ETA; I still love this gym, but they’re starting to prioritize volume of memberships over quality of the experience. It is BEYOND packed every single day. I’ve literally had to just leave before because there’s nowhere to park. After 6pm every single machine in the building is taken. And yet every day I see them signing more and more people up. It’s getting to the point that you can’t even get anything done because you have to fight to get on machines between walking shoulder to shoulder with people, and thats barely an exaggeration. For the love of God, put a cap on the memberships or I will have to change gyms 😭 I’ve never seen anything like it.

Horrible service, yesterday I went with a friend because we had redeemed a pass for 7 days but the gentleman said very kindly that he could not pass because my friend was a minor and we understood but then we asked if they could at least give us a tour to a lady which with a face of rejection said yes but then another gentleman arrived and snatched the screen from us and told us that we could not do that and we went to a planet fitness where they treated us well and gave us a tour in a very kind way, we better buy the memberships in planet fitness

I thought I lost my gym bag at EOS and totally freaked out. I had put my bag with my keys and gym stuff under the StairMaster and didn’t realize it had gotten stuck underneath the machine. When I got off and couldn’t find it, I assumed someone took it.

I went to the front and told the manager, Micah Franco, what happened. He was super nice and immediately tried to help. He told me that if needed, we could look at the cameras after I filed a police report, and he was very understanding and patient the whole time.

Before doing all that, I decided to check one more time around the StairMaster—and there it was, my bag stuck underneath! I told Micah, and he was so helpful and even got my bag out for me. He was really sweet and told me he was happy I found it because he had felt so bad for me.

I really appreciated his kindness and willingness to help.

Recently joined. Paid a fee to join. A few weeks later a fee of $93 was attempted to be withdrawn. I declined the. Transaction and would ask what's the charge on my next visit. Mind you my monthly fees are supposed to be $10. I go in and ask her replies the yearly dues which is $68. I ask what's the 93 for? He replies 15.99 because we couldn't take the money out of your account. I hit the floor. I COULD NOT BELIEVE THAT. I swore to myself that I would never join a gym again until I stopped in an Eos Fitness and received a tour. I was absolutely amazed with all the aesthetics, and everything in this gym is so thoughtful and detailed.
The only thing I wish that more attention was given to the quality of the toilet area. The water pressure is weak and so much water is wasted.
The sauna, recovery areas, cold plunge pool and outdoor gym area encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone and reclaim my health.
The gym was definitely designed to cover every fitness level.
Now unfortunately I cannot think of the name of the gentleman that provided me the tour; however, I do remember Brian Walker. Brian and I had an amazing conversation for over an hour and discuss my fitness goals, and he explained Diabetes to me better than any medical professional I have encounter.
Now my commitment to improving my health has the support I need to be successful.

The gym setup and equipment are nice. The cleanliness is going downhill weekly. The papertowell dispensers to wipe equipment down are routinely empty, spray bottles empty or close to it. Members are starting to leave their trash on the floor. The worst are the locker rooms/bathrooms not being attended to. This is especially bad after 9pm. They can make it nice again if they address these issues. At this point I would not recommend it unless you work out mid morning when the place has been cleaned.

Recommendation: consider doubling the number of paper towel dispensers on the floor if you don’t have the staff to reload them quick enough. Hire someone after business hours to clean bathroom sinks and fill soap dispensers.

Fantastic gym if you have a little bit of flexibility in your workout schedule – I usually go between 11AM-4PM or after 11PM and find every piece of equipment I need open and the gym doesn't feel crowded at all. I will warn that if you're a primetime visitor you might have a different experience. Parking lot is also deceptively crowded, but you can easily find parking.

Equipment is new, facilities are amazing, and the team is welcoming. I do 1:1 personal training sessions with Abbey weekly and love it – highly recommend signing up for PT here if you need any level of guidance or a workout plan!

Overall I think the best gym in this area of Dallas by far as someone that's tried a few. Would recommend it!

I was charged today $180 dollars. I am a member of the location on Ferguson rd in Dallas Texas. I spoke to one of the trainers named John and told him that I wasn’t happy with the trainer I was assigned. The trainer ignored my text messages and was always busy for my schedule I’ve only gotten one 30 minute session and after that I was very disappointed. I told John the issue and he didn’t seem to care. I have been charged since then $740 dollars and can’t get my money back. I’m extremely disappointed in the staff. They’re only interested in my money. and nothing else. Think about it twice if you want a training membership because they’ll ignore you and only will take your money!

This is a great gym. Has the most amenities I’ve ever seen in a gym. I’ve never felt compelled to make reviews for gyms until recently when I was helped by Nadia.

I got confused with the EOS app and have been logging in with my phone number through the employees at the front. This time, Nadia encouraged me to come up after my workout to figure it out and it took her all of .8 seconds to fix my problem. Professionalism, kindness, and sharpness are what make a business like this grow and its people like Nadia who give me more faith in whatever business/establishment/gym that I’m paying for.

Be careful with where you park your vehicle after 10pm. They will tow your shit in an instant. Idk why you guys don’t have signs up for this. I witnessed like 5 people getting towed. MAKE SURE, you park in front of the EoS. Don’t park at the metro or family dollar or near the gas station. They will snatch your shit immediately.

