Our kids have been a part of this gym for over 6 years in preschool gymnastics, tumbling and now the gymnastics competitive team for the past 4 years. The coaches care deeply about the skills, safety and mental well-being of the students. My daughter has developed a highly disciplined work ethic in their program, but also is also able to maintain a healthy life/school/social balance. We love Excite and are so thankful for it.

The coaches get frustrated and yell at your kids if they can’t do a skill yet instead of helping them learn how to do it. They threaten they will lose free time if they fall down.

We’ve had a great experience with both my daughters age 4 and 7 in both their gymnastics and cheerleading classes. All of the coaches we’ve interacted with have been awesome.

It’s hit or miss depending on what coach you get. We’ve had some problems with one or two of the younger female coaches trying to create problems for our kids where there weren’t any. We would go to a different gym but they’re unfortunately the closest to us.

This is my daughter’s fifth year at Excite Gym and Cheer and we love being a part of the Excite family. In addition to All Star Cheer, my daughter joined the Acro team this year, and has loved that experience. My daughter has learned so much more than tumble and cheer skills from her coaches, including teamwork, responsibility, accountability, and sportsmanship. She truly loves being at the gym and would be there every day if she could. I love that the gym has something to offer everyone in terms of commitment level, and we really do feel like we are a part of a gym family rather than just a number. Kudos to Julie and Alison for taking customer feedback into account and making adjustments for this season!

My girls have been at Excite! for almost three years and they love it! My oldest daughter participates in All-Star Cheer, tumble and private lessons with Coach Wicam. My youngest participates in novice cheer, tumble and private lessons with Coach Destiny. I highly recommend all the coaches for private lessons. As a mom, I am thankful Excite offers a competitive program but they still allow kids to be kids. Every customer service based company goes through ups and downs, good reviews and bad reviews but I give credit and respect to the owner, Julie. She has listened to customer feedback, made tweaks where appropriate to meet the customer and their needs. This gym offers a full schedule of classes for any level and teams for any levels. Excite has quite literally been the best thing that has happened to my daughter. The gym, coaches, and owner are simply fantastic. You are not just a number at this gym, you’re part of the family. They care about the well-being of the athletes in the gym, they want what’s best for not just the gym but for each individual that enters the doors. This is year #5 for our daughter (she's now 10) and overall we've had an amazing experience! The Coaches LOVE the athletes and know every single child by name. You aren't a number but a person and the kids develop relationships with the Coaches. There is no doubt my daughter is loved and cared for and there is no other gym I would trust more. The Owners have big hearts and it's truly an OHANA/family. Looking forward to seeing how she continues to grow! :)

HORRIBLE birthday party experience!! Completely uninvolved, couldn’t be bothered ‘party host’. On top of lessons and a class taking place in the gym at the same time causing the birthday kids to only be allowed to play in a small corner of the room… the host provided no organized games or activities, no guidance on using the one piece of equipment our party was allowed near (balance beam) and the entitled mother and grandmother who (apparently) had the party time reserved AFTER the one we were at came in and was allowed to make rude, condescending comments for the last 20 minutes of our party (before her time started) about the kids & parents of our party being in the way and taking too much time. The host did nothing in the way of reminding them when their time started nor apologizing to the group we were with for the awful treatment we received.

We will NOT be returning to a facility who clearly does not value their customers. I just feel bad for the parents who shelled out the $ for the party we attended. 😞

Do not send your child to this gym. The owners are cold and uncaring when you have a concern about things. Note that I see a few reviews for this gym done on Google by coaches that work there. It is sad because there are a few good coaches, but there is no ownership and accountability for those that aren’t meant to work with middle school aged kids. We have experienced bullying and favoritism this season and will not return.

If you a re looking for life long memories for your kids to have, this is the place to be! The gym in constantly getting new equipment, and is by far the cleanest gym I have ever been in. Cheer, gymnastic, preschool, and acro programs are all ran with love and care for the kids! These coaches genuinely care for the kids, and are not just another number like most gyms I've been to.

I do not give out 5 stars like cookies, but I just have to go ahead and say that this place really deserves more for what it offers. There is not more that you can ask for really. Also for the price it has this is really bang for your buck. Atmosphere is alright, everyone minds their own business and does their own thing in open gyms, and not much rules to follow but just use common sense and you should be good to go. If you need help on any specific trick you can ask the locals and they will be more than glad to help you. If you live near this place you should make this gym your to go training facility.

absolutely awful staff. DO NOT go here if your intrested in competitive cheerleading. Half of the coaches have almost ZERO experience with competitive cheerleading and are just flat out rude for no reason to the kids that go there. Their spring floors and equipment are all worn down and not up to date. This gym is only interested in taking your money and I highly recommend going else where. Ive had experience with almost every cheerleading gym in the metroplex and this is by far the worst.

My daughter and I have had an amazing time with Excite and Coach Stacy! Coach Stacy is so good with children. She has a new unique class planned every week for the kids, and knows how to make it fun for them. She is kind, loving, and tons of fun. AWFUL! AWFUL! AWFUL! Do not waste your money on this company. I signed my son up for gymnastics once a week. Little did I know that they close ALL THE TIME for ridiculous reasons (Halloween really?!) and don't give make-ups for them! This month, December, my son got to go 1 week out of the 4 possible weeks! Why? Because, it iced one day and the other two days were after holidays, NOT ON holidays, after them! It's ridiculous. And don't even get me started on the classes! The teachers spent the whole time working with the little girls in the class and just let the boys do whatever they want! No instruction or guidance, just chaos! DO NOT GO TO THIS GYM FOR ANY REASON! IT'S NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!
