My two boys have been going at Espinosa Boxing Club for a few months now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Coach Alex Espinosa is knowledgeable, supportive, and passionate about helping the kids improve—no matter if you are a beginner or have done boxing for many years.
The atmosphere is family like but intense, pushing you to give your best every session. The workouts are challenging but well-structured including boxing technique, conditioning, and mental toughness. My boys break a sweat every training :)
but they feel good because they can see the progress.
All the kids are very friendly. They respect and help each other. Whether your goal is fitness, self-defense, or competition, Espinosa Boxing is the place to go to.
Highly recommend to anyone looking to get stronger, fitter, and more confident.
