Erik has been training me and my husband for a few months now, and weβre already seeing results in weight loss and endurance gain. He uses a good mix of workouts to ensure that each session is enjoyable. He also curates the workouts to address existing health concerns, while still addressing fitness goals. My husband and I highly recommend him for individual or couple workouts.
