my three year old. She loved her coaches and was always so excited to go to class. Its a super nice facility with great staff and we appreciate them so much.

It was a very popular place. It is this way very likely due to the highly energetic staff. They engage their patrons very well. Overall experience was above average.

My 6 and under year old kids went to camp there and during 1 week they were shown Zombie 4. When asked how this happened the answer was that they were only show G rated movies. The following week they showed them Demon Hunters which is a PG movie. My son came home saying mom "we watched a movie were the demons convinced people that demons were God." When I asked what happened they answered saying that my kids were distracted and after a while were watching with the other kids. A place where kids are supposed to be active and learn gymnastics is actually where they watch multiple movies per day and get some gymnastics time. So if you want to pay $75 per day for your kid to be babysat by a tv and get some floor time this is the place. Not to mention their complete disregard for what appropriate kid movies are.

Both my daughters have been coming to this gym for almost 2 years. We love that they have so many different classes. When you miss a class, you can use your makeup tokens for any of the classes. This has been a great way for us to try out different classes and different coaches. I love the flexibility to change classes to find the right fit for each of my children. They also have a play room upstairs, which I love for when we have time before class. It has taken us some switching around to find what coaches my kids mesh with best. There is some turnover with some of the coaches, which has been hard when my little ones get attached to someone they really like. We also had my daughters birthday party here recently, and it was so fun for all the kids. They taught them so many skills during the party. Overall, my kids really enjoy all the dance, gymnastics, and ninja classes. Thank you!!!

I had a fantastic experience with the adult gymnastics class! The front desk staff were friendly and made the sign-up process quick and easy. The coaches were excellent—they tailored the exercises to our individual abilities and made sure everyone felt comfortable and challenged at the right level. Highly recommend for anyone looking to try gymnastics as an adult!

I am extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism and treatment at this gym. The owner is combative, and unfortunately, this sets a terrible example for the staff, who are consistently rude. This environment has created a toxic experience for my granddaughter, who once loved gymnastics and had so much energy for it.

However, due to the lack of organization and poor communication, she has lost her love for the sport.
My granddaughter was even brought to tears because of the way they handled things, which is heartbreaking to witness. I have never encountered anything like this in El Paso, and it's incredibly troubling to see my family being treated this way. It almost feels like they are deliberately pushing us out.

Their behavior has made it painfully clear that there is a lack of diversity in their management and treatment of others. Since my daughter and granddaughter started here, they've been subjected to unwelcoming attitudes and rudeness. It feels as if they are being targeted and this is simply unacceptable.

I would strongly advise against this gym. Please take the time to read other reviews, as they reflect the hostile environment and unprofessionalism that runs deep within both the staff and management.

I felt I needed to share my experience with Endurance Elite Gymnastics as it been nothing but disappointing. My niece was so excited to start and was looking forward to it every week, but our time there has been a series of frustrations. From the start, we found the organization to be completely lacking. The staff has been rude, disorganized, and their poor communication led to a situation where my niece was unable to participate in class today. This caused her so much distress, and it broke my heart to see her so upset.

Despite our best efforts to be patient and understanding, each visit has been filled with more issues—horrible customer service, negative attitudes, and an overall unwelcoming environment. It's hard to describe just how bad the experience has been, especially when my niece loves gymnastics and we tried so hard to look past everything.

While I understand there are policies in place, it's their responsibility to provide accurate and clear information to parents, which has not been the case at all. Our entire experience has felt unprofessional and disrespectful, to the point where it seems as if they were trying to push us out the door.

I strongly recommend doing thorough research before enrolling here. Unfortunately, this is not a family-friendly or child-friendly place, and we will be looking for an alternative gym for my niece moving forward.

As I mentioned earlier, this is not a one-time issue—this has happened on numerous occasions, with staff consistently being rude. I’d also like to add that when my brother-in-law and sister tried to speak with management, their responses were hostile and unprofessional. The owner is refusing to take responsibility and is attempting to cover up the situation by calling my brother-in-law’s review a “threat.” However, what they seem to forget is that reviews exist for this very purpose—to warn others about bad behavior and poor service. Freedom of speech is clearly not supported at this gym.

Additionally, they mention that makeup tokens and reschedules are set by their staff, and as we all know, humans make mistakes. Unfortunately, their staff has made these mistakes multiple times, and instead of taking responsibility, they try to place the blame on the parents. It’s shocking how unprofessional the owner is, and the hostile responses are clear evidence of this.

Please take the time to read the reviews and responses so you can see for yourself. Find a gym that is welcoming and truly child-friendly. They made my niece cry and rather than apologizing they are creating more issues. As I said very unprofessional.

