2nd time , going to this location. I pay for 3 people . I don’t go there because work has a free gym. First time there was trash everywhere, bathrooms not working. Terrible experience. 2nd time today, I walk in and told have pay $20 for a day pass. I am like you’re kidding me, nope. I will have my family go to another gym. Spa never working for wife. I am done. I pay for the most expensive for wife and then have my kids on student because of discounts and also to teach them. When I mean 2 times 1st was 6 months and 2nd because of holiday. Maybe it’s just me, I can understand if paid for 1 but not 3 people this my 2nd time in 6 months so I don’t come with them. Ridiculous, normally people try get your business not this place.

Tried to use the hydro therapy but both my wife and I didn’t get to enjoy that because BOTH of the beds overheated and shut off. Super hot and uncomfortable. We will just go to a different location. One star, unfortunately the Sauna has been down for an entire week! I went to the gym this Tuesday 10/28 to get my groove going, turns out that the sauna was down so I didn't give much importance to it. I went back Yesterday 10/31 and the sauna was still down and it kinda pissed me off; same thing today NOV. 1, THE SAUNA IS STILL DOWN! Management needs to keep track of what's not working in the gym and find a quicker solution to the problems, and not only that but there are leaks and also buckets on the floor sometimes. The front desk guys and girls are cool and the vibe in the gym is great, but these are issues that you can't ignore.

The young Hispanic guy who signed me up and I am so upset that I cannot remember his name. His Customer Service skills were impeccable. He was so kind, knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I have a lot of respect for him. He helped me with a smile in his voice the entire time. Because of him honestly I decided to go ahead and join the gym. I’ve been going to this location when it was a Texan’s fit and before that when it was a 24 hr fitness. This is a poor excuse for a gym. Its falling apart. The staff has gotten younger and more rude as time goes on. The equipment never got upgraded from when it got turned into a Texan’s fit. Same old machines. Up until recently they still had texans fit dumbbells. It’s flooded with kids running around. I’m almost certain EOS has completely disregarded this location as one of there own. Can’t wait to see what it gets turned into next. Great job guys. Also whoever says this gym is always clean has clearly not been there when there are any signs of rain. Reference images below. Got a membership at the cypress location, decided to check the Katy location out. I walked in to talk about getting a supplement (creatine) and was ignored by a young man named Wyatt and a girl named Diyar. When I finally got his attention he told me that I had to pay for a day pass for the supplement even though I had a membership? I lowkey hate when they say my name. It’s weird and it makes me and a ton of people uncomfortable. Deyer (I think that’s how you spell her name) at the front desk is also really rude. Came in looking for a membership, have been member of many gyms. After signing waiver the sales guy insisted we had to sit through a 15 min sales talk, even though we said we had were limited in time because we had to pick up kids and just wanted to look around as we already know what we are looking for. Long story short…if a gym forces you to sit through a sales process amd doesn’t let you even look around first before some high pressure sales talk and can’t be accommodating run away. Management need to learn to to chill with the sales tactics. Every other gym made it easy for us. I said no thanks and left, will be scratching EOs off indefinitely and warning everyone I know about this place . I don’t want to be a member of a place that cares more about a rigid sales process than what the client is actually saying.
