I can't recommend this duo enough! Nick and Britt are both knowledgeable, creative and accommodating while making it fun to get through each workout. They are always checking in to see how you are feeling so they can build the best and most appropriate workout for each visit. They listen and motivate you to be your best self.
Nick is always reading and learning outside of the gym to better himself to help his clients. He's always positive and encouraging especially on the days you need it most.
Britt is so creative with our workouts and always able to modify on the fly as needed. No workout is ever the same and she'll keep you on your toes. Try to skip a session and she'll be on you to get something else scheduled. No excuses!
I am so grateful to have them both as coaches while I work to be stronger and more resilient. They are able to see what I'm capable of before I am a lot of times and are always there to help me realize it too.

I became so strong with trainer Nick. He listens to our concerns and make us do the right exercises. Before I was very weak that sometimes I could not even walk stable because of my ACL tear, with his training I could do box jumps.

Both Brittany and Nicholas are the absolute best you will find. I have been training with Nicholas for over 1.5 years. He has transformed my body and accommodated the areas that I requested to work on. Each hour was fully used, and I never had any injuries (this is extremely important when you look for a good trainer, as you may end up with a serious injury in the wrong hands, which has happened to me elsewhere and has traumatized me). He is also a sweetheart, honest, and very accepting of everyone. Most recently, I have also started working out with Brittany and I am extremely impressed. She will give you the best workouts and challenge you to your full potential. She is also a sweetheart. I am planning on working out with both of them moving forward because I do not want to miss out on what each of them has to offer. As a physician, I really do not have much time to do much outside of work, but training with these 2 is an absolute priority.