This family owned gym is horrible at customer service. I’ve had many altercations with the front staff about their policies. As I was warned to not join this gym by several moms but I wanted to se for myself because I loved how close it was to my house and office. The owner Ashely and Ryan need to have better and hire better customer service.

We attended this gym over a year ago. We had a negative experience, but did not choose to leave a review. We left this place to attend Boerne gymnastics. The people at Boerne gymnastics actually know how to treat human beings. I fully expect a defensive response from the owner. If you read all the negative reviews, it's never their fault... always the customer. All good, they just won't get my or any of my friends money. The only reason for waiting to review now is that other friends and family who have attended have mentioned the same experience. Toooooooodles and have a great weekend.

We tried this place again as we had our daughter enrolled when she was 3 a couple years back. We had no issues a few years back. She is now in Kindernastics ( 5 year old classes ). The staff is rude and not accommodating at all. They always say to use the website, yet the website often encounters issues.

When you call to try and ask for help or make a manual adjustment through the phone, they make you feel like it’s your fault or say that you signed the contract and that’s the policy. In a nutshell, my daughter could not make the Friday class at 6 PM and I saw an opening for 11 AM on their site for the next day on Saturday. I called to confirm and they mentioned because the makeup token won’t be created until Monday by “the system “ and she cannot attend; even though they acknowledged she did not attend Friday and had a makeup token. I asked kindly if they can allow her in the class as she has a makeup token that the system will generate on Monday. They said the could not do that. It’s mind boggling that they know she has a makeup token but blame the system. I asked if they can just manually adjust on Monday when the system issues the token as she would make it up on Saturday.

As a business owner, I often make reasonable accommodations for clients and never blame the system. As a parent of a 6 year old and 6 month old, we can’t make every class and just wanted a reasonable accommodation. Beware before “ signing the contract “ as this is the answer you will get when you ask for an accommodation. I do suggest getting a system that generates a makeup token at midnight the day of a missed class every day and not just Monday - Friday or a work around this if you all have such a troubling website or process to handle missed classes.

When I did get a call back, they said they only process make ups on regular business days. According to your site, you all are open Monday - Saturday, seems to be like Saturday is a regular business day to me. When I told them that Saturday is a business day as they are open, they mentioned that the General Manager processes the makeup tokens and he’s not working as they had no response to my rebuttal when I stated Saturday is a business day.

Great way to ruin my daughter Saturday morning. Guessing if she missed Thursday or any week day she would have a make up the next morning to use, but not on a Friday missed class. Broken process for a such a large gym with no accommodations.

The coaches are awesome! But the owner runs a shady business practice. I politely emailed bringing up a safety suggestion after I sustained an injury here with the adult gymnastics classes. She completely dismissed my suggestion and started accusing me of getting injured due to not following staff instructions (after I emailed her with a safety concern that I literally could not properly understand/hear the instructions…). They seem to be understaffed with a main profit motive of money over safety. I tried to be nice but will be paying more for a membership somewhere else to protect my health. Will not be returning.

Great Gym! my daughter loves being on the team and loves to do gymnastics here. The coaches are great and are very helpful. They make gymnastics fun but are also serious so the kids do not get hurt. We have been coming here for 3 years and I would recommend coming here if you are looking to put your child in gymnastics. They offer team options or just recreational classes.

Now entering our fourth season, Endurance’s competitive team has been the ideal landing spot for our child. We were looking for a clean, cheerful gym with clear, open communication and a dedicated coaching staff who tailor instruction to the needs of each athlete. Not only are there floor to ceiling windows and natural light not often found in most gyms, but there is ample observational seating on an open balcony, a video monitor to view dance instruction in classrooms (weekly dance classes during practice for team members are a bonus!), and free WiFi. Both coaches and athletes also follow strict gym guidelines to clean and disinfect mats and equipment after all rotations. We love that the gym is bright, airy and clean (and never smells like feet)!

We appreciate that the owners (who are also team coaches) have developed an extensive team handbook that is reviewed in person with the entire team and parents present at the start of each season to go over rules and requirements, set expectations for coaches, athletes and their families, and answer questions. Both athletes and parents sign off to acknowledge their adherence to the team handbook.

Both athletes and parents meet several times a year with coaching staff, whether in private meetings to answer questions, assess goals and develop individualized plans for each athlete, or in public group settings to review the team handbook and discuss various topical issues. The entire coaching staff is able to be reached via the team app, and parents and athletes can call or email the owners as well. Communication is clear and open, and coaches are also proactive in speaking with parents and athletes after practice.

