Welcome to FIFTY/50 Pilates, located in the North Austin/Cedar Park area.

We are a technology-enabled reformer Pilates studio offering both live and virtual instructor-led classes in addition to a first-of-its-kind virtual room that allows you to practice on your own schedule.
We have reimagined the practice of Reformer Pilates. With two rooms, more reformers and more options than traditional studios, you can have access to the Pilates practice you want, when you want it, when it is convenient for you!

Biceps are cool, but have you met a strong pelvic floor?

As a guy who used to think Pilates was just stretching with extra steps, I was not the obvious candidate for this. But then I found Fifty/50 Pilates, and suddenly I’m a reformer machine regular who talks about neutral spine at barbecues. Who am I??

Every instructor here has their own unique style — and somehow, they each manage to explain things in a way even my hard-headed, sports-broken brain can absorb. Whether it’s calmly walking you through the movements or keeping things light with humor while your core is on fire, they all bring something different to the table — and it works.

The studio is modern, clean, and feels more like a spa than a torture chamber. Seriously, it’s spotless. Even the equipment looks like it goes home and gets a facial after hours.

Booking classes is a breeze with their app and the schedule has tons of options that work around anyone’s busy lifestyle. The front desk staff? Top notch. Friendly, efficient, and somehow always remembers my name, even though I still can’t remember what a tabletop is.

If you’re a guy thinking, “Pilates isn’t for me,” trust me — it is. Your body (and everyone around you who has to watch you bend over) will thank you.

Fun fact - never knew what Pilates was til April of this year. I have to thank my wife for encouraging me to do a two week trial at Fifty/50 with her at the beginning of May. We have been going daily ever since.

And here is another fun fact - total knee replacement one year ago - my time at Fifty/50 Pilates has greatly improved my mobility and overall fitness.

While not quite the Cheers of TV lore, there is a neighborhood vibe here. From my cohorts in classes to the instructors to everyone else at Fifty/50, I feel part of a community.

Lastly, as one who never attended a Pilates class till May, the instructors have done an exceptional job teaching and supporting me in every class. And the On Demand sessions allow one to progress at a comfortable pace.

So, a big thank you Fifty/50! So glad you choose to come to town.

As a footnote, perhaps the only one a tad sad is our dog Sky, but we do our best to make up our time away for her.

I started with a trial class just to see how it was and I signed up for a membership right away! Now I’m in my 4th month, and I absolutely love it here. The variety of classes keeps things interesting, and every single instructor is amazing- friendly, supportive, and always making sure we have the right form. The entire team is so welcoming. I started going to Fifty50 Pilates after moving to the area in January, and it’s been wonderful. The studio is always super clean and well taken care of, and the location is so convenient.

The classes are challenging in the best way, and every instructor is warm, welcoming, and really knows their stuff. I’m now 4-5 months pregnant, and they have all been amazing about helping me modify movements and feel confident and strong as my body changes while still supporting me in growing in strength.

An additional perk is the On Demand reformers that allow you to work at your own pace and schedule. You can also filter the workouts to hit specific goals.

I look forward to continuing my Pilates journey here and continuing postnatal as well.

No matter the class or instructor, I always feel supported and challenged. Every class offers layers and thoughtful modifications, which make it accessible for all fitness levels. It’s not unusual to be in a class with people at different stages of strength or confidence—and that’s part of the magic. Instructors like Melinda and Swetha are especially gifted at meeting you right where you are, while still pushing you toward what’s possible.

I am a senior citizen and always considered myself too old for Pilates BUT the best thing I ever did was do the free trial for Fifty 50 Pilates at the end of December and then join for the 2 week trial. During the trial I took a variety of instructor taught as well as virtual classes with the instructors present and at the end of the trial, I was hooked and signed up as a founder member and I am so happy I did!! ALL of the instructors have been so helpful and are always eager to help me make modifications if and when needed. Everyone at this studio cares and you feel like part of a family. I have reached 160 classes and feel better than I ever have🙌🏻Even if you feel like you are too old, come to one of the free trial days or sign up for the 2 week trial for $50. Reformer Pilates and especially Fifty 50 is for everyone🎉You will be amazed at what your body can do and at how good you will feel. I look forward to every class💕 Thanks Fifty 50!!

