I signed up November 22 to this EoS gym. They pre-charge you for the 1 st. month. Got billed. On December 1st. I decided I no longer want the membership (changed my mind). They are going to charge me the next full month’s membership fee plus $64.94 for the annual fee. Why do they take your money like that? I understand. Charging for the month since I was outside of the 30 day cancellation policy… But annual fee??? These companies advertise all these lower memberships fees but they always one way or another find a way to take more money than it’s fair. They don’t even pro-rate some fair amount. How incredibly disappointing and unethical situation. Think about twice before you join and read the agreement. Because God forbid you change your mind. It will cost you $$$. And they won’t take no for an answer.

EōS Gym is honestly a dream gym that’s the only way I can describe it. Every inch of this place feels intentional. The equipment is top tier and always well kept, the entire facility stays spotless, and the staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They truly thought of everything. They have a cold plunge, massage chairs, leg compressions, and you can even schedule stretch sessions with trained staff. There’s a whole room dedicated just to lower body workouts, and even a movie room where you can walk, get your steps in, and watch a film at the same time. The entertainment and amenities make working out an experience, not a chore. And the warm towels? Elite! Whoever created this gym had to be someone who lived in the gym world and said, “Let’s build everything the other gyms are missing” because that’s exactly what it feels like. One of my favorite parts is the designated recording area. You can focus on your workout without worrying about someone recording you, but if you do want to film content, there’s a space for that too. It’s the perfect balance. This is by far the best gym I’ve ever been to. I haven’t visited every gym in the world, but I honestly don’t see how anything could top EoS Gym. It’s grand, it’s thoughtful, and it’s amazing. I’m obsessed.

Apparently I’m not the only one that noticed the homeless lady camping out here.

Every time I go into the cryo chair room there seems to be a woman who camps out in there eating snacks and watching movies on her phone with no headphones, not even using the chair. Sometimes it gets busy with all the chairs taken and she just laying there hanging out. I pay for the extra service to use the chairs, it seems like she doesn’t and just likes the dark room to lay in the chair. I’ve never actually seen her workout either. Just kind of hanging out. She spoke to me once and said she works at Ulta so she’s not a EOS employee. Just kind of weird. I feel like that room should have a scanner to get in like the other rooms.

Love this place but could do without the daily camping out of a particular lady. She is either sleeping in the massage room, hot sauna, locker room, corner of the shower stalls, media room, or icryo room. No stars, that's how bad my experience was. As a walk-in, I was excited to tour the gym since I had driven by a few times. I wasn't intetested in conducting an interview of questions, just taking a tour. Alex O. was persistent in proceeding with questioning even though I politely explained I did not want to, to the point I then directed my husband to answer on my behalf. Once a sufficient amount of inquiries were answered, the much anticipated tour commenced, and I thought the gym looked great! We came back for my welcome test/personal fitness with Andrea G., and it was great! The second half of the welcome test is 100% sales. Although Andrea was sitting beside me, I was then handed off to I believe Henry, who was attempting to sell me personal training services. I knew from his limp handshake what to expect. Again, I wasn't interested in answering a battery of questions, so when he began to ask about my goals, or nutrition, I politely stated I didn't want to answer questions, and to go ahead and explain the stuff he was trying to sell me. My response triggered and/or offended him prompting him to defensively tell me "it's not stuff like you buy at the store." When I still didn't comply he then said, "I'm going to go ahead and schedule another appointment for a better day." I in turn asked, "if and when the appointment is scheduled, is this interaction inevitable?" He replied, "Yes." I told him I wouldn't be interested in answering the line of questions then either, which prompted him to say, "If you're (me) going to be rude then there's no point in going any further." He was correct, which is what I had said from the get-go, albeit I was willing to oblige in listening to his spiel. That interaction deterred my interest in joining EOS Fitness. I spoke with the front desk manager, who I hope follows through and brings up my complaint at their morning 10:30 meetings. The gym itself is well taken care of, love the theater room, the recovery room. The amenities are top-notch, the customer service I experienced was centered around dollar signs, not genuine interest in my well-being. Beware in joining this gym.

Everytime I tried to get a membership tonight I’m just met with “ohhhh we can’t. No management is here so you’d have to come back some other time even tho you just signed for the pass online. Shelby is hands-down the greatest operational manager EoS Fitness has ever seen… maybe even the greatest human. Before I even make it to the door, she’s already shouting my name like I’m Norm from Cheers. Creepy? Maybe. Impressive? Absolutely.

Her smile? Permanent. I’m 90% sure she sleeps like that. And when it comes to equipment, she’s basically a psychic—machines don’t even get the chance to break. A dumbbell squeaks and Shelby materializes like, “Not today, Satan.”

The staff? They love her so much they might start a Shelby cult. I’ve heard chants echoing across the gym walls like a football stadium:
“Shelby! Shelby! Fixes gear before it breaks!
Shelby! Shelby! Gives high-fives and protein shakes!”

If Shelby were a car, she wouldn’t just be “the best Shelby.” She’d be a Shelby Mustang that parallel parks itself, never runs out of gas, and comes with free tacos in the glovebox.

Overall nice gym with a ton of exercise equipment, squat racks, cable machines, cardio equipment, and very good amenities. EoS has locker rooms with saunas, a infrared sauna, cold/hot plunge, cryo lounges for recovery, and day care services for those with children. They even have a room where you can watch movies while doing cardio. They're currently finishing up their outdoor gym as well, really looking forward to that. The staff is friendly and they have personal trainers available all throughout day for their clients. Seems like you get more bang for your buck here. Also they're open 24/7 so that's a plus as well.

Terrible cancellation practices. Tried to say my membership wasn't fully canceled and only stopped a portion of it, and for that reason are trying to take money from me when they failed to remove all memberships tied to my account when I specifically asked them to do so. Was told i needed to speak to a manager but was denied when I called back the next day when they were supposed to be in. Avoid at all costs, they will jerk you around for weeks until the next billing cycle then try to pull a fast one on you by charging you.

These individuals customer service is trash. My best friend introduced me to this gym, and I thought that it was a great gym With awesome benefits. I actually have one that's closer to me that they were just opening so I attempted to make multiple calls in the past week and a half to two weeks requesting to see what the benefits are of this gym. I was told on multiple occasions that someone will call me back, But I never received a call back. That's very mind blowing for the simple fact that this gym is 24 hours. I even offered To wait on the line for someone to become available, but I was told at least 3 to 4 times that someone will call me back and I have never received a call back From a specialist. I don't understand why someone's answering the phone who doesn't know about the benefit, And the specials That the company offers.

I pre-enrolled with the Will Power (top-tier) membership mainly for access to the Booty Room. The gym is brand new with state-of-the-art equipment, recovery areas, and amenities. The downside is that the Booty Room is small, and although it requires the highest membership to enter, others can easily slip in, making it overcrowded. Overall, the gym feels packed with members from surrounding gyms, and all of the classes are limited to Les Mills formats, which isn’t my preference. It’s a great facility that many will enjoy, but ultimately it wasn’t the right fit for me.