We have found the coaching to be consistently positive, yet firmly encouraging when needed. No athletes are pushed to perform skills beyond their personal boundaries or capabilities and safety is a priority. Our daughter has a physical limitation that flares up occasionally, and we appreciate that coaches maintain an awareness of her boundaries and treatment needs. The coaches also monitor the athletes for fatigue (physical, mental, emotional) and keep it top-of-mind that they are children first, athletes second.

The gym is also fun! Weekly, athletes participate in a variety of fun competitive games. There are themed parties and lock-ins, bonding exercises, and opportunities to gather as a team outside the gym. Another bonus has been periodic professional guest speakers talking to athletes and families about health and wellness. There are also opportunities for team members to perform in seasonal dance showcases at the gym in programs with the gym’s dance, cheer and ninja students.

Our daughter and family have found a great home at Endurance!

My daughter has been at this gym for almost 4 years, she was 3 at the time. She Started in rec classes then started to progress onto the team. While I have no other experience with other gyms or coaches for my daughter, this would be a tough act to follow. The coaches we had in the rec classes were fantastic, they fostered a love of gymnastics to my daughter. The coaches she has now are fantastic. They care about their athletes as a whole and take the time to understand each one. They have helped my daughter through some challenging phases. The family that owns this gym is great. They have created a safe space for kids to learn and grow.

We are just finishing up 2nd year on team! My daughter loves it. The coaches are fair but tough, and tons of fun. Never the awkward discipline I’ve seen at other gyms, & always putting the accountability back on the gymnast 🤸🏽‍♂️. Our daughter has accomplished so many new techniques and skills, we are amazed (as is she) at what two years of training has done. We can’t wait for what another two years will do! Family atmosphere, good camaraderie, thanks @endurance elite gymnastics and dance for treating our kids like your own!!! 🙌🏼🤸🏽‍♂️🥳🙏

Due to military moves, I have experienced several different gymnastics and dance studios over nearly 15 years of raising kids. We moved our gymnast to EE after seeing minimal progress and minimal hands-on coaching at a different gym. We chose EE for the coaching philosophy and for the opportunities for growth. While my daughter had 2 years of different injuries, due to growth and natural wear-and-tear of this sport, she continued to want to go. Coaches developed individual lesson plans to keep her focused on healing and strengthening for when she was medically cleared. The coaches took time to understand her injuries and to encourage the physical therapy rehab program.
After my daughter was cleared to return to full activity, the coaches met with us to assess her goals and to make a plan to achieve them. She’s thriving and happy at EE. I recommend EE for any competitive gymnast who needs a personalized and supportive environment.

I have been very impressed with Endurance Elite. My daughter did gymnastics for a few years at another gym when she was very young. The other gym was always dirty, smelled disgusting and they never had any tissues (little kids always have runny noses). When my daughter wanted to do gymnastics again after an a break of a few years, we decided to give Endurance Elite a try. It’s a night and day difference. Not only is the gym 1000 percent cleaner but the coaching is much better. The owners of Endurance Elite care about the development of their gymnasts. My daughter has learned so much while at Endurance Elite. The staff, coaches and owners are amazing. I could not imagine going to another gym.

Parents, are you looking to combat the invasive lure of teens and screens? Instant gratification has become a mental obstructionist in our culture. How can we encourage delayed gratification that will yield a mature adult? Sports, especially gymnastics, provide parents with a tool to counterbalance the destructive free-fall into idiocracy. Our son is heading into his 5th year at Endurance Elite. Gymnastics is not a sport that provides instant gratification, and that is a benefit. Training with Coach Ryan and Coach Brian has equipped my son to handle events both in competition and in life. Ian has learned how to handle failure, which humans often both fear and avoid. Learning how to overcome this fear and embrace an attitude of perseverance provides a child/teen the ability to set goals and achieve them. There were numerous long rides home from competitions without the clanging together of awarded medals. Last year, Ian experienced a culmination of years of effort and qualified for Nationals. This year, he is refining while expanding his gymnastics skills. The coaches are committed to partnering with you to lay a foundation that will not crumble when life does not go as hoped. Boys need more men as mentors. We encourage families to choose sports to enrich their children's lives, especially gymnastics at Endurance Elite.

Original Review posted ~3 years ago: Our son has been training in boys gymnastics for over a year at Endurance Elite. The attention to detail on how to correct my son’s form is phenomenal. Coach Ryan is able to break down the skills for the athlete to comprehend and implement. The athlete is seen as a whole person, and the development of mental fortitude is encouraged while gaining strength physically. The facility is impeccable and ample space for parents to observe. All the coaches easily engage with the students and parents. Our family highly recommends Endurance Elite for your son or daughter, whether you desire to pursue recreational or competitive gymnastics.

