As someone new to the whole gym thing, I was a bit nervous getting started at age 49…but knew I needed to work on living healthier and stronger. My husband and I signed up for EOS even though it will be a while until our town gets ours…so I drive like 20 minutes to get to EOS but I have been pretty impressed with it so far. Love that we have the option for water fitness classes, love the egym equipment, love the treadmills that give us scenery to walk to (LOL), and I especially love the recovery and cryolounge rooms (I call that my reward for working out)!! Just can’t wait until our town’s location opens!! We’re even getting our kids to sign up as soon as the younger one is old enough in a few months!! ☺️

If you’re still paying LA Fitness, Gold’s, or Lifetime prices… I’m praying for your wallet, your sanity, and your gains, because EoS Fitness just embarrassed every one of those gyms without even trying.
I used to swear by LA Fitness, thought it was the best thing out there. Then I walked into EoS and realized I’d basically been donating money to a gym museum. EoS is newer, cleaner, cheaper, bigger, and has more amenities than any gym I’ve ever been a member of. Their top-tier membership costs the SAME as LA Fitness’s regular membership, but it comes with way more. Full access to all EoS locations, unlimited VIP guest privileges, The Tank, CryoLounge, recovery massage chairs… all included. LA Fitness could never.
This Rufe Snow / Hightower location is massive. Like, “do I need GPS in here?” massive. There’s always equipment open. The movie theater cardio room? Elite. The backyard functional training area? Chef’s kiss. The blackout room? Straight-up villain mode training. Calisthenics equipment? Yep, plenty.
It’s spotless in here too. I don’t know who’s running maintenance, but they deserve a medal. The pads aren’t shredded, machines aren’t held together with hope, and you don’t have to hunt for sanitizer like you’re on an Easter egg hunt. Staff is always friendly and not just pretending to like their job.
And it’s open 24 hours, which means your excuses are closed.
On top of that, I literally got a free shirt for signing up. And if I bring a guest, they get full access to the same amenities my membership unlocks. Try getting THAT at those “luxury” gyms charging luxury rent for mid-tier everything.
EoS is 12 out of 10. Best gym I’ve ever been a part of. If you’re reading this, come check it out. Tell them my review convinced you, then go try the CryoLounge so you can contemplate how you ever paid triple the price for anything else.

EOS Fitness in Watauga, TX has quickly become one of my favorite 24-hour gyms in the area. One of the things I really appreciate is how convenient it is—you can go literally anytime, which makes it perfect for people with busy or unpredictable schedules. The gym itself is spacious, modern, and packed with a huge variety of equipment. Whether you’re into cardio, strength training, machines, free weights, or functional workouts, they have something for everyone.
It’s true that the gym can get pretty packed during the evenings, especially around the after-work rush, but even then, there’s usually enough equipment to rotate through without waiting too long. The variety definitely helps, because you can always switch to something else and still get a great workout in.
The place is kept clean, the machines are well-maintained, and the overall environment feels safe and energetic. I also like that they offer different workout areas, including turf space, stretching zones, and group fitness rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful whenever you need anything.
Overall, EOS Fitness in Watauga is a solid choice if you want a dependable, affordable, and fully equipped 24-hour gym. Despite the evening crowds, it’s still one of the best workout spots in the area.

Membership be aware about this!!! They do not allow you to cancel anytime and they have a 30 day policy to cancel, if the next payment is on it you still will be responsible for paying even though you just want to cancel your membership- personally I have had medical conditions and I was paying 30 something a month for a gym that I couldn’t go in- on top of that they combined my ABC service fee with my monthly hahaha 86 and I still have to pay 36 in November!!!! WHAT A SCAMMMM AND WHAT A JOKE!!! I will NEVER REJOIN EOS EVER!!!!!!!!!!!! AND THEY DIDNT EVEN PROVIDE AN EMAIL TO LET YOU KNOW ABOUT THE FEES THAT THEY WILL BE CHARGING. Absolutely money takers and robbers!!!!!!!!!!!

I went there to try their free 7 day pass, and then we met a manager who signed us up for a 1 month free trial by paying just 50 cents. I specifically asked if there would be any fees if I decided to cancel in case I didn’t like the gym, and he told me no, nothing at all.
After about two weeks, I realized the place was too far and always crowded. I didn’t want to drive 17 minutes just to wait for equipment. When I went to cancel, guess what they charged me around $93, claiming it was for annual and cancellation fees. Like seriously? I wasn’t even there for a full month and the manager lied to me. Very unfair and disappointing.

