Been coming to this location for almost two years! The workouts are boot camp style. Variety of body only work like push-ups, sit ups, burpees, etc. Some days we will use cinderblocks for weight for things like curls, overhead press etc. I started here to control my cholesterol and get in better shape - be a better example for my kids and wife. I stayed for almost two years because of the positive results on my health and men who show up beside me each morning.
