I have been a member at EOS Fitness at this location, and it has happened multiple times now where they cut the power and water and ask all the members to leave. I’ve been working out for a long time in different gyms, and I’ve never seen anything like this before. At this point, it feels intentional, and it’s affecting everyone’s experience. I hope the General Manager sees this and initiates an investigation into what’s going on.

I started going here 2 weeks after they opened & I love this gym! It definitely helps me feel motivated to go to the gym when I’m supposed to.
It can get packed but it’s never overly packed imo.
It’s always clean & all of the staff is always friendly.
I switched from LifeTime and even though it’s a lot cheaper at EOS, it definitely feels like a step up.
Sidenote: If you’re looking for a personal trainer, ask for Ky. He’s really down to earth and he knows his stuff!

Very nice gym. Lots of equipment very roomy and they have a special cover room but I haven't seen it any other gym. They also have a hot tub and cold plunge and an infrared and regular sauna. They also have quite a few classes which I like, sometimes it's nice to have someone you're leading you so you don't have to think you just do!

Just got started at EOS, and I’m so happy I picked this gym. It’s fairly new, so all the equipment is in great shape and everything is clean. They also have a ton of great amenities - massage chairs, saunas, cold pools, a cardio theater room, etc. I worked with my trainer Eric for the first time, and he was super patient, helpful and informative. I can tell I’m going to be sore tomorrow, but I can’t wait to come back. Shout out to Brandon and Dylan for helping me pick the perfect plan, get signed up and show me around. So happy I came in.

While the gym is super new and nice. The Sauna is NEVER warm. It's barely hot enough to break a sweat. I've told the front desk this twice and nothing. Probably wont come back to this location because of it.

Also, Cold pluge also isnt as cold as it should be.

EDIT: A month later and it's still colder in the sauna than it is outside. Cmon.

I am a current member of the luxury gym Equinox and tried EOS Plano. I became an immediate member after the stretch sessions, affordable personal training, 24 hrs, “Booty” room where machines focused on glutes and lower body.
I am even more pleased with the Recovery Room (massage chairs and cryo benches) I referred my entire family and network.
The only complaint is people are inconsiderate in the Recovery Room and have LOUD conversations instead of using their indoor voices.

Waited an hour and a half for personal training that didn't happen even though it was scheduled. Got fed up with waiting so I went to pack and noticed that someone took the liberty of trying my protein powder. I know they can't control that, but that's not a workout environment that I want to pay for. Got charged $100 for 3 days and to cancel. I hope this place catches on fire, VETERANS DO NOT GO HERE.

My Eos Metroplex Tour continued today with a visit to the 15th Street location in Plano. This is another top notch, Eos location with all of the equipment I need and want. I was very excited to get a chance to try out the Skelcore Linear Back Row because it is broken at the Frisco location. This machine definitely lived up to the hype and deserves to be included in the lineup at any and every Eos location. They also had a very fancy looking plate loaded squat press that I have never seen outside of a 24 Hour Fitness. The only thing that was a negative was the lack of door hooks on the women's bathroom stall doors. I think most people would prefer not to have to put anything like a backpack, purse, coat, etc. on the floor of a public restroom. Keep up the great work Eos! Can't wait to visit another new location!

I absolutely love my new gym. I’ve never really been a “gym person,” and the last gym I went to just didn’t feel right — but the moment I walked into EOS, everything changed.

It’s spotless, spacious, and so welcoming. The atmosphere is peaceful and comfortable, not overwhelming at all. The music is at a perfect volume where you can focus and still hold a conversation. I love all the private rooms and how thoughtfully everything is set up.

But what truly makes this place special is the staff. They are amazing — thoughtful, kind, helpful, and genuinely caring.

My favorite part is the Recovery Center, especially the tank there stretch program is so helpful for my body and Carl has been incredible! His knowledge, patience, and the way he cares for every client is truly a gift to EOS.

I am so happy I found my new workout home.

This is a pretty cool gym with a lot of modern equipment that helps take my workouts for the next level. The recovery amenities are awesome as well, like the massage chair is next level and their shark tank.

EōS has everything you need to get swole—tons of lifting equipment, a massive space, and a price that’s hard to beat. I haven’t seen many gyms that match it in size, variety of machines, or affordability. Highly recommend.
