This location has made several erroneous charges to me and my wife's credit card. We canceled our memberships because of these charges. I talked to Joel the manager and he canceled our memberships for us and assured me there would be no more charges. A month later we have been charged for our canceled memberships as well as several more charges I could not identify the reasoning for. I have filed a police report about this issue and will be coming in person to speak to the manager about this again.

Meant to leave you guys a review when I joined… I remembered when checking hours how amazing management and staff is. Best gym experience yet in my several years of going. Actually content and couldn’t see myself going elsewhere. Only thing I’d add is one to two more adjustable benches near the smith machines. Great experience. Great staff. Quality of life has improved since joining THIS gym with THIS staff. Management will go above and beyond for you. The extra mile is there, which doesn’t exist in most places, gym or otherwise. Definitely few negatives. With some people there not the gym themselves.
I was told there was no family plans that there was separate individual plants that’s what we got and that’s what has been charged .. i’ve been calling multiple times trying to get this figured out over 30 charges to my card half of them have gone through since I’ve signed up. I spoke to Kevin and I told him I need to speak to manager from there. He said OK. What do you need making it sound like he was a manager which wasn’t the case. When I told him I had billing questions “multiple” he said sure I’ll sign into my other computer which wasn’t true. He went and got Liz, who is actually a manager not Kevin.:.: Liz was great. She was apologetic, but here is what’s frustrating when me and my siblings signed up we were told we were not on family plans. We had our separate plans Longshore short they moved so they no longer need an account I still did. If I hadn’t spoken to Liz, I would not have known. We were actually put on a family plan that we were told was not an option and that I wouldn’t have an account within after a certain date which I had no clue about.. The facilities themselves are fine. My issue is you have people acting like a manager until you ask specific questions and without them being honest, they go get somebody else… hats off to Liz, for being honest. definitely double check your memberships and your bank accounts.. this is absolutely ridiculous

Very poor customer service when it comes to options to make payments over the phone and poor options to update your payment method on the app.
They charge you $15 per attempt not if you are late 1 day.
I will be contacting Federal Trade Commission.

I have gone to this bldg in 2007 as LA Fitness.
When they left I waited almost a yr for new owners.
The staff is good and place is clean but the way they handle your options for payment without a live person on a weekend is the worst.
LA Fitness made your options very easy
EOS does not.
I canceled my auto pay and the Hurst location does not care about it.

From reading other poor reviews it all about EOS Poor Billing system.
Maybe you should care about we three here so it doesn't lead to 3,000 poor billing reviews.

I signed up at this location in late September and ended up not using the gym after my initial visit. When billing issues came up, I tried to resolve them, and when I realized I wouldn’t be using the membership, I requested to cancel.

I was told I could not cancel without physically coming into the gym. Their cancellation process feels very outdated and inconvenient — especially when every other part of joining the membership can be done online or over the phone.

On a recent call, the manager’s tone was condescending and dismissive when I asked questions. Instead of offering helpful solutions, I felt talked down to.

It’s frustrating to be stuck paying for services I’m not using and to be required to go out of my way just to cancel. I hope they improve their communication and make cancellation easier and more respectful for customers.

Bait and switch tactics. My husband and I used to have an EOS membership. This location opened close to home so we signed up for a free 7-day pass based on the website stating we could IF it had been longer than 12 months since we had a membership (it had). Did everything online, came in to work out, even had an appointment to tour. Immediately told we could not work out unless we PAID for a new membership. I already drank my pre-workout and was READY to hit the weights. Nope, Mr. Assistant General Manager was like, "Let's sit down and try to upsell you on a family pass." Absolutely not. Honor what your website says.

Canceled my membership today because one of their “master personal trainers” told me not to use the bumper plates and lifting platform as it was designed.

I don’t know what to say about a gym that
1- does not allow chalk
2-has bumper plates, expensive high end barbells platforms and “master trainers” who do not know how they are commonly used
3- has clientele that thinks a gym is a library.

Would not recommend any serious lifters use this gym unless you want personal trainers and Karens complaining abut doing olympic lifts that they provide equipment.

Seems like bait and switch to me.

