I have now been a customer here for a year and have worked out at the Lakeway and Westlake locations…it is convenient to be able to schedule workouts via the app at any of their facilities…and it has been an excellent experience. Quick intense workouts with excellent support and results. My body has responded very favorably and I intend to continue for another year.

Friendly instructors, excellent onboarding over several visits and they deliver on their promise of better results in less time: twenty minutes, twice a week with safe equipment. I will never go back to a traditional gym.

I’ve been managing osteoporosis since the early 2000s. From 2017 onward, I’ve taken AlgaeCal to support bone health, and with each DEXA scan, I’d typically see a steady 1.5–2.5% increase in bone density—a good, gradual improvement.
Then came a major shift.
In 2024, after retiring, I made some real changes: I focused on a higher-protein diet, began drinking ionized molecular hydrogen water, and joined The Perfect Workout. After just one year of incorporating their strength training program into my life, my December 2024 bone scan showed an incredible 8.8% increase in bone density—the biggest jump I’ve ever had! I’m now so close to moving out of the osteopenia range.

This workout is amazing! You feel like you have worked out for an hour+ but it is only a 20-25 minute period which makes it easier to fit into a busy schedule and stick with it. When I leave my legs and arms are shaking and the results are fantastic. It has really helped me reverse the affects of menopausal muscle weakness.
The trainers are very informative and professional and even more important….friendly. I would recommend to everyone and especially if your like me and have a problem sticking with a routine. The results keep me coming back.

The Perfect Workout is amazing if you don’t have hours to spend in a gym. You will leave each time feeling as though you have just completed a hard work out that lasted a couple of hours, but you only did a quick 20 minute workout. I feel that my muscles are worked to their max each time.

I was very excited to see that there was The Perfect Workout in my area! I don't have a lot of time to spend at the gym or to figure out what exercise routine I should be following. I wasn't too sure about the machines at first, but the trainers are really knowledgeable, if something doesn't feel right during the workout they will make adaptions on the spot. I've definitely gained muscle and strength and am excited to continue to watch my progress.

Finally.....the perfect workout is exactly that! I have been "training to failure" with other systems including a personal trainer and achieving inconsistent results. This system with the ARX machines are unbelievably consistent. You will have success with the least amount of time! Thomas & Alex are great trainers. They will teach you correct form and how to use the machines on your own.....which makes it affordable for all!

This technology applied to physical and emotional well-being is absolutely fascinating. The coaches in Lakeway, Austin, a young married couple, are super attentive and professional, they will explain everything to you with great pedagogy and respecting your pace.
My husband and I are teachers and we decided to take advantage of our summer to think only about ourselves, so we signed up for Perfect Workout because after the initial free class we were amazed at how much we exercised in just 20 minutes. A month after signing up, we feel more energetic, stronger, less bloated, we sleep better and what I thought was never possible, we achieved it: wanting to go to the gym. perfect workout is our time not only to take care of our body but also to give it a break to our restless mind . 100% recommended (also they have an adorable doggy called Miley who welcome everybody)

This is light-years beyond traditional gym workouts: 20 minutes of fulfilling and challenging work twice a week that one can immediately feel and see results. Thomas and Alexandra are professional, knowledgeable and kind. I recommended it to my wife after just one session and she joined just like that! I highly recommend you check them out.

This place and it's people are amazing. Thomas and Alexandra are the kind of trainers that make it impossible to fail. We love them and this business. It's more than a gym, it's a whole wellness system. Data driven, based on science individual workouts to ensure success. Easy payment options, we used our HSA! The setting is warm, inviting and clean. We felt comfortable as soon as we walked in. We were greet warmly by Thomas, Alexandra and Miley. Perfect is the only word appropriate to describe this gym.

I started at The Perfect Workout in February as a birthday gift to myself. I’m in my mid 40s and after listening to Peter Attia interviews, I was ready to start healthy aging via exercise. I’m also a working mom, so I don’t have 1-2 hours at a time that I can spend at the gym. TPW is the best way for me to get an intense effective workout in the time I have available. I also love tracking my progress with their personalized program. I have gotten significantly stronger in just the last 4 months, and I love the trainers there! Always very helpful and responsive.