WARNINg!! Do not come bother coming in if you can’t find parking!! Parking is extremely hard to find and fyi if you park at Family dollar, your car WILL get towed. Currently in a tow line at 12 AM with 10 other people who are all from EOS and when I called to let the staff know, they clearly could care less. If you can’t provide adequate parking, at least warn customers the areas not to park so you can avoid paying $190 to get your car back. Honestly made me question if they were working with the tow company since they only are accepting cash and no other form of payment due to a broken “pos” system. Gym itself is great, but not worth the risk or price.

On September 25, around 8:30 pm, I had an unpleasant experience with the Assistant Manager on duty.

When I approached him to ask questions about my guests, I politely asked if he could help me in Spanish. He immediately and in a rude tone replied, “Do not speak Spanish,” repeating it several times. I switched to English without issue, but his attitude remained unprofessional.

While registering my guests, he said only one could enter with my VIP membership and the other would need to pay, which I accepted. However, when registering my 17-year-old nephew, he said he could not enter because he was not 18 yet. I explained that the club’s website states members over 16 may enter with a guardian. Even after showing him the policy, he repeatedly responded:
• “Look at my badge, I’m the Assistant Manager and while I’m here, he won’t get in.”
• “This is MY CLUB, and things will be done my way because I’m the Assistant Manager.”

His behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. As a paying VIP member, I find this treatment unacceptable.

I kindly request clarification of the official policy regarding guest access for minors and that measures be taken to ensure members are treated with respect.

The first thing he says is you can take the pass and use the 7 days or redeem it right now and I’ll wave your initiation fees. Mind you I haven’t toured the place, worked out or anything yet. The facility has a ton of space and offers a variety of options (for weightlifting, cardio, therapeutic amenities, etc.). Also, there's an external option for individuals who prefer an outside workout experience. The staff is friendly and accommodating. If you are looking for a new gym or just an awesome workout experience, I recommend anyone go tour a facility.

Called about a $75 charge to my card that shouldn’t have been taken. Didn’t help me at all and tried to argue over the phone . As a customer it’s not my fault that they didn’t rely the right information.

I really wanted to like this location but two punching bags is not enough. You got people hogging it. Like really I waited and worked out on other machines and came back after 45 minutes and the same people on it. And the parking is horrible. You’ll spend more time driving around to find a parking spot than working out.

Wanted to give this place a shot. Not the most welcoming. Signed in and waited for a team member to get a walk through. About 15 min in someone else came in and they assisted them first. Left immediately after.

Not enough staff to assist individuals like myself with questions. Went to the sales team for a quick question and was told to wait in the front counter line to be assisted by the one employee they had. Restrooms have toilet paper all over inside the stalls. 3 out of 4 soap dispensers are empty. Good clean new equipment and is a bit crowded. It’s an okay gym so far.

If you’re a a serious gym person this isn’t the gym for you parking is extremely packed , no parking and when you find a parking spot someone tries to come in and pull in as you’re already going in , gym equipment is good just the atmosphere is not it unless you wanna be around a bunch of guys who stare at girl and don’t lift and a bunch of people who just sit and talk and take up room this is the gym for you look at the area this gym is in is all you need to know

Love this gym for the neighborhood. I can literally walk there. Huge upgrade from planet fitness but still priced amazingly. Has a sauna, and great recovery room. Also has a wide array of machines and plenty of free weights for everyone. The parking lot does get pretty full, but it’s expected with such a great gym.

The gym has anything and everything you could need. The staff is friendly . It is kept very clean. Yes the parking lot is small for the people that can actually fit inside the gym. There are peak hrs during day but I always go early morning and never any issues

This review is customer service based. I recommended a friend to the gym. She went and received very poor customer service. She wanted info on the gym, plans/rates and a tour and she received non of that. She was physically there but they still made her sign up for a pass online. When she needed assistance getting her pass there were two young ladies who acted like they were being bothered/inconvenienced when she asked for their help, one was on her phone during the whole interaction. It doesn’t matter how nice the gym is if this is the first impression the gym wants to give expect retention rate and sales to be low.

Welcome to the neighborhood! So happy they put something useful in the vacant space! Staff is very helpful and welcoming! However the music they play on the speakers is too loud. I have noise cancelling headphones and my music cannot drown out the speaker music which is a bummer because I wanna zone out.

Went yesterday for the opening and I was SO surprised by how good this gym is. It was pretty busy in the evening but there was no shortage of equipment and I never had to wait on someone. There is an endless amount of squat racks and leg machines. There is a weight room where you can film. Plenty of glute machines. A beautiful outdoor area. Cold plunges and a whole recovery space. I’m seriously blown away. It’s normal these days to have to spend $200+ a month on a nice gym that doesn’t have weirdos…until now. This place is amazing and the price is INSANE. Best EOS in the country.

As a gym junkie. This gym has what you need. No idea why people are crying for a 9.99 membership. I have worked out at every commercial gym from Lifetime to Fitness Connection. I have the multi access club and have been to each location from Frisco, Plano, and now Ferguson. I have also worked out at their Signature locations in Houston. EoS does not dissappoint.

Here's the line of equipment- Hammerstrength, booty builder line, functional, and Arsenal(my favorite).Sept 20th West 15th opens. Les go!