Update- they recently changed their signage. This location and perhaps all locations, have 30.05, 30.07, and 30.07 prohibiting lawful carry. Clearly a leftist business. I would have nothing to do with this business entity if you understand anything.

This has been by far the worst experience I have ever had. I enjoyed the staff initially, but they have not been helpful in any capacity with any billing information or resolution. I have had a hellish experience, and I am very disappointed. My recommendation, not to do any add-ons, only go to the gym. The facility is very nice and the people nice, but this has literally been the worst experience (currently on the phone with billing for their error).

The gym is always clean, the equipments are really good and well organized. Brannon Montanez is great! He really took the time to explain to me how my working out plan works, what I need to improve on and he was very knowledgeable and patient. I really appreciate his time and overall the whole staff is always very friendly. EOS feels like my safe place and I always leave the gym feeling much better than when I got there.

So I Decide to Join Eos because I love Fitness and by that I mean Not Only Gym, Sports have been part of my life since little & because I believe Health is a responsibility not a trend. Zumba I love great music and dance so when my time comes you won't get bored. Anyways My favorite instructor is on Altamesa means I have to drive there he only does Saturdays his name is John Bowie music on fire 🔥. Sue Simon love her energy yoga and body pump, Ken Dorsey love it energy is like Girrrl.. you better not quit on me 🤣😂🤣 and music 🔥 he teach steps , Cycling. Now for this one you have to wake up early jose Hernandez cycling ♥️. Nicole Ramsey good music took body pump 🎶. Alejandro carroza FU performance 🔥Al Gutierrez Zumba 💚Genelle Xtreme Hip-hop is Steps fired and music🔥🎶and Last Richard Smith another FU performance instructor he is going to take your last breath 🫁😄. This are the one I recommend not limited , I haven't tried others instructor, I still have to try Circuit ,interval and others. But as a Eos member I think is value to share what I like my experience and motivate you when come to any of our facilities. I attended a yoga class with my friend yesterday to kickstart my exercise routine. The class had a wonderful mix of age groups, and the instructor was both kind and knowledgeable. I do have one recommendation: increasing her microphone volume would greatly enhance the experience, as it was sometimes hard to hear her over the calming music. Overall, it was a great session!

I love the set up of the gym. However, I hate being rushed by all the glaring eyes around me when it’s overly packed. It’s hard to get 3 sets of 10-15 reps without someone trying to rush you of a machine. It would be nice if a second gym was opened closer to the border of Arlington and Fort Worth.

Although it is a really nice clean and big gym with great equipment , the staff have made it an unpleasant experience. I had issues with my membership as well as getting double charged. Every team member I spoke to gave me the round around or simply contradicted one another with their policies. A lot of lack of communication within the staff.

I was contacted by the General manager Joel and explained the situation to him. I informed him I really enjoyed the property but wanted to make a change to the membership (my husband joined so I had no longer need for the WillPower membership anymore) or I’d have to cancel after being double charged. Joel just directed me to cancel through the app or at a location and stated I’d received my refund in about 2 weeks. When I called hoping to speak to someone to fix my membership issue so I wouldn’t have to cancel my membership, the manager informed me I’d have to pay a fees even though I had not even received a refund for a charge they made and they couldn’t make the change I needed either.

This has all been a big headache from the start and now I have to cancel my membership because of the lack of communication from the staff and the lack of understanding from the managers. It would really be an amazing gym if the staff simply cared more about their members.

The EōS Fitness in Hurst has quickly become my favorite branch, and honestly one of the best gyms I’ve ever been a member of. The gym has a ton of amenities that I love but I rated it three stars for the simple fact that every time I go women are recording, taking pictures in the locker room( which is illegal and a huge breach of privacy)and I have brought it to the staffs attention more than once and frankly nothing has changed . I’ve been meaning to post this but my experience at the gym was initially very disappointing due to Joel’s rude and impersonal behavior, which almost led me to cancel my membership. However, Taj in the Stretch department completely turned things around. Her professionalism, skill, and personable approach during my complimentary stretch session were outstanding—it was truly one of the best I’ve ever had. Thanks to Taj, I’ve decided to continue my membership at EOS and will definitely be signing up for more stretch sessions in the future.

