I returned to Pilates at Fascia FITT after 5 years and a move from another state. I love this place. I feel at age 70, I am doing my body good. The instructors are encouraging, helpful, and attuned to my body issues. Mary and Lara have been amazing. I work hard there.

My body is getting back to my leaning shape as I was in my 20s, got thin on my waistline, lost 3 inches, and 20 lbs within 3 months in.
Sized down on my pants, and just visually could tell I am getting thinner! I am so delightful found this place and started to working out. My body posture which given me chronic pains are fading away as well due to desk sitting job and long driving. Love it!

I loveddddddd this space!! I’m a newbie when it comes to pilates, so I was extremely nervous for this class. However, the instructor and the environment was so welcoming and accepting. The instructor made sure that everyone in the class felt comfortable and even provided modifications when a move was too challenging. There’s not many studios where I felt as comfortable my first time visiting, but Fascia FITT did not disappoint at all!

I had never tried a Pilates class before, and I was blown away by how amazing this workout is! The studio has the most wonderful owners and trainers. I’m so happy I found this place! I did the Classic reformer 1 with Christen and had such an excellent experience. The place was so roomy and had a great reformer as well as other equipment. The class was easy to follow along and though the workout was difficult at times Christen made it easy and gave suggestions. I loved the small class size because it felt like you got individual attention to your form and technique. Parking was easy and all in all a great place to be!

This was my first time ever trying Pilates, Mary was so great and gentle with guidance. I've been feeling so much tightness and pain in my hips for months. I've had chiropractor visits, massages, nothing has been working until today. I literally got the stretch l have been craving in my hip flexors and I feel so much relief. I will be back!

I've been going to FasciaFITT (previously VBodies) since 2022. I've only known this studio under the leadership of Mary and she's taken the brave step this year to rebrand to align with her practice of giving attention to our fascial system. She is very conscientious in hiring instructors who mirror her emphasis of form and technique. Just this week alone, I had a class with Lara and Kayla. Lara's word choice in describing movement and what we should be feeling in bodies is perfection and makes so much intuitive sense. She is a great instructor. Kayla's class today left me feeling less stiff and lighter than when I came in. She is kind and empowering. If you have the chance to take a class with Mary, the owner, you'll be in for a workout (!!) but also more knowledge of how your body works. And any class with Aiden is fun because he's a delight. You leave at the end with a more joyful outlook on the day and a stronger body. I can't speak to any of the powerformer classes as I attend the more class classes. But the powerformer classes are popular so they must be excellent too.

FasciaFITT is incredible, truly. I value the focus on proper technique rather than just trying to push through a class.

Focusing on technique really aligns with the saying “work smarter, not harder” and I like that these days :)

I don’t have time (nor do I want to) be spending hours in the gym just to get a good & effective workout in.

The people there are super sweet and even really helpful. I’m newer to the studio and it’s so nice to have your peers willing to help you in class during an exercise. I was a little confused the other day and my peer next to me was super sweet, kindly correcting me on what the instruction was.

I've been a member here 5 years. When I started, I never exercised, was about 20 lbs overweight, had poor posture & recurring sciatic pain. Within the first year, I'd shed all my extra weight, gained strength, learned about how my body works & how Pilates makes it perform & feel better. Mary & her staff truly care about every person getting what they need from their classes. Their approach is enough challenge to keep things interesting but always offering variations to meet you where you're at. The studio is small, providing individual attention for those who need it. People of all ages & abilities can benefit from FasciaFITT. It's helped me tremendously physically & in my time there, it's become a warm, happy community for me, too.

I'm obsessed with this studio! I've been going to Pilates at a local studio, but one day, my usual spot was fully booked, so I decided to give FasciaFITT a try, and I completely fell in love with it! Alma is a wonderful instructor. Her cues are very clear and easy to follow (despite the workouts being tough! which I love!). I've been a member of this studio for over eight years. Wow! I just love it. The instructors are always top notch. The communication is clear, and the management is perfect. With so many choices of classes that use various equipment (not the least of which are the fabulous reformers with optional weights), you can't go wrong. The classes range from high intensity to classical, restorative, mindful Pilates. The scheduled times make the workouts accessible to all. You also have the option of personal training. Most of all, though, it's just a wonderful, friendly, inclusive community. In summary, Fascia FITT offers both amazing strength training and restorative workouts.

Quite simply, FasciaFITT and Mary have changed my life. For the last 20yrs or so, I've had persistent lower back pain caused by a weightlifting accident in my 20's. I went to chiropractors, sports medicine doctors, PT's, etc., and the pain never went totally away and would flare up when I skied or did other sports. Approximately 5yrs ago I decided to give Pilates a try, and thank goodness I chose FasciaFITT (VBodies at that time). Through consistent training with Mary and others, my back pain is virtually gone and I can do all the sports I love again. FasciaFITT's proprietary method of Pilates combined with their special attention to the fascia has been a lifesaver for me.