Blanca is the most helpful and kind person. I started my daughters at the gym and was having some trouble getting my youngest placed in an appropriate class for her skill level. Blanca didn’t turn me away without a solution she spoke to the owner and was able to get my daughter a tryout for pre team! This saved us from having her in a class that was not challenging her and wasting time and money. I can’t thank her enough! To the day I look forward to seeing her, she always has a smile and helpful attitude!

I definitely recommend this gym and Blanca if you need any assistance!

My daughter went to her second class here today but first dance class. We’ve been looking for a local gym near our new home for our 3 yr old to start taking gymnastics and dance class and was happy to hear when we called that she could try out a gymnastics class for free. Once we did and expressed interest in dance they offered her to try her first dance class for free as well. Today she went to that class and even got to wear a Halloween costume. Considering my daughter is only 3 yrs old it was really nice being able to try the class out before enrolling and paying for registration. Additionally the gym is very nice and the owners/coaches and other teachers ive met here all seem great and especially great with my daughter. She absolutely loved it and is already excited for her next class and to meet new friends. Thanks again to everyone here and we’re glad we found y’all! See you next wk!

We’ve never been to another gym so we can’t write a comparison review. What we can say is that we have been going to this gym since June 2022 and we highly recommend it. There was a rotation of coaches especially during the summer and it made us uneasy especially since we had just joined the gym. But as summer ended, we got to know the core coaches better and really like them. They are so encouraging and truly know how to coach. Our all time favorite is coach Bryan. Our 4 and 6 year old have dappled in several different classes from Ninja to Dance and they love them all the same.

Oh and Kindra, the manager is super responsive. Whenever I have questions about billing or classes she responds immediately and if I have problem, she’s quick to respond. Her service is another reason we enjoy EE.

Coach Kat is AMAZING. She genuinely cares about her students. Loving, patient and kind to our little rugrat. She definitely has her plate full and then some but somehow always remains calm and collective in her teaching methods. She is one of the teachers we constantly see correcting the kiddos form and making sure they are learning the right way. Whatever she’s getting paid, she’s definitely worth more!

*Questionable Hygiene, Poor Practices, Undertrained, High Turn Over*

I was at first excited to find and support the then-new Endurance Elite because of the location, the appearance of the gym and the owner's background credentials. As time went on, my confidence and comfort level began to erode much like the staffing, gym upkeep and ways in which my child was instructed.

My high-functioning special needs girl ultimately became an after thought with no interest or attention towards her growth, needs and in my opinion, safety. But hey, no biggie as long as our 2 years worth of automatic monthly subscription fees continued.

For close to a year, she went without an evaluation to determine her ability, an assessment for focused instruction. What about safety?! This concerned me that she was put into an auto-pilot program under the guidance of ever-changing young girls that staffing indicated were not only trained via YouTube videos but worse, unlicensed. After my daughter was injured during class and I was witness to another girl breaking her arm, I began to raise more questions and voice my concerns. The first time I discussed this with the owner, instead of addressing my concerns in a constructive, understanding way, I was asked to unenroll my daughter and remove her from class in mid-instruction. Imagine my little girl's confusion and disappointment!

Evidently, at the whim of the owner, there is an unwritten policy(no where online or posted at gym) that students can only receive evaluations during their scheduled classes, not make-up classes. The curious and frustrating part of this, is that for close to a year, we remained on a waiting list in hopes of getting on the Tuesday schedule. Staffing knew this and assisted us in setting a schedule that allowed us to attend classes on changing days. Not once was I approached or was there mention of this dynamic causing inconvenience to the gym's policy, ability to operate or otherwise. Again, no problem for them while my monthly fees kept getting paid.

In hindsight, I ask myself how/why I overlooked some of the "writing on the wall," such as:
- *filthy bathrooms*(what did this imply of their cleaning standards on the equipment?!)
- *lies from management* about full classes that were indeed wide open
- *inaccessibility* to communicate w/ the coaches
- regular *coach/staff turn-over*
- concerning staff claims of *poorly trained coaches*
- concerning staff claims of *unlicensed coaches*
- concerning staff claims of *improper licensing/insurance for parent's night out*
- *disregarded* evaluation *requests*
- zero follow-up after in-class *injury*
- seeing *disgruntled parents* cause scenes
- *moody unenthused staff*

Despite being an early supporter of the business, bringing multiple new customers, serving as a Gold Tier sponsor for their Booster Club, remaining flexible with scheduling, remaining patient with lack of evaluation requests, enduring injury with under-responsive staff, paying regularly for two years, overlooking filth, keeping quiet, my daughter was the one affected because I asked for an iota of accountability.

