I recently moved to Midland and while I was staying at an airbnb till I find a place to live, I decided to join this gym since it was close to my airbnb. When I went there and asked for temporary membership, I was told that I can join the club and cancel my membership when I show my lease and avoid paying $250 cancellation fee. Well, when I went yesterday to cancel my membership, I was asked to show the lease. When I showed them the lease, I was told that since I am not moving beyond 30 miles so I need to pay the cancellation fee of $250. When I told them that I was not informed about the distance, I was told, "I should have read the contract". These people are rude and unethical. Please read your contract and don't trust what they say. I DO NOT recommend this gym.

Clean gym in good location across from the hotels. Has all the big stuff you need and allows drop in’s.
