Didn't have any trouble parking when I came during lunch but I can definitely see how much of an issue it can be if you come in the late afternoon/evening. I did appreciate that they offered validated parking as all the parking spots state "Pay to Park". You actually have to go inside to scan their QR code to pay for the parking (don't pay for it outside when you first park). The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, for an Eos gym, especially one that is designated as Lux, this location is EXTREMELY disappointing. It's honestly more of an Eos Lite than it is Eos Lux. The size of the facility and the amenities offered are no where close to what you get at other Eos locations. This location is very small compared to others and thus, doesn't have as much equipment. The standing calf raise machine and lying leg curl machine are definitely not made for those of us under 5'6 so that was a bummer because they only had 1 of each. No boxing area. No pool/hot tub. Very limited group classes. The only real advantage of this location as compared to others is the large outdoor space that allows for hybrid training for things like Hyrox but honestly, that's really about it. This review is not meant to bash the brand or the staff. I just think it needs to be redone in a way that makes it truly "Lux" as opposed to providing significantly fewer equipment and amenities compared to other locations.

The gym is very spacious, and I was beyond pleasantly surprised by the Recovery Room that comes with my newly acquired membership , which offers various ways to recover. The price for what you get is astonishing! Also, it’s a CLEAN establishment, which is a huge plus. I never do reviews , so I couldn’t let this go by.

Today was my first time at EOS Fitness, and I have to say—I was genuinely impressed! From the moment I walked in, Abby was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She took the time to show me around, answer all my questions, and made the whole experience feel comfortable and easy.
The energy in the gym was great, the crew was friendly, and you can tell they truly care about helping people reach their goals. Because of the amazing customer service and the awesome team, I decided to sign up on the spot.

The showers are almost always cold. The front desk told me to notify them so they can “turn the hot water back on,” but it’s getting ridiculous that I have to walk up there nearly every time I want to shower. The last three times I asked, the water still never warmed up. It’s extremely frustrating and needs to be fixed.

The gym is good overall, but the service team rocks. Especially Neal. I had an issue with losing an AirPod under a squat rack. Neal to the above and beyond rescue. Cool dude. Guys aura is uplifted the rest of my lift.

One callout, I was automatically scheduled for a free training session after starting my membership. The session was great, but afterwards the staff seemed somewhat annoyed when I did not move forward. I didn’t initiate scheduling so please don’t direct disapproval my way 😆