I’ve been a member over a year and honestly, it just gets more and more disappointing. It’s pretty annoying to get my notice that my annual membership fee is about to be charged, when there is such an incredible lack of adequate and timely maintenance.
In my last visit, there was one single small leg compression boot, and ALL others were “out for repairs”. I personally have two legs so this was pointless. Maybe buy an adequate amount of them so you can cycle them through for maintenance without wiping out the whole stock?
In addition, there are a very limited number of massage chairs in a recovery room that could very clearly house at least twice as many, and half of these are consistently down for maintenance. Not sure why I’m paying for the top level of membership if the amenities are not going to be consistently available and properly maintained.
There are only 3 recumbent bikes and maybe 3-5 upright stationary bikes. IF they’re not marked for maintenance.
The cables on the pulley systems need to be greased regularly, they don’t glide as they should. The attachments? I bought my own because they were so poorly stocked and maintained.
Other than these giant red flags, it’s a great facility. 🙃 I love using the sauna and appreciate how clean the bathrooms are kept. I’m pretty antisocial as a gym person so I can’t say much about the community or culture or anything, but people are nice enough. Employees greet you and are kind but not overbearing or pushy. My complimentary eval at the beginning was an incredibly long and cringy affair but I made it through with some decent data and minimal trauma 😅.

At this point… I am so fed up with this location. It pains me that we pay our monthly fees and sky high annual fee just for many of the staff members to be extremely dismissive and for the equipment to not work properly. I’ve come to this location Since January and more times than not the sauna is not working, much of the cable equipment is not properly calibrated and the night staff Seems to be extremely clueless when questions are asked and we’re directed to come back when management is in. If you do plan on coming to this location please be ready to potentially have Janky equipment, The sauna not work, the Jacuzzi be in operative and for the staff to not be helpful.

Eos is a good place, it clean but it changes hands a lot, and the person who orders products does not seem to know how to order always out of protein powder. Especially the most popular ones. There seems to be a lot of broken equipment, which is sad. Just like broken massage chairs. But I guess that is what happens when you hire young, inexperienced people. Still enjoy personal trainer Dustin.

Gym is great if you are planning on coming here for a lifetime and never want to cancel.
I got a PT session and later wanted to cancel and it took me months and talked with multiple people before my plan was finally canceled. And when I talked with my trainer and one of the then managers they gave me two different answers about how many sessions I had left. So hundreds of dollars just wasted.
And now I am trying to cancel my membership. I called them 10/3 and they said they would put a ticket it. I never got a email confirmation saying my membership is canceled so I called again 10/10 and now they are saying it was never canceled.

When it comes to cleanliness and the overall gym experience, EoS is better than LA Fitness and light years better than 24 Hour Fitness. Small things like the tiling and spa music in the pool area make for a really pleasant experience.
This location is brand new so I can't predict if it will fall into disrepair or general neglect (like every 24 Hour Fitness) after a year or so. But right now, it's great.
I can't wait for the new location in Saginaw to open up so I can immediately drop 24 Hour Fitness!

BEWARE BEFORE YOU SIGN UP!!! I have really enjoyed my time here for the most part but after an experience I had on sunday, July 20th where one of the personal trainers threatened to call the police on me I cannot in good conscience recommend anybody get a new membership here.
While the initial response seemed like this matter was going to be taken care of it is now been over a month since any communication in regards to this even though I have sent follow-up emails asking for more information.
I do not fear for my safety personally as I know the gentleman that accosted me just needs de-escalation training and to understand how to properly handle these situations but the fact that there's been no communication says a lot about their guest first policies.
I will continue to work out here until I sign up for another gym in the very near future but I'm sorely disappointed in the level of service and professionalism shown by this location and manager Brayan Avalos.
I attached the picture of the last communication I received for reference

I recently bought a day pass and the gym seem to be really nice. I was considering switching to this gym but after the morning desk guy was extremely rude to me and my friend, I think I will hold off. He was so rude with me, I asked him if he didn’t want customers and he literally said yes. Me and a friend were about to buy a day pass anyway so that we don’t miss our workout, but when I turned around he said “No, we don’t want customers. That’s what you said right? We don’t want customers, have a good day” I have messaged management and if they find a way to repair this issue I will consider changing my review.

