I was in town for SWAT training and needed a place to workout while in town. Marty was great and allowed us access to start training the day I arrived. He worked with me over the phone and it was a smooth experience. The gym is great. Old school machines and has a good old school vibe. Everything you need to get your workouts are here. Loved it for my stay, definitely recommended.

My family and I had 4 memberships here for 10+ years. Then one day the owner told my wife that we only had 3, that we've always only had 3 and she was misremembering. When in fact, they changed their rates and deleted our membership without notice. I feel like they were rude to my wife and dishonest.

Well we went for first time and had some guy who was trying to take up two machines at once be so rude to us and wouldn't let us on so owner canceled my membership because my energy was off as he said when the guy told me to talk to him in the first place nice to know we don't have to go thru this again ........nice machines but not the steroid people!! lol but thanks for the nice experience 🤣

This is a pretty good gym for its size! The biggest con is that there are SO MANY members, it's hard to find a time when the gym isn't packed. Especially in the summer when school is out.

This place is really great. Everything you need for a good workout. Clean and nice locker rooms that are also very clean. I'm so grateful they are open and available for me to get out of the heat and run the treadmill.

..it deserves none.
This so called "fitness"place is nothing but a joke. The owner THE OWNER, broke a contract because the guy was working out. Said he didn't wanna be responsible if anything happen to this member. RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT LIVING HEALTHY, USING THE EQUIPMENT PROVIDED THAT HE PAID FOR MONTHLY!!!!
Imagine that working out at a fitness place. The nerve that he actually do what's suppose to be done in that building.
This owner being such a professional did not have the GUTS to speak to the member in person. He text him.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Don't waste your time or money. Unless your gonna pretend to workout like most people in there do.