Biggest gym I've ever been to, but they have a disparity in equipment diversity.
They have a ton of bench press and squat rack, and then one or two of certain other machine types.
Not really a great equipment layout, but it's so big, there is usually plenty to do.
In peak hours, it is absurdly packed, and it is a pain to get to the right machines.
Restrooms often unbreathable.
General gym etiquette is decent.
Great that it's 24hrs, though.

I have been going here even before day 1 opening when they were signing people up and even then was treated with care. State of the art: E-gym, you can perform rigorous testing on highly specialized equipment to your profile to capture progress and train your body to the goals you desire. This is basic equipment on a highly sophisticated level if used properly.

My wife, daughter and I signed up at this location. We’ve been longtime supporters of EōS fitness in Nevada and are truly happy to be back.

Find a way to notify people before they drive out there if the hot tub is not going to be accessible and I would make it a five stars. Also, give keychains or some other way to sign in rather than having to put an app on your phone. I don't like always carrying my phone into the gym and I have too many apps on it as it is. If you could just change those two things it would be a five-star establishment

On June 24,2025 a round 9am I went to this gym because I wanted to get more information about it.Yes , the gym was very nice and definitely different then a lot of guys that I have been to. Now what made me decide not to come here is I told the manager of the gym 8 times that I was not interested in having a training session. She was pushing and pushing trying to manipulate me that I needed a personal trainer!!!When a person say no that is what they mean!!! She didn't want to take no!!!!The CEO of this company really should take a closer look at the people that they place into management!!!!Now I respectful told her I had to be at a very important apartment with family. We have lost a very close family to our family and yes, God did call him home to heaven. But the female manager really only care about making a dollar!!! This is very unpresidential!!!! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy of my enemy!!!!She tried to play on my emotions because I been in a very serious car wreck.

This is my new favorite gym with all the amenities! Even when it’s filled with people it doesn’t fill overcrowded and machines are still readily available. Big shoutout to Danyele, who greets everyone with a megawatt smile and friendly “hello” every morning she staffs the front desk. As you leave, she shares a “friendly reminder” to get some protein and have an awesome day.

This place is a joke when it's time to cancel your membership. They have called me threatening me several times. They have hung up on me. Constantly trying to charge my card. Then on top of that wants to charge me a cancellation fee. I disputed charges with my bank. Then they call me threatening me some more. Stay away from this gym. Or you will have to pay 100s just to leave. Their customer service is the worst.

I was excited to see that they’ve opened an EOS by my house. So, I came in to tour the gym. I met with the manager or sales rep named Joel. He asked me a bunch of questions, such as my goals and how long I’ve been working out for. I told him I was there to strictly tour the gym.
After that, he became super short, rude, and patronizing.
The gym itself didn’t seem bad, but he just made me feel super uncomfortable. After reading some of the reviews, it looks like there were many people who shared the same experience.
I am not the type of person who leaves reviews, but I’m hoping EOS can acknowledge his behavior.
I am sticking with driving the extra miles to another gym where the staff will treat their customers appropriately.

Dress code needs to be added. I feel like im a cheap strip joint. And the girls are not there to workout it's a selfie photoshoto in the ladies restroom. Before you join the gym walk around before joining.
The showers need a trash can. Hooks for towles.
Too many people at the front desk on their cellphones.
This location might as well be on skid row. SMH

General Manager Joel Mata was who gave us a tour. He was rude and patronizing. Definitely not a salesman at all. For example: After he clearly rudely upset the staff in the kids club in front of us….. Our tour began, he asked why I was interested in joining, I told him I have extremely bad sciatic pain. He said what are you doing about it? I said I’m stretching and spending time in the hot tub helps a bit but I’m still in pain so I wanted to get help from a gym… He says that’s like having the flu and sitting in a hot tub for it.. what’s the point… we looked at each other in silence… eventually I said um can we see the gym? That was the beginning of many more awkward and rude moments, as he even addressed my partners weight while telling us he knocks back 2 24 packs of beer on the weekend, we’re never going to that location. I hope you don’t have a run in with that guy. You’ll know who he is, he’s barely 5 feet. Thumbs down.

The kids club is really great my kids love coming in to see the staff, Arianna, MJ and all of the other daycare teachers are always really helpful and kind to my kids.