This place is so amazing. I really love it here! I started going after I injured my knee and I was able to build muscle strength back. Since then, I've been to so many of the different classes with different instructors and I love them all. I frequent the flows, but have done the Powerformer courses in the past. The integration of the TRX bands and the Pilates tower adds really great variety to get great workouts and keep your body strong and flexible!

Mary is just out of this world amazing! I had chronic pain for two years after my hernia surgery. I tried everything and the doctors told me to kill my nerves. I endured the pain instead because, obviously, I am not killing my nerves. Mary took it away with her comprehensive knowledge of human anatomy and caring and diligent exercises. I can stand and walk without pain and that is such a refreshing feeling. I had lost that ability for two freaking years. I am eternally grateful. I don’t do reviews, but this one had to be written.

I've been going to VBodies steadily for the last year now and I have enjoy each class I've attended. I've taken classes with Matthew, Mary, and Victoria who are all wonderful teaches with their own flow and style.

They are incredibly skilled at body alignment during each movement ensuring you don't injure your body and at the same time, this maximizes your training. I love the cardio and powerformer classes!

Matthew is extremely respectful of each person's body and will either verbally instructor you to correct your movement, verbally instructor and lightly touch your body (very clearly letting you know where is touching), and if it is in a region of the body that might be more private (for example, inside of inner leg to engage your adductor muscle) he will either point or use a block to touch that space. He goes of his way to make sure each individual feels comfortable, respected, and safe.

Matthew is certified through Precision Fitness which is a realistic and body positive/body transformation nutrition program so if you are looking for some nutritional guidance talk with him.

I have been thinking of writing a review about VBodies for a while, but was afraid of not being able to express well enough in words how much I love the classes at VBodies. I'll ry though: I love it! ;-) Matthew is absolutely fantastic. He is very detail oriented, helps you find that switch in your form that makes a whole lot difference, but at the same time is laid back enough so that you are not stressed about how perfect you are doing it. There's a good variety of class styles, my favorites being the Powerformer (a Reformer with weights) and Relax The Back. It's pretty cool that there's always something new in the classes, so it doesn't get boring. And then there are results: better posture, strength, etc. But for me what matters the most is that I finally found an exercise class that I see as a treat to myself. It's that time that I take to treat myself the way that I deserve.

VBodies changed how I look at fitness and self care. I have been going to the studio for over three years. Matthew tailored workouts for me during my pregnancy and I swear that with all the strengthening I did before and during pregnancy with Matthew helped for a healthy post partum recovery.

Matthew truly changed my life but I want to also give lots of credit to the wonderful Catherine and Andrea. Catherine has shown me stretches that helped tremendously with shoulder pain not to mention using vivid imagery to focus during the workouts. There is no doubt that every workout I do has been benefited by all the wonderful VBodies instructors. Every single workout I do, I hear their voices in the back of my head "don't dump the abs", "make it as graceful and balanced as you want", "One vertebrae at a time", "Scoop!".

They all make you sessions at VBodies meaningful, game changing and personable. I always feel so welcomed and happy when I am there.

I've been going to V Bodies for a month and a half and I love it. I noticed a change in my posture after only a couple classes and I feel stronger after every class.

Matthew and Mary are great, even though I attend group classes, the they provide each student with direct instruction to maximize their work out.

I highly recommend giving V Bodies a try if you're looking to increase flexibility, and get stronger and toned. Additionally, every class is different, so you want get bored.

Excellent workout with great instructors and attention to detail. VBodies offers experienced coaching and a variety of workout Pilates Flexibility and Strength and Posture programs. Matthew's experience and background as a coach is impressive. I have taken a variety of workouts that have helped me get more flexible and create more overall strength and fitness at the same time. The results have paid off quickly. I feel better and stronger and have improved my overall fitness in just a short time. The studio also offers a lot of different classes with quite a bit of variety. Overall, I recommend VBodies to anyone interested in improving their flexibility and overall fitness and strength while limited impact and stress on their bodies. Matthew and Lyz are both very experienced and you'll always learn something new in their classes

Vbodies instructor Matthew is really nice and has a very happy, calm demeanor but don't let it fool you. He doesn't know what "let's take a break" means. He's really tough when it comes to getting a workout. As soon as one set is finished, he's going to make you do another set, and another... I've done pilates, on and off, over the years, but no one like Matthew who uses a Powerformer, a pilates reformer and a heavy weight lift equipment combo. His methods really improved my overall health-strengthening my core, relieving body tension, and feeling refreshed. Vbodies is definitely worth my time, energy, and money.

Vbodies is always a great workout! There is so much variety that you are never bored and Matthew is great at giving encouragement and pushing me to my limit all while maintaining alignment and safety. My core and overall fitness has gained serious strength in just two months of coming and without any bodily pain so many other high intensity work outs can cause!
