Reasonably priced clean private studio gym with attentive personal trainers that are knowledgeable and friendly. I’m recovering from an injury and was intimidated by the idea of going it alone in a corporate gym. I am one month in and already seeing clear results. Money and time well spent. Highly recommend.

I couldn’t be happier about joining Evolve fitness and working with my own personal trainer. The gym is a very nice, clean environment and the staff are so welcoming. Chris, the owner, sits down with you for an initial interview to find out your goals, where you are physically, emotionally, and which of his fantastic trainers you’d be the best match for based on this information.
Their holistic approach is also impressive because areas like nutrition, mental focus and readiness, and learning to love working out all tie in to set you up for long term success.
I never worked with a personal trainer before, and this has been the best decision I have made in a long time!
I have worked with David as my PT for 4 weeks now and already I feel a lot of positive difference.
David is very knowledgeable and conscientious about how you are feeling after each exercise. His approach is to challenge and advance you appropriately without pain and without burning you out or exacerbating past injuries.
He is a fun trainer to work with as well and has a great sense of humor which can be helpful!
I am very appreciative of his help, attention to where I am with the exercises, and everything I have learned from him so far!

I'm only what, 2 months in with this new little gym. It is a far cry from the massive, corporate LifeTime Fitness South that I had spent the last 18 month at. I was really looking for more personal, nutrition and data driven results. It's great that your trainer is telling you that you look great and strong, but what do the numbers say? The InBody machine they had there, is here as well. Curious why my trainer at LT never regularly used it in my regime.
We met with the owner Chris and he offered us a complimentary workout with one of the trainers to get a feel for the place. That wasn't necessary really. We somewhat knew what we looking for and Evolve seem to have all the stuff we really needed, without the pretentiousness. My treadmill was there, they have heavy stuff to pick up and throw around. Machines for all kinds of stuff. A massive half tire thing, that actually looks dangerous to me. :) Chris's interview with us was personal and direct. I liked that as well. He took his time, listened and asked for our availability and when to start the first complimentary session and we discussed the packages available. This was a wow moment. A 6 month commitment meant that our PT hour was $79.99, no monthly gym fee and I could come and go as I please. Jaw drop. We were paying $150 an hour, plus a monthly gym fee 3x's a week. Although to be fair, I had recently moved to a Medicare Membership at LT so no gym fee, but restricted hours. Ok, interest was peaked.
I went to my first session with Celeste. We spent the entire hour working on my balance and stretching. I was like, ok no weights? I regretted that thought when I got home a few hours later when my muscles had some aching, a signal that something good was happening that worked. Her style was to get me in touch with my core and she was surprised, as was I, why my past trainer experience didn't touch on that. Using my own stomach kettle bell or medicine ball as "The Weight" makes sense. I have used very little physical weight these past two months. I am doing a lot of Yoga it seems when I train with her. Mandatory stretching before working out, in addition to me getting on the treadmill before we start. The Yoga is teaching me to be in touch with my body and muscles, I like that as well. Celeste may be younger, but she has knowledge and experience which is what matters to me. She is now taking a keen interest in our diet. We are looking at recipes and dietary concerns. She cautioned me on my style, which was 1670 cals a day and reminded me that slow and easy wins this race. Again, good logic. Most important she has a laugh with me while I clumsy work my way through the gym like a drunken Shrek at a rave. Nice reassuring smile and very quiet speaking so I have to pay attention more.
Communication. The owner is there often and when he sees me, he always checks in with me and asks how I am doing. I get reminders on the gyms personal app and text's from Celeste checking in on me. A very important app is the InBody app. I can already see the improvement in my body, which is a total motivator. Such a simple thing and a great, honest feedback tool. It feels good to support a local business and not a corporate conglomerate as well. Let's keep on keeping on!

Extremely impressed with my personal trainer, Darren Collinwood, during the 8 months of working with him. His extensive and advanced education/training in Physical Therapy is demonstrated and applied during each session with an incredible attention to meaningful form/detail; he's observant, responsive, and solution oriented in tailoring exercises and activities to my individual, unique physical and rehabilitation needs!

The initial meeting with Chris was a great conversation. Then after our conversation, he paired me with a trainer he felt would be a great match. So far I’m pleased with my sessions with Corey, since he fits my past training coaches and previous training style. Also, being offered a menu plan (can omit food allergies, non food favorites) when the list is sent.