A lot better gyms than this mediocre gym. Literally having issues with my current gym, I told them that and they said well we can’t offer you a 7 day pass cause your locations power is turned off. All we can offer you is a membership, I’m like what if I don’t like your gym? I’ve done that before and I got stuck in a contract. I was being honest what brought me in there today and it was cause my current gym has been a let down, I wanted to explore other gyms and I chose your gym to check it out since it’s near me and you to say I can’t try your gym for free. That’s bad business. Well thank god yall saved me before making a mistake and trying yalls planet fitness gym out.

Terrible experience!
They didn’t honor their “7 day pass”
My wife and I were looking to switch gyms because Fitness Connect let us down multiple times.
We came here to check out this gym and the manager said this location isn’t doing 7 day pass and they could do 1 day for $20 or 7 for $35.
This was your chance to earn more people’s business and take advantage of the fact that other gyms are closed to show off your facilities, but you guys got greedy!

Someone give Richard on the stretch team a raise!!! I came in for a complimentary stretch session which I admit sounded not super exciting. But Richard had incredible knowledge of movement, stretching, and pain management. He listened to things I struggle with (chronic back pain that came from weaknesses in certain areas of my body) and stretched me out, was able to modify for me even as a hypermobile person, and taught me key exercises that would benefit me in the long run. Super attentive, great listener, and SUPER knowledgeable about movement (this opinion comes from a yoga teacher so you know my opinion is credible).
Seriously please someone give Richard a raise.

The facility itself is great, but it’s packed with groups of teens. More often than not; you don’t even see them check in, they walk in and nobody validates memberships.
Happy that they’re trying to lead a healthy lifestyle; but when you have large groups of kids, they all huddle around equipment and it prolongs their sets which leads to paying members having to wait.
I don’t know how long this place will stay open for business if they don’t start enforcing check in’s. Which would take care of the above problem.

Stay out of the pool and hot tub!!! Around 8-9pm on aug 8th I went for a swim. I was the only person at the time and suddenly I found poop in the pool. I immediately got out and went to the shower. I called the front desk and let them know and to close down the pool. (I was not going to pick up shi and take it to the front desk in my wet bikini) The young man who answered said he will check on it and close the pool. Later on when I went to leave the night shift worker had just got there. I noticed people back in the pool!! I asked him about why it wasn’t shut down and he said the other shift told him NOTHING and all he could do was let his boss know. I was mortified!!! I figured hey maybe they will do something about it the next day. NOPE!!! People were back in the pool!!! No shut down. No cleaning. By the point I’m sure any evidence had dissolved. I sent my concern to the gym but no response. Please people stay out of the pool and hot tubs. Even with pool chemicals added that does not get rid of poop.
UPDATE: I requested compensation for the issue as anyone else should and got this response from the DOM. “We had the water tested by the pool company and there were 0.00 parts per million of fecal matter in the pool. That is the reasoning for not draining the pool.” I literally have no reason for making this up and the fact that this gym is refusing to do nothing about the pool is very alarming. Swim at your own risk. They do not care about hygiene.

If you don’t mind a 30-45 minute workout to last 60+ minutes easy and you don’t mind circling the parking lot and eventually parking 200 yards away from the entrance, then you’ll be fine. The equipment is nice and the gym it’s generally clean, but they have aggressive tactics for signing up members, leading to having 1 piece of equipment for every 5 members in the gym at any given time, outside of 2am. Also, there a ton of teenagers walking around, talking and goofing around, taking up time and space on the machines.
TLDR;
More members than equipment, horrible parking situation, and you have to wait through campers to get a machine.

⭐ 1 Star — Beware: This Gym is a Scam
I strongly urge anyone considering joining this gym to think twice. They are fraudulently taking money and make it nearly impossible to cancel your membership. I followed every step they provided to cancel, yet they continue to charge my account month after month.
Their customer service is unhelpful and dismissive, and they refuse to take accountability for unauthorized charges. It’s clear they’re banking on people giving up out of frustration.
Do NOT join this gym. Read the fine print, research other members’ experiences, and save yourself the headache and financial loss. There are plenty of reputable gyms out there—this is not one of them. Beware of Raffi the sales guy, he absolutely lied about the training and once they sign you up, YOU CAN'T cancel it!! I've paid an insane amount of money for NO training. It was supposed to be $344 total and I'm at almost $900 and still going!!