Save yourself the trouble, don't get mixed up in the mess. Put the safety of your child first. Don't become just a number. You've been warned!

My son started with Endurance Elite at 9 with Coach Brian and absolutely fell in love with the sport. He had a dance and swimming background and who would of thought gymnastics became his primary sport. He then tried out for team with Coach Ryan and got his first gold medal his first year competing with no prior knowledge of gymnastics except for the classes with Coach Brian and a year of training with Coach Ryan. Most importantly, No injuries because of of how important the fundamentals are at Endurance Elite. The coaches take such great care of their students to prepare them and build them up before moving on to the next skill. My son still is loving it and taking what he has learned into his swimming passions. Winning relays and having the most beautiful forward roll dive because of learning the proper form of a pike and forward roll in gymnastics. His confidence is through the roof trying out for performances and plays..I just think sending your child here is the best gift you an give your child with knowledge they can use throughout their growing years and beyond into adulthood.

Thanks so much for everything and more

Supervision is lacking, if a company is offering classes for toddlers I expect them to be prepared to manage them and be able to supervise them safely. I get staffing challenges happen but combining classes, stuffing classes to the gills or trying to maintain the same number of kids/classes in an environment where there is risk for significant injury is foolhardy and concerning. Admin and coaches did not seem to know what was going on, what kids were present or what was happening during classes or camp. Do not recommend for a younger child.

We had our first class today and were extremely pleased. It was so clean and the viewing area for parents was great compared to our old gym. The coaches were very engaging and were amazing with the kiddos. We made the change from our old gym that was closer to our house to this gym and although it’s a longer drive, it is WELL worth it! The kids also loved it and said it was much better even though they didn’t want to move, they are thrilled we did!

This is a great gym. We’re glad we found it. My daughter has been going for a few months, along with a friend and they to have fun learning cheer techniques. The instructors are patient and positive.

This gym has so much to offer. My son was in the Kindernastics class and loved it. The staff was always excellent at responding to my questions quickly and professionally and also very good at keeping the gym clean. Coaches were great with the kids and went the extra mile to help those that needed it. Highly recommend this gym.

We had our daughter enrolled in prenastics classes for 6-8 weeks last year before the pandemic hit and we decided to pull our daughter out. We were sent emails that tokens will be created for missed classes that can used at a later point. When we enquired about re enrolling her, they would not allow us to use those tokens(10) towards regular tuition and only make up classes which I am supposed to check every week or few days prior to class, everytime. They would not even compromise on allowing us to use 50% of tokens towards regular tuition. On top of that, they expected us to repay the registration fee. The second time I called, the office manager was quite rude and told me I was the only person having an issue, almost as if they wanted to put an end to it, not wanting to deal with the situation. I think it is quite unfair and I'm utterly disappointed with how they dealt with the situation. If we had known this were the situation we would run into, we would have just terminated her classes back then. I know businesses were hurt during the pandemic, but my money is hard earned as well and I expect value for it. This business lacks transparency, honesty and customer service, lack of vision on how to build long term customer relations.

took my 2 year old here for the 1st time to try the class out. We wanted to put her in something because she's very hyper and stubborn so we thought this would be a good place to start.. When we first arrived there was not one person to greet us but a bunch of parents just staring ! the instructors during the whole class just seemed like they don't wanna deal with the little kids they're main focus was the big kids.if they don't want to deal with little kids they shouldnt offer the class. They need to understand some of these kids aren't even old enough to talk yet and they are all young so I doubt any of them have kids worse experience ever

I joined my daughter for gymnastics. First of all the gymnastic teacher had kind off odd face on every class visit. Secondly when my daughter attended the camp on holiday they had zero engagement with kids. After I stopped class with them no one even care to ask or reach out to us on the reasons with exit.I am so disappointed on the way they ignored us. One thing they helped us to block spot for us on Saturday as per request.

Ryan taught my daughter gymnastics when he lived in Illinois. She loved him so much that I brought him in to guest teach at a convention at my own dance studio. This was years ago now and my students still remember him. He is just so fun - not to mention top in the industry! Quality instruction through a fun and memorable experience - highly recommend.

Excellent new and super clean facility! The coaches are amazing and care about the long term health of their gymnasts and dancers. You won’t find the old school mentality of practicing ridiculous numbers of hours per week here. Ashley and Ryan are the best! You won’t be disappointed!

My family LOVES this place. Always super clean, staff is super friendly and helpful. My daughter has a total blast any time we come here. Unlike some other gyms we’ve been to, everything feels safe for a toddler to run around and explore. Couldn’t ask for better!
