I’m giving this facility the lowest rating possible due to negative experiences with the cancellation process and the staff members listed below (sorry if I misspell your names). The facility itself is standard. I had to cancel my membership within days of signing up due to an unexpected relocation. I explained this multiple times—in person, over the phone, and by email—and was repeatedly assured the cancellation was taken care of.
Masha looked me directly in my eyes and told me she would cancel my membership. When I called the next day to confirm, Aaron spoke to me with unnecessary attitude. When I asked whether I’d receive a refund or continue to have access for the rest of the month, he snapped back with, “Why would you get a refund?” Despite all these assurances, I was still charged the following month AND told the membership was still active. Once more, I called AND emailed for an explanation, and never received one, on top of being denied a refund.
This entire situation is infuriating, especially because I am not in a position to lose that money. I urge future customers to keep this in mind, not even following the instructions will spare you.

my wife and I just joined. the staff was awesome and made our decision join very easy and welcoming. Corbin sees and greets us everytime we come in. and our trainer Anthony has been a great help. five stars for staff and facilities.

Under 18 guests are not allowed, also the parking lot is terrible, and it’s too expensive. $100 second month of membership. Literally go anywhere else, or better yet, a walk around the neighborhood is all you need. They hire the worst managers honestly. I don’t understand how you’re going to let 13 year olds sign up for their own membership but not be able to go as a guest with a parent or guardian. The policy is stupid and dripping with greed.

Very conveniently located, good atmosphere, love the steam room, definitely better than other locations. Usually gets pretty packed. Great staff except a few, Gianni and Will are really helpful. Would be nice if they got some newer equipment similar to the Sugarland location! Massage seats in the recovery room would be nice.

This has been my go to location for years. It gets packed at peak hours but what gym doesn't. I'd say it's worth it. Good machines, lots of squat racks, and all around good vibe.
