If you cancel because you’re moving the district manager needs proof if it’s within the 30 days to refund your cancellation. Let that sink in for second. Exactly. Now ask yourself why would a district manager need my information to prove I’m moving ? Glad I dropped this gym you get what you pay for if you come here. This gym hires very young kids that have no clue how to manage a sale nore do they make you aware of this long 30 days prior notice (most gyms do 7 days).

I activated a pass online for 7 days. I called front desk to ask questions he said just come up here and get it activated we would love to help. I drive from McKinney to here for Mikhal to tell me it’s $20 for a day pass or I need to come back because nobody can assist in me in my 7 day pass.

I have been to many different eos locations across dallas and this is the best one by far. It is always kept super clean, the equipment is always up to par (unlike other locations where they are constantly under repair), and the front desk is always there to greet you with a smile when you walk in. And if you do have any issues the operations manager is super friendly and helpful and will address any problems with a smile. Best EOS in dallas!!

Very concerning that the lights in the parking lot are off every night. With all the human trafficking attempts happening in Dallas this is extremely unsafe. There are young women who attend this gym and for immediate action to have not been taken is not professional.

I’ve been a member at EōS Fitness – Preston for two months, and I’m extremely disappointed with the way I was treated.

Today, a staff member removed me from the gym, claiming that I couldn’t use my phone holder during my workout. When I joined, I specifically asked if using my phone and holder was allowed, and I was clearly told yes.

I have video evidence showing that I’ve used the same setup many times before without any problem. The way I was treated today was disrespectful, humiliating, and completely unprofessional.

I’ve requested a full refund and will be taking legal action due to this unfair and discriminatory treatment.
I do not recommend this gym — it’s not a safe or respectful environment for customers.

Would give this gym 0 stars if possible, I went today to pay my membership because I switched credit cards and my card didn’t go through so I was going to update it. I tried calling yesterday to update it and wasn’t able to, so I go today in person to change it and got charged a $30 fee because of a 1 day delay when I explained everything to the person upfront. Ridiculous customer service and lost a membership for a ridiculous fee. Managers should teach their front desk that gym will win more money by giving good customer service than a stupid fee. Have also had many problems with front desk with them not letting my brother who is 18 in because they confuse him with someone else, happened multiple times. Gym sucks don’t recommend it at all

Overall the gym is very good. This review is about their sales person. AVOID their salesperson called GARY. He will promise anything you asked before you sign membership and after you paid, he will say I didn’t make that promise. So the situation was on September my apartment lease is about to end in a week, I went to their gym to get new membership. Gary greeted me and I am satisfied with gym and Gary asked me to sign up today, I asked this Gary if I can get 7 day extended to the new membership because my apartment provide gym before lease ends. He said no problem so I paid. Then after two weeks, I found 7 day is not extended to my membership and I asked Gary why. He said I didn’t make promise to give 7 day extension. So apparently they are playing tricks to coax customer to sign up membership. But anyway 7 day is not a big deal. I like the gym but don’t like this Gary. Avoid the dishonest person if you can.

When this gym first opened it was fine but it quickly became very run down. There is a severe lack on cleanliness here. When you first walk in you are hit with the smell of dirty socks. The gym itself and the bathrooms/locker rooms are actually disgusting. Human waste all over the floors and toilet seats if you know what I mean. Also the water smells like sewage. With “cleaners” walking around all the time you’d think the place would actually be clean. Lots of broken equipment too and inconsiderate guests. I will not be returning to this location.

Lack of care from the staff, gimmicky business models that charge you without notifying while signing up. Wouldn’t be my first choice but I have (without my knowledge) already paid $100 for the year and will continue to go until then.
When they fail to charge you for something they should be responsible for they will tell you that it’s because you haven’t gotten “caught” yet. Crazy work cause I run businesses and I wouldn’t say that to a customer. The place looks good but overall experience has been very disappointing.