I have Gympass and I was coming here almost daily then I took about a month off and came back. There was a different guy at the front desk I haven't seen before who told me I couldn't use my Gympass anymore and I had to sign up for an actual eos membership. Nowhere in the terms does it say this and I've had it for over a year. The guy was loud and halfway had an attitude when I questioned him on this. Like he was irritated that I didn't just say okay and move along. He did still end up letting me in but I was so off put I ended up not even working out
Will be contacting management and all else fails I'll start going to the fitness connection up the road because I'm not about to pay for two memberships

Great gym. Great amenities. There’s a guy named Dustin Rice that’s a personal trainer at this facility. He’s the greatest personal trainer in the world. He’s kind, considerate, people-friendly, communicative, dedicated, consistent, professional, and is by far ahead of the Game.
I’m very, very thankful to know Dustin as he has motivated me in more ways beyond fitness than even I could fathom (and he’s younger than me.)
I would encourage staff at all gyms (of all levels) to be more like Dustin. He’s a gem in a world gone dry. He will conquer, and continue to be the best. Also, Silas at front desk is really, really cool…I think he’s going to be in commercial real-estate soon—y’all should hit him up after college.

I’m disappointed in the service I received on the phone today. One of the associates got snappy when I asked clarifying questions about visitation after she cut me off several times. I decided to call back after that interaction.
Manager Mariah lied about the manager I wanted to speak to going on break… when I called back 2 minutes later another rep named Eric said the general manager, who takes service complaints, doesn’t work on weekends. Eric took 15 minutes to transfer me to Mariah.
When asking a direct question about the guest pass, they answered a completely different question and says she’s “going to provide coaching” to the first rep. Meanwhile, she answered me the same way the first rep did… which was unrelated to my point. Then proceeds to over educate on how “it means I can’t come to the gym once I cancel.” WEIRD to overstate and treat like I don’t know what I’m asking for. Instead of gaining clarity, she backed up her undereducated rep too.Which let me know that she spoke with her within the few minutes since I called back. Therefore, no accountability. And that’s why I’m here. In the reviews because I now have three reasons not to trust their customer service.
What a shame.
Great gym.
Customer service biases wins again. Peachy.

I’m very disappointed in the staff and management here at this location. I came IN PERSON over 9 months ago to cancel my membership as bc I moved out of state and I am still being charged! I have now called in 2 separate times to request a refund and confirm my membership has been cancelled. Here I am continuing to be charged after being told 3x now that it will be cancelled. Still no cancellation email has been sent after I’ve been told that’s what I need to show for a refund. This place has and is continuing to scam me. May end up with frikin lawyers involved over a GYM MEMBERSHIP. This is ridiculous! I will never be getting a membership with this company again. DO BETTER AND CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP!!!

Absolutely do NOT recommend joining this gym. The staff at the EOS Fitness in North Richland Hills are incredibly rude and unhelpful. Their customer service is a joke — no one returns calls or gives straight answers. They withdrew over $300 from my account without authorization, and despite multiple attempts to get it resolved, I’ve gotten nothing but the runaround. No accountability. No urgency. Just attitude.
If you value your time, money, or respect as a paying customer, go somewhere else. There are plenty of gyms that actually treat people right.

Finally got a chance to use my guest pass for a visit. Overall, the facility is very nice and clean with good equipment for strength and cardio. I really enjoy the yoga and Zumba classes and have yet to try the others. My only pet peeve is how crowded it gets during peak hours especially for such a small facility and with hardly enough parking spaces. I do like Eos, just not a big fan of this particular location.

Honestly I came into EOS expecting something boring like plant fitness but when I got there the staff made sure I had a really smooth time especially thank you to the GM raf for helping me so much and getting me started on my fitness journey with a coach. Ugh i love EOS so much but it got to the point where there were too many people that I couldn’t enjoy my workout which is why im cancelling my membership. I don’t get off work until 5pm and 4-9pm it’s always so packed. Other than that eos is such a great gym, hopefully they make more gym locations soon.

Not a good day at the North Richland Hills EOS gym. The swimming 🏊♀️ pool showed some kind of white solution on the surface. I tried 2 laps but never felt comfortable. I got out from the water, 💧 took a picture of it and Google it. AI said that colud be chlorine powder residue, maybe is safe, but still, is not normal. When swimmers go to the pool, they expect cristal clear water. Hopefully by the next visit the experience would be better.