My husband and I enjoy working out at Evolve personal fitness and gym. We have been working out here for two years and have continued our commitment to health, fitness and wellness with the assistance of our trainer, Mike Pleshar. Mike is the perfect trainer to help you get your body strong and lean. He is professional and reliable. We have lost pounds and inches in the last two years working out with Mike, but most importantly, our overall health has improved in terms of joint pain and back pain, better sleep & energy. Mike can help you get on track whether you're a beginner or you are just getting back to your health and fitness goals. I also like how he pushes us (not in a dramatic way) and gives us some challenges while being safe to avoid injury. You can build your program to what you feel most comfortable with Mike and he will help you get there.
We also enjoy the facility, all the best equipment and tools to get you in your best shape ever. Very professional & clean environment.

I've been training with Corey Springer for 2+ years, and he has gone above and beyond for my training. Over this time, I've gained about 6-7 lbs of muscle and lowered my body fat percentage by 6% (very happy with this!!) He has helped me build a supplement, nutrition, and workout routine that has positively impacted my overall progress.
I've had memberships at LA Fitness and Equinox in the past, but training at Evolve has been a way better experience - the entire staff is super friendly and helpful + the gym is easy to work out in.

Been going here for 2 months now, Jessica is the most amazing trainer. At the consultation, she immediately made me feel at ease and like I was talking to a friend. I have never gone to a gym before and was very intimidated by the whole idea. But with Jessica, I never felt weird or embarrassed. We have had so much fun working out! If you need motivation she is there 100%. She understands change in schedules. I am a trucker and needed to learn the lifestyle of being active and fit, while also learning moves that I can take with me over the road and be able to do in or out of my semi. She made sure I understood everything and took time, gave me care, and guidance in changing my life forever! The gym is clean and not crowded. They have all the equipment needed. Everyone is friendly to me even if they are not my trainer. They offer drinks and have many clean bathrooms. Also a dry sauna! Best choice I made was to sign up for 5 days a week! Such a blast working up a sweat! Thank you Evolve! Thank you Jessica!

I am so happy I found out about Evolve Fitness! I have been working with Angela a little over a month and I already see results. I have a neck and back injury that has held me back with workouts. I’m so thankful for Angela- she has helped me heal my injury as well as gain my strength back. Private training with her is the best investment I have made for myself. If you’re considering private training consider this a sign that Angela is your girl! I also love that the gym is small and has very convenient parking.

David is a great personal trainer! I came in lacing confidence and barely knew the difference between biceps and triceps. I was excited to finally be taught right from wrong, in addition to seeing improvements, and I was not let down. David corrects me when I revert back to my incorrect form, and is also very encouraging. I definitely don't feel like I am wasting my time and look forward to being the best version of myself!

Evolve Fitness is one of the very best gyms to work out in - it's welcoming, friendly, well-organized, clean, and my trainer is one of the best in this whole town. I highly recommend Evolve over ANY of the larger chains as you will get much better individual instruction, and you won't miss out on any equipment. Love this gym!
I was so happy that my long-time trainer Eric moved to Evolve Gym as it is a much more personal but highly efficient space. Eric is passionate about training, and really takes the time to find out what your needs/wants are and works diligently to help you reach those goals. He is also deeply knowledgeable regarding dietary, nutritional, and fitness questions, no matter if you are new, or if you have been working out for years. What I like most is that he knows exactly how to motivate me to push harder – and I find that I can do much more than I ever thought possible. I highly recommend both Evolve Fitness and Eric Davis if you want the best of both worlds!

I was in Austin for a week for a wedding and was looking for a place to drop in because my hotel gym was garbage. This place welcomed me and hooked me up, very nice and professional place with a good variety of quality equipment. All I was looking for was a place with a barbell and a squat rack, maybe a pull-up bar, but they had all I needed and much more. I'm an amateur strongman and powerlifter, and I didn't get any personal training while I was there, but I observed a lot, and the trainers there clearly know what they're doing. They train to the level of the person they're working with, giving them what they need without extraneous B.S. to try to make themselves sound smart, just solid training. p.s. posting from my son's log-in.
