My experience with Taelynne, the sales manager at this EOS location, was extremely disappointing. I first received a 7 day pass, and later that same day I signed up for a membership at another EOS location that opens in about 10 days. Taelynne clearly told me that my membership wouldn’t activate until that gym opened and that I could keep using my 7 day pass until it expired.

When I returned the next day (with three days still left) she completely reversed what she said. She told me I could not use the pass anymore because I had already signed up for a membership. This was the exact opposite of what she told me the day before. She refused to let me use the gym and acted as if she never gave me that information. The inconsistency, attitude, and lack of professionalism were unbelievable.

To make matters worse, my father was with me and was actually ready to switch from LA Fitness to EOS. My mom was planning to do the same. After seeing how the manager handled everything, both of them immediately changed their minds. EOS lost two potential memberships because of this.

On the other hand, Emma (the person who originally helped me get my 7 day pass) was extremely helpful, friendly, and actually knew how to treat customers. If you want to get a membership, go to Emma. Do not go to Taelynne at all costs. The difference in customer service between the two is night and day.

Overall, this experience left a very negative impression, and management seriously needs to address this kind of behavior.

I joined EOS Fitness in October 2025, only wanting a standard gym membership. I was lied to and misled into signing a personal training contract I never agreed to. The staff told me something completely different, and I was not informed that I would be automatically charged for PT sessions. I specifically asked for just a regular membership, yet I ended up enrolled in a PT package with automatic billing.

This was dishonest and frustrating. I’m sharing my experience to warn others: carefully read everything and confirm exactly what you’re signing—don’t rely solely on what staff tells you. I hope EOS reviews their practices and makes their agreements clear to avoid misleading future members.

Let me start out by saying I love this gym. The staff is great(except the manager Ashley) who likes to talk over people when asked a question. My biggest complaint is the hot/cold tubs. The hot tub has been out for a week now. When I asked the manager if she knew when it would be fixed she stated no but it's okay to still use. The water is green and cloudy, who would want to swim in something like that??? So, since Ashley can't seem to answer does anyone know when the hot tub will be fixed?

The employees Ariel & Baylee were incredibly rude, commenting on my body saying I'm "too skinny" and "need personal training." They said how they used to "look like me" and now they are in their dream bodies. As if my current body isn't my dream. Then Aj the personal trainer even called me "spoiled" "awkward" and a
"Boujee black girl from Cypress." I spoke to the district manager hoping for a resolution, but she didn't show any urgency to make things right. It is clear they don't value their customers. find a gym that treats you with respect!

I signed up for a membership at EOS Fitness specifically for the cold plunge amenity, and I’ve been driving a long distance just to access it. Unfortunately, it’s been nearly three weeks and the cold plunge has been out of service the entire time.
There’s been little to no communication or updates from staff about when it will be fixed, and it’s frustrating to keep showing up only to find it still not working. For members who choose EOS for the premium recovery tools, this kind of delay is unacceptable.
The gym itself is fine, but if you're marketing recovery features like the cold plunge, they need to be consistently maintained. Otherwise, you're not delivering on the value you promised.

And when this branch was opened cold ploughed was not working at that time n they repaired after 1.5months.

I signed up for this location, even though its 12-15 mins away from me because I wanted to do cold plunge, mainly because it helps me with my work and studies. Its so unfortunate that cold plunge has been out of service for more than 2 weeks, and management doesn’t give’s a rat’s about it.

Super disappointed. I’ll be canceling my membership and making this a reason to void their bogus charges. Also, towels are subpar, not worth paying $10 every month for it. You’re better off buying 2 towels from Macy’s for $20 and having time of your life.

This place needs to be shut down. It’s not safe. Harris County sheriff is constantly patrolling the parking lot. This is the old studio movie grill where there was a shootout and an individual got killed. Also right across the street at the Citgo there was an individual killed. The whole shopping center needs to be demolished and rebuilt, and the prices need to be raised.

This location is fabulous! Very clean environment with a variety of machines, work out equipment, dance classes, and the option for a personal trainer. Alan is my personal trainer and he is great!!! Diane Patricia Marin that teaches the Mixed Fit dance class on Thursday nights at 7:40pm is great! The front desk staff is very helpful and always presents good energy. I love the vibe at this location of EOS Fitness on Hwy 6/North and West Road!

Back on my fitness journey and I'm sooo excited to have found EōS Fitness! I went in for a tour and was met by front desk Eve, who was very kind and had me tour with Misa. Misa was a delight! She showed me around and spoke very highly of each station and the perks of each membership type. At the end, I did tell her I was looking into one other gym and she said that was fine 🙂 and stayed positive about me joining their gym! I came back later that day to give the gym a try and fell in love! They have classes, two types of saunas, a recovery station and lots of equipment to use! It is far disappointing and strongly recommended go wherever the staff it can be trusted. Got told that i can try personal training sessions and got sign up since she had told me a different scenario that day but since my situation changed I can’t use them. I came to find out why i was charge since i had not schedule any session to be surprised by a whole different story and now can’t cancel them. Be careful with what they tell you to sign and make sure to verify what they said is usually true. Never again i will business with this company.

I went to try and use the 7-day free pass, set up my paperwork online and signed all waivers. When I arrived they said I had to wait for a "consultant" to be available. 15 minutes later one was and they informed me my pass was invalid because I had been a guest at an EOS fitness location across town months ago with my friend. They never looked up my information in the system, didn't offer any other options, and made me feel extremely unwelcome. Their online system never should've given me the pass if that was a qualification and they could've at least been kind. I don't recommend this gym if you're at all new to the experience and unwilling to fight their system.

