See this gym is actually better then the EOS location off louetta, however, what’s up with the Louetta location having free hot tub service but you need a willpower membership to use the hot tub in this location? Like why? Also the fact that there’s only entrance door that isn’t automatic. I do not got time to hold the door for 30 people. It’s tedious!

I’m writing to express a concern regarding my recent experience at the gym. I’ve noticed that certain equipment is kept locked in a separate room and is only available during specific class times. Unfortunately, this has affected my workouts, as I rely on some of that equipment to complete my regular training routine.

As a paying member, I believe access to all standard equipment should be available during normal operating hours unless there is a safety or operational issue. Limiting access to essential workout equipment outside of class times is inconvenient and reduces the value of my membership.

I kindly request that the gym reconsider this policy or offer an alternative solution so members can use the equipment they need throughout the day. I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope we can find a fair resolution.

Gym was really nice a lot nicer than some of the other EOS gyms I’ve been too. I do hope in the near future they put a little more security measures in the parking lot though because my very first time trying out this particular EOS my trucks window got smashed in and I had some money stolen. I love how I can bring a friend in at any hour unlike others gyms and I can use the recovery equipment as needed. If it had a lager turf area for hitt workouts it would be perfect. Front desk staff is attentive.

EXTREMELY MANIPULATIV PT TRAINING SALES TACTICS /PROMOTIONS and poor customer service. (Receptionist are all nice though)

I was told by the gym manager that the personal training promotion could be canceled anytime, but that turned out to be completely false. The actual contract had a very short cancellation window that they NEVER explained. When I tried to cancel, multiple staff members including an assistant manager pressured me not to, telling me I “needed” the training and dodging all my attempts to cancel the training by staring deep into my soul every time I explained why I want to cancel it .

By the time I learned the truth, it was already too late to cancel, and I now owe $564 for something I don’t want AND won’t ever use . It honestly feels like they were all in on the misrepresentation, using pressure tactics to trap me in a contract I was misled about.

Be extremely careful before signing anything here. Make sure you get everything in writing, because the staff’s verbal promises mean nothing once you’ve signed.

If you want to try the 7-day pass, make sure to ask it first before the tour. I visited EOS Fitness to collect info about membership without the intention of trying it out and came back again after signing up for the 7-day pass to actually try out the gym. Unfortunately, the staff seemed more focused on getting me to sign up for a membership than honoring the free trial. They gave me another tour but only tried to activated the 1-day and 3-day instead of a 7-day pass as advertised, which felt disappointing and a bit pushy. They eventually activated what advertised. I was genuinely interested in checking out the gym, but the experience left me uncomfortable instead of welcomed.

Coach Nick is amazing but manager Jack is extremely rude and unprofessional he needs to GO
Last week I signed up for my first PT plan and told them I was new to the gym. Jack gave me some plans and I clearly said I was on a college budget. He kept pushing me into a 300 dollar per month plan. I hesitated but with his manipulative sales talk I agreed only after confirming I could cancel before the first session if needed.

Three days before my first session I called to lower my plan to 150 dollars per month for 4 consecutive month (and then 4 more after, in shorts, long term loyal plan) but never got a response from Jack. On training day Coach Nick kindly tried to help me but Jack sitting right behind me refused to even talk or resolve the issue leaving Nick in an awkward position.

I was ready to just pay out 150 dollars for Nick and cancel because of Jack’s disgusting attitude. Thankfully Coach Nick stayed calm and solved everything by involving another manager and the boss.
Jack should not be in management.

Every time I went in, I was told “come in the morning,” and when I finally spoke to a manager, she literally said she didn’t care and I still had to pay. Because of this, I cancelled my membership. Love, love, love this gym. I was so excited for this location to open and it did NOT disappoint. All the leg machines make it worth it alone. Add in the classes, cardio movie room, cold plunge, wet and dry sauna, workout area specifically for those who want to record, all the massage chairs, the stretch and massage gun area, and the membership levels being so affordable, there's NO reason to not start your fitness journey today! They also have day care for the parents that need it. It can get pretty crowded during the normal peak hours so pack your patience. Even with that though, you can try and work around those times since they're open 24 hours.

Love the location of this gym, I honestly have no excuse for not getting my workouts in! Front desk always greets you which is appreciated. My personal trainer, Kierra, is awesome and very knowledgeable, very efficient and motivating. I feel more confident with her making sure my form is right and that I'm not short-changing myself. Also, Angie who teaches the body pump class at 5am on Tuesdays and Thursdays is great too. Checking off one item on my to do list that early, gets me going throughout the day.

I signed up back in pre sale back in May and This Gym has exceeded my exceptions. Front staff always greets me and my mom. Facility is always clean. I signed up for Personal Training before the gym opened back in July and I got an incredible Trainer Kierra. She is has helped me in so many ways to start my fitness journey. I’m sure the gym is a very clean and nice gym but i wouldn’t have been able to experience it since the week pass takes around 30-45 minutes “validate”.

I arrived here around 9 am and the staff was very nice. I asked for a day pass and was told to sit down and “someone” will attend me to “validate” my week pass.

I waited around 30 minutes and was still not attended for the pass. I observed that there was only one person doing all the work and excused them and left .

I have a wife and daughter that i’m rushing to go see, and then a job to go to after that. So I understand there was only one worker that day but i’m not here on your time. You’re on my time if you want that sale.

I drove down the street to “amped fitness” and got the 3 day pass in 1 minute andGetting a membership .

Like i said, the workers are amazing and very nice. If you’re in a rush to go in and out , don’t bother… go down the street to “Amped fitness”.