Gym is Great but you definitely need to plan your workout times accordingly because it’s a MadHouse from 5-9pm.
Also the biggest issue is the parking lot not having enough spaces. You will need to park in “Wichita Falls” and be prepared hitchhike all the way to the gym just to workout. But hey I guess that’s the gym giving you another perk in free cardio before your lift right 😅

you’d think since it’s new that the customer service was top tier, I WAS WRONG!! the only one that was friendly was the operation manager but I felt bad because he was heading out. I was waiting for a sales consultant and the first thing he says to me on the couch is “are you here for a membership” no introduction no hello how are you. then he didn’t even seem like he wanted to give me a tour, I ASKED WHAT HIS NAME WAS. He didn’t introduce himself, and then we got to the weights area then he let me go workout and said “okay you’re free to workout” i don’t even know where the bathroom is. I didn’t even know there’s a recording room or a room dedicated to only leg and glute workouts. EOS Fitness Melbourne is the gym I’ve been waiting for. I’ve always said I wish my gym had this piece of equipment or that fitness class. Well EOS Fitness is that gym! I love EOS and I was going there for a year until I moved and had to switched locations to being at this location. Definitely wouldn’t recommend going to this location. There has been a change in staff constantly and I’m sure it’s because they don’t know what they’re doing. I wasn’t even aware that my account hadn’t been pass due previous months and I continue to go in and out of the gym with nothing to be said to me until I finally come to the front desk and ask them why am I getting messages? The front desk man was rude about the issue and said I would need to sit and wait until the account. Just for the account manager to come in and address me at the front desk with everyone else that was coming into the Gym and tell me that he cannot help me with this issue and that I need to pay the full amount even with me, not knowing that I was past due to begin with I had no problem making the payment of the months that I have missed without knowing, but my issue was the additional fees that they added to me being late without me, knowing that I was even late just no assistance at all if you go to EOS I would go to the Frisco location with new staff members that know what they’re doing.

Me and my wife went out there with high expectations on 08/31, we had heard some great things about this gym. The lady’s in the front were great and nice, they asked for us to wait for a rep to sign us up for a membership. Saw Laura post some pictures of strangers and added it as support to her complaint if I were them Id contact the gym and say something like: I wanted to bring something to your attention regarding my experience at the gym. Recently, while using the recovery area, I noticed that photos were being taken of me without my consent. I found this extremely uncomfortable and invasive, especially since I was simply resting in the leg compression equipment provided by the facility.

As a paying member, I value having a safe and respectful environment where I can use the amenities without feeling targeted, judged, or recorded by others. It was upsetting to know that my private use of the equipment could be photographed and shared.

I kindly ask that management reinforce guidelines regarding photography in the gym and ensure that all members’ privacy is respected. Protecting member privacy helps everyone feel comfortable and maintains the professionalism of the facility.

I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to seeing the gym continue to provide a safe and supportive space for all members. Its one thing to complain and although understandable still risky business throwing in photos of complete strangers may have to double check policy on that though.

Do not ever ever ever buy personal training sessions at this gym. Very shady and borderline Illegal billing. If your trainer calls in sick, or forgets they have you on the schedule and they dont show up for your session, Or accidentally double books you so you dont get to work out - you still get billed!!!!!!!! They do not credit your account and they will not refund you the money. My trainer finally got fired after this happened 4 or 5 times to me. But now I have a bill for almost 300-400$ that I was robbed of. We spoke to management and they said they are just following the company policy. This place will not stay in business long when people who pay huge added fees to their memberships to keep staff and trainers there get screwed over time and time again. Very disappointing.

They're opening a gym at this address: 600 W 15th St, Plano, TX. My husband and I went to ask around, and none of the people there explained anything very well. They're just workers who are just for show. They don't do anything.

I just love my membership at EŌS!!
Lots of equipment to work every part of your body.
Pam has the best STEP class and I truly love it! She mixes up the routines and the energy Pam brings to the class is 2nd to none!! Great job!!
Sarah’s Pilates class is the BEST!! She works different zones of the body each workout and encourages us to push ourselves! The warmups/stretches/cool downs are spot on!
Thanks ladies… dont change a thing!! You are making such a huge difference in our lives and we are so thankful!! Lots of new friends too😊
