The first thing to fall off my plate when I'm busy is working out. My health was showing it and my energy was very low. I started in January with Eli and I'll give him 5 stars. The workouts are never boring and he listened to my goals.

Last January I decided I was done with half-a$$ed attempts at shaking the extra pounds and toning up. I wasn't doing what I knew I needed to do and decided I was going to go all-in on my health (mental, physical, emotional) and get the professional guidance and accountability I knew it would take. 100ish sessions later - I can say it was, to date, one of the best choices I've made for myself. And I realize that's a bold statement! Eli has taken my very specific goals and kept me accountable. Be warned: this is not a drill! FC workouts/keystone habits are as equally satisfying as they are "hard" -- but I've become one of "those people" who schedules my life around the gym and can't imagine any other way!

Hands down, Kayla is the best trainer I've ever had. When you're serious about meeting your goals, call Kayla. I am dealing with PCOS. I have had several miscarriages and I was serious about meeting my goals. Diet and exercise are really how you control this condition. Kayla knew my goal was to get stronger and have a baby.
I was also afraid to bulk up and Kayla reassured me that weight lifting does not mean having a more masculine figure.
She was right. I started feeling better, then my clothes started getting bigger, and then... I got a positive pregnancy test. I just had my baby in July.
Having Kayla as my trainer has literally been one if the best decisions I've ever made.

I am NOT a gym girl and haven't lifted weights in over 10 years. I wasn't willing to pay $10/mo to workout at Planet Fitness (or Gym Box before that). So, when I say it's a big deal for me to not only join but to also enjoy AND look forward to a workout class, I mean it. Although I already knew Eli and chatted with him on a regular basis, it wasn't until recently that he (finally) managed to convince me to join his Group Fitness Class at the Fitness Cottage that meets 3X a week. Words cannot express how much it has already changed my life! It is so much more than a fitness class. Eli cares a great deal about your overall health and encourages you accordingly. I have never been more motivated and challenged to workout and eat healthy in my life. Eli is extremely gifted at what he does and it's evident he is doing what he was created to do. He takes working out and "getting fit" to a new level and we are all better off because of it. He truly wants the best for each individual. If you are looking to change your lifestyle and want to have fun doing it, I cannot recommend the Fitness Cottage enough! It is worth every penny.