I gave a 3 star because the gym is nice and clean but I don’t like to be lied too. Before the gym opened I got a membership a month ahead because the guy standing outside with the sign said I could get it for $10 a month if I sign up today so I did. I paid my $80 annual fee even though he told me it was $60 . So now I have a bill for $32 and monthly charges stating $17 per month. Yes it’s still a good deal but to be lied to join is stupid. One thing I can’t stand is a liar. When I’ve called in the service reps put me on hold and never come back to the phone because they’re assisting people walking in. When I did go in person they brushed it off and told me I still got a good deal . I am currently waiting for a call back it’s been 2 weeks I was advised to leave a voicemail but no one hasn’t called me back. I won’t be paying my membership fee until someone answers my questions. Horrible customer service they don’t show any empathy or take any accountability. Nice gym uncaring employees that don’t give you any real answers and rush to get you out of their face. I really wish I could try another location but this is closer to my home

Its a cute place with a sauna inside of the locker/shower room. The workers stated that if you pay 30 dollars a month you would be able to visit all locations and that you can always bring a buddy. Some locations have a room to watch your kids starting at the age of 2. Oh, they also stated that it's 24 hours. I heard through the grape vine that they are always packed but this location wasn't. (Maybe I shouldn't have said that) . Anywho, if I ever decide to leave 24 Hour, I would choose EOS Fitness! Shout out to my girl Rayven who is the cycling instructor here on Mondays, Fridays, and Saturday mornings at 8am!! She is the reason I visited in the first place!!

Omg omg omg!!! This place is way more than I ever imagined a gym could be! From the moment my sister and I walked in, we were greeted by Angel and Casey — both of them were absolutely incredible. They made signing up so easy, answered every question, and really took the time to walk us through everything the gym has to offer.

And let me tell you — EOS on FM 249 has everything! The massage chairs? Heaven. The cryotherapy chairs and compression recovery area? Next level. I felt like I was in a spa, not a gym. The cardio movie theater blew my mind — working out while watching a full movie is genius!

You can tell EOS really thought of it all — top-notch equipment, a clean and energetic atmosphere, friendly staff, and so many recovery and relaxation options. I walked in expecting a regular gym and left feeling like I joined a full fitness experience.

I absolutely love EōS Fitness! The gym is always clean, spacious, and has such a great variety of equipment, perfect for strength training, cardio, and everything in between. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and I never feel intimidated working out here. I really like how they offer group classes and have all the machines and free weights I need without having to wait around. The environment is motivating, and it feels like everyone is focused on their own goals while still being respectful of others. Definitely one of the best gyms I’ve been to, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay consistent and push themselves!

I absolutely LOVE EOS Gym! From the moment you walk in, the staff greets you with genuine friendliness and professionalism. They are always willing to answer questions, offer guidance, and go above and beyond to make sure every member feels comfortable and supported. If an issue ever arises, they don’t hesitate to step in and quickly find a solution, which shows how much they truly care about creating a safe, welcoming, and stress-free environment for both members and staff.

One of my favorite things about this gym is the daycare—it’s such a huge blessing! The staff there is wonderful with the kids, and my little ones actually get excited to come with me because they enjoy it so much. Knowing they’re happy and well taken care of gives me peace of mind and lets me focus on my workouts.

The facility itself is always clean, well-maintained, and has such a positive atmosphere. EOS really makes fitness feel accessible and enjoyable. I’m so thankful for this gym and the amazing team that runs it. it truly feels like a community!

Love going to this gym with my wife. They have a really great atmosphere and tons of different equipment to use. Even when it’s busy, we never run out of weights or equipment to workout with. Used to go to Planet Fitness and I would never go back after being here. So happy to have found this gym! Landon is great!

Been going to EOS now for a few years. This locations lay out is great. Better equipment too. Customer service in bunz though. Has to be a training issue. They have no idea how to help with any issue. As far as the workout space it great. For someone who needs good recovery and banks and the sauna post workout though it's a bummer. I have so many injuries. I really need a good sauna sesh. The sauna maybe hits 130-140. It's just 30 minutes of being disappointed. If I could do 2.5 I would. Half of what I need I can't do at this spot.

I’ve been going here since they opened and I couldn’t be happier! Christian showed me around opening day and he is just the best. So helpful and kind. It’s busy here all the time but there are so many machines and weights and equipment that I never run out of workouts to do. The theater room for cardio is mad cool too. Extra air conditioning in that room makes you never want to leave! Left Planet Fitness for here and I would never go back.

The locker room/restroom room/shower area is very clean and doesn't smell. I tried to find something bad about this location. But as of now I don't have any complaints. I can’t say enough great things about this gym! The environment here is so welcoming — it’s clean, uplifting, & motivating without ever feeling intimidating. You can tell they truly care about creating a space where everyone feels comfortable reaching their goals.

Wow. Not only does this location have amenities of a $500/month gym, but the best Sales Representative, Jack. In the fitness industry, it's very rare to find his level of customer care, transparency, and hospitality. An impressive young man, who understands what's important to the customer, how to explain things simply, and exceed expectations.

don’t get me wrong i love the gym and how the gym is brand new! but everytime i go there and scan, THE EMPLOYEES KEEP ASKING ME to show them a picture on my profile even tho I DID. i register this gym like 2 months ago (aka the grand opening in the end of july) yet still keep asking me to show them. and i already put my profile picture on my account! i went to other eos locations and they don’t care it’s this specific gym!! why they keep asking me for it??? like please stop asking me for it!