I’ve been waiting over 4 months for them to downgrade my membership and of course they keep charging me the higher amount each month. May 29th will be the FIFTH incorrect payment they take out. I’ve spoken with front desk people, emailed, called, etc. this is utterly ridiculous AND they always have multiple equipment out of order. Just right now they have 2 out of the 4 cryo machines out of order. I don’t know how they are always packed. Let’s see if they do something now with this damn review! I better not see that higher payment taken out of my account on May 29th!
UPDATE 6/6/25:
They took out the wrong payment out last week and I emailed this Conrad person and I have yet to receive a response. Shocking. Funny thing is, their women’s sauna has been out of order for a few days. At least since Wednesday that I noticed. So discouraging!

This location hires disrespectful, rude and embarrassing employees. I went to workout this morning with family , we currently have the highest membership. Elijah confronted me upon entering stating my daughter had to check in regardless of the fact that we have been coming to this gym since it opened. He proceeded to verbally berate me in front of my wife and mother when I expressed my concern and frustration about having to complete this process for the first time. He handed me a pass the I can guarantee will never be used since my daughter no longer wants to workout after the interaction with Elijah. I snatch the pass and again he began to yell and raise his voice in front of customers and my whole family, escalating the situation to the point that this altercation took almost 15 minutes of my morning routine and workout. The fact that I am here at 5 in the morning to workout with my family having the highest membership for over a year and having this procedure “in place” since the beginning is unacceptable and again embarrassing to the point that Elijah has now made my wife and daughter uncomfortable to the point they do not want to continue to go to the gym.Elijah did state that I can contact the manager Brian but “who the hell knows when he will be in”(insert snarky grin). I expect repercussions for Elijah’s mannerisms and aggressive attitude. If changes are made this review will reflect, but for now I strongly do not recommend this gym for families.

EOS Fitness is a solid gym with a clean, well-equipped facility and friendly, helpful staff. I really liked all the options they offer with their membership tiers, and the prices are very reasonable. My only issue was that it was just a little too packed for my personal preference—I was looking for a more low-key gym vibe. If you don’t mind working out around a lot of people, this place is great. Overall, giving it 4 stars!

I signed up with my cousin for the 7 day free trial a couple days ago. We walk in today (Thursday) and the tall white boy with black/brown curly hair and short Hispanic girl with glasses and braids tell us we can’t use the 7 day trial and we have to pay $1 to sign up for a membership for 14 days. They wouldn’t allow us into the gym unless we paid the $1. Mind you, my cousin brought me on board along with my other half to this gym and we got turned off by the way the front desk handled the situation. We told them we had already signed up for the 7 day trial 2 days prior but because today is an “Open House” day our 7 day pass is invalid and that we need to sign up for $1 to access the gym today.
EOS just lost 3 potential customers! 👎🏼

Very cool facility, well maintained and clean. Just be sure to get a copy of your contract. The GM didn't offer me a copy of my contract, left out significant details regarding payment, and the people at the front desk answering the phone are likely not trained very well. One of the gentlemen answering the phone was very ignorant/lied about the late fee policy. They're kinda cooks. However, if you have the money for them to pick through your bank account without it being an issue, this gym is great.

An old manager messed up my account and canceled my membership without my knowledge. 2 months later I called to check on my account and said I had to start a new sign up and pay for that. Fortunately Mariah, an assistant manager went and fixed that mistake and got my membership back with no fees. 10/10 manager. I love eos a lot and this mistake almost made me quit that gym, Mariah is the only reason why I will go to Eos.

Terrible customer service. Terrible personal training. There’s a reason why they’ve had so much turnover in management.
Update: After leaving this review, the District Operations Manager responded asking me to email him directly to resolve the issue. I did—but received no reply. I’ve sent multiple emails, spoken with several managers, and even showed up in person for a meeting I was told would happen, only to be turned away. I paid over to $400 for personal training sessions that were never provided, and despite repeated efforts to address the situation, no one has taken responsibility or offered a solution. The lack of follow-through is just as bad as the initial experience. I genuinely liked this gym and would have loved to return, but this has left a really bad impression.