Unfortunately today my visited started off pleasant but took a turn. I attempted to use the sauna and it was filthy and Hot & Cold Plunge and that was even worse. Looks like it had not been cleaned or spot checked. Then I attempted to get my free EOS short and was told I needed to speak to a manger to receive the shirt even though I explain that the assistant manager informed me to speak with the front desk about getting my shirt. The lady I spoke with was short curly hair and with glasses (Front Desk 8:30 PM) . I think it would be a great opportunity to connect with her to ensure they are aware of best practices and how to redeem shirt that are advertised through EOS when a referral is completed.

Terrible service from the training staff. They don't explain the terms of service and aren't responsible. I've been paying and only took one class, and with the worst service. If you're about to hire a trainer, you'll avoid moments of anger and frustration. If anyone knows how to cancel, it's helpful. Among the entire Eos Fitness staff, no one can help you. We absolutely love the variety of equipment at EOS GYM and really appreciate the overall experience. However, as we come in early in the morning when the gym is less busy, we’ve noticed that the parking lot is often very dark with only a few cars parked.
The lack of lighting in the lot can be a bit concerning, especially during the early hours, and we feel that it could really use some improvement for the safety and convenience of all members. If there's any way to enhance the lighting, we would greatly appreciate it.

I’ve been an EOS member for a year now. I started at another Houston location and have visited three others, but this Copperfield gym is definitely one of the nicer ones. Just a few suggestions to make it even better:
• The saunas could be hotter.
• A steam room would’ve been great in the space with the cold plunge, hot tub, and sauna.
• Hooks in the bathroom stalls are a must—no one wants to put their bag on the floor.
• Massage guns at every chair in the recovery tank would be a great addition.

Overall, I really enjoy this location. It’s clean, not overcrowded, and the equipment is modern and well-maintained. The recovery rooms are a favorite of mine.

I went to the gym in April and the attendant canceled it, but they're charging my card $35 every month until now, even though I don't even live in Texas anymore. I tried the free 7-day pass at EOS Fitness on Hwy 6 North, Houston and was impressed. The gym is spacious, open 24 hours, and has plenty of cardio machines—including Free Motion treadmills (no fans, but solid), Ski Ergs, and rowers. Strength side is excellent with Hammer Strength machines, dumbbells up to 150 lbs, a pendulum squat, standing bench press, lots of squat racks, and 3 Smith machines. There’s also a stretch area where staff can assist, and most equipment uses the EOS Smart System to track workouts.

Amenities are strong: dry saunas (men’s and women’s, both work well), infrared, cold plunge, cardio movie theaters, and a towel service machine—$10/month for unlimited towel service. Plenty of parking and overall more space than Crunch.

• Basic: $9.99/month + $50 enrollment + $60 annual fee
• Mid: $23/month
• Highest: $30/month

I just was asked to leave due to me having crocs on. I have always worked out in my crocs and it's no different then having tennis shoes on. I used to wear them at the 22314 FM 529, Cypress, TX 77433 location and there was never any issue. My toes are covered and there are in sports mode. That's wild!!

1st of all this gym is getting 5 stars because they gave Tshirts to people for the reviews. 2nd it’s brand new gym so obviously it looks nice.
Yeah the staff is friendly but most of them don’t know anything and are lost when you ask them anything. Also they keep running out of wipes or paper towels, every time I had been I had to point it out to an employee that they needed refills.

The saunas were a disappointment. The cold plunger broke the first week. There are so many kids being disruptive jumping and running around the hot tub, cold plunge and sauna.

I saw kids using 1 membership to give towels to all his friends and giving access to his friends to the amenities you pay extra for.

When I called to cancel the membership because the website kept giving me an server error message the 1st guy who answered said he couldn’t cancel it and gave me a number, I told him I didn’t want to pay the yearly fee and another month when I obviously don’t want this membership, he said I have to ask my manager because he didn’t know, then an assistant manager came on the phone asking me how she could help, I asked her if the previous guy hadn’t informed her of what I needed? She said yeah and said I can submit the request to cancel it but you will still be charged.

I spent over 30 mins talking to a guy before the gym opened to get my membership information not once did he said anything about having to give a 30 days noticed.

This experience has reminded me why I hate gyms. Planet fitness has been the only gym that actually looks out for their members. EOS it’s definitely not worth all the fuss.

I drive 20-25mins just to use that, we don’t get any alerts about anything not working so you don’t have to waste your gas . The gym just opened , why is the cold plunge not working. That’s the only reason I signed up for a membership .

The place looks so shiny and new, probably because it is new. BUT it is pretty clean! They have stations where they have wipes so you can wipe any set you left on equipment or body oils, lotion or whatever. They have some nice amenities like the pools and sauna and they even have a hoyer lift for those in wheels chairs which is pretty darn nice. They have a cryo bee and fancy massage chair… bbl room… a pretty group fitness room. And a cinema? Everyone looked zoned in on their workouts which is good, meaning they like the gym haha. I look forward to coming here more… today marks my first day.

I’ve loved EōS ever since I signed up in Cypress location. I was so excited for the new location to open up since it’s closer to my friends so we can go together. The wait is over, just checked it out and the staff is amazing Eve gave us a tour and it was worth the wait!! Much bigger than the cypress location and the cryo plunge, hot tub say less!