When they first opened, they had a promotion where if I referred 5 people, I would get a free year. I kept following up because they kept charging me every month, and they always told me they would pass the message to the manager, who is the only one who can activate it.
After a year of this, someone from the front desk finally helped me get another year since the original offer was never activated. I believe I even spoke with the manager, who assured me that I wouldn’t be charged starting the next month.
It’s been 3 months since that conversation, and I’m still being charged. This is extremely frustrating and feels like false advertising, promising benefits for referrals and then never delivering.

If I could rate 3.5 stars I would, maybe 3.75..maybe. Mostly because of the equipment availability. I use the assault runner, rowers, sled, and ski ergs a lot. There is only 1 assault runner, 1 sled, 2 rowers, and 2 ski ergs. Since Ive joined at least one of the ski ergs, and one of the rowers have been down. Right now a rower is down. It makes doing circuit training difficult. While I do not mind sharing equipment, it can be frustrating to lose the equipment you need to finish a round. I do hope this changes.

I’m a frequent member & I love to go to the gym. The only thing I do not like is that the cleaning lady often complains about the members in Spanish. She may be Puerto Rican or something. I’m Mexican, I have no issue with her. She had 0 professionalism. Yesterday night, I was in the first stall by the mirrors where the bathroom is and she walked in next to me. She was on FaceTime or on the phone and I can hear her complaining to her friend saying “this woman leave the bathroom dirty, everyday when she comes in. She began to gossip about this girl stating if you think that’s bad watch look how disgusting they leave this. Etc.” I don’t think this shows good character because I always hear her on the phone but I can’t begin to fathom that this is the way she speaks about people thinking no one is listening because we have our headphones on. I’m not impressed but I am shocked by this behavior because not only did she gossip but she was showing her friend pictures of the bathroom stall and the locker room. That’s absolutely insane to me. This happened yesterday night around 11pm- 12am. She continued gossiping when she noticed that someone came in but I guess she never thought someone else was in the stall next to her either.

EOS is my favorite gym at a great price! They have all sorts of amenities and lots and lots of equipment. There is different fitness equipment depending on your goals including free weights, squat racks, booty builders, a large variety of cardio machines, a pool & hot tub. Some EOS locations have an outdoor area, the "yard" where you can do functional fitness training, a cardio room that plays movies, recovery areas, etc. There are saunas that are in the locker rooms so they are same sex (which is a lot more comforting as a woman). There is something for everyone at EOS. I went to the Hurst location and Tiana was very helpful and friendly. Having been to 4 different EOS locations, I can say the staff is generally very friendly and helpful compared to other gyms where the staff was not as nice. The only thing I wish is that there was one closer to where I live! Please open more!

READ BEFORE SIGNING ANYTHING:
This company, not just this location, is 100% quantity over quality. They know there are 6 people for every piece of weight lifting equipment they have but still set RIDICULOUS quotas for their salespeople every month.
Forget getting a 45 minute workout in between 4- 10pm unless you use 2 machines. After 10pm it becomes a high school daycare and they come in groups of 4-6 then goof off like it's gym class all while taking machines you want to use.
If you workout between 2am-4am then you're good, otherwise it's a complete joke trying to get a decent workout in at the place.
The bathrooms: you need a hazmat suit just to go to the bathroom and that's if you can fight your way through all the idiots posing and taking pictures,, IN THE BATHROOM, just to get to what you hope is a functional toilet.
The place is run by people who have no clue how to run a gym. All they care about is making sure you sign up, after that they don't care.
The selection of equipment is great but the clientele is laughable. Go sometime between Monday - Thursday and forget what the salesperson is saying. Instead look around at all the weights everywhere, 5 people to a machine, the lack of care regarding hygiene, and remember how hard it is to cancel. So unless you just have time and money to literally waste go somewhere, anywhere else than EOS.

Good gym, reasonable prices. Giving 3 stars because the cable machine equipment is pretty janky. Your in a guessing game on if your getting a good machine or not. It feels like it’s going left/right when going down. When told staff about it they said they can’t fix them all as people get mad when they’re out of order.. so they’re ok with how messed they are

Mariah and Rodney are some of the two best customer service representatives I have seen. Especially in a GYM that is reasonably priced. Often times I will come here and see the staff diligently working to assist clients and promote a positive environment. I have been an avid gym goer for the past 10 years and am happy to call this my iron temple. All are welcome from beginners to veterans! Thank you Eos for helping to create a community of lifters. The only reason I did not give 5/5 stars is due to low stock on supplements and the often poor attitude of a trainer named Brian who seems to be rude unless you pay him.