Highly recommend this Pilates studio! I started going pre-pregnancy and I’m currently 5-6 months pregnant. The instructors are knowledgeable and have supported my goals throughout my pregnancy. I’ve been able to keep up with my fitness throughout the pregnancy thanks to this place. Everyone I’ve met so far at the studio is welcoming and friendly. The studio itself is clean and well maintained- the equipments are wiped down after each person. There are different types of classes throughout the day to choose from. Parking is easy, location is good and easy to get to. I definitely recommend checking this studio out.

I have been on board at Fifty/50 for 2 months and I’m really impressed. There’s a wide variety of instructors, great equipment, a pleasant environment, nice quantity of each class plus the virtual classes and on demand access are like a bonus! I had been seeking out ways to improve my, aaahemmm, mid life body shall we say. This studio has been fantastic at getting me comfortable with reformer Pilates and form dos/donts. If you’re looking for the best Pilates studio in Austin, this is it. Melinda and Sharon are like celebrity coaches—their knowledge is incredible, and they genuinely care about making you stronger. Every coach, including Tia, Shruthi, and Sandra, is highly qualified, helping you perfect your posture and fix things you didn’t even realize were off.

The entire experience is seamless—signing up is easy, and the front desk team is super helpful.

Pilates itself is so underrated. It’s not just stretching; it builds core strength, improves posture, and helps prevent injuries. Once you try it here, you’ll never look back.

Even if you have to drive a little farther than other studios, trust me, it’s worth it come down to fifty/50!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at this studio. I love the variety in the classes that are offered (sculpt/strength, cardio/endurance, yoga/stretch, etc) and that there are many throughout the day to accommodate any schedule. There are also on demand reformers if you prefer to do an individual session with their virtual program. The workouts are challenging and instructors are knowledgeable to ensure you are getting the most out of your class. I joined the 2 week trail for $50 which is a great deal, I feel in love with the program so I signed up for the unlimited membership, which if you sign up right now your first week is free. The front desk staff are very friendly and the instructors are amazing, friendly and very helpful & they keep their studio very clean. They also have a app that makes everything so easy from payment to booking classes. I have asthma so working out has always been very hard for me but pilates is a great way to work out without triggering my asthma. I would highly recommend trying them out!!

I had never done a pilates class before trying out Fifty/50 Pilates in Cedar Park. I purchased the two week trial (which is a great deal) and quickly fell in love with the studio and workouts! Brett and the staff are very attentive and welcoming, they care about what they're doing and who is showing up. It's a very calming, yet challenging workout, and probably the first time I've been excited to go workout at 6 AM before work! I already feel stronger in my core and more flexible in my joints from two weeks. If you're on the fence, I would definitely give Fifty/50 Pilates a try.

Joined as a founding member and so very glad that I did! The instructors and staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. While I am not new to reformer Pilates, the instructors make me feel comfortable and confident in ways to move on the reformer. Finally a local Pilates studio that meets my needs. I recently joined Fifty/50 as a founding member (even convinced my husband to join too) and I love it. It already feels like a business that’s been apart of our community for a while. The owner, front desk staff and instructor are all so welcoming and attentive. Super lovely Pilates studio that I have been awaiting and eagerly anticipating stepping into the studio for a reformer session. Fifty50 studio's space is bright, airy, spacious with an intimate atmosphere of reformers across their space.

Walking in we were greeted by the welcoming front desk, checked in on the iPad to see our station spot. Pro tip: bring your grippy sticky socks as you'll need them for the reformer machines, but they do have some socks for purchase should you forget. I'm a grippy sock fanatic and love their offerings!

I snagged spot 2 and it worked out that I would be facing the mirrors, as spots 1-6 are facing the mirror and where you sit you can see yourself and maintain good form and technique! Melinda was such a great instructor who explained the machine, the technique and also offered hands on correction and more for all of us showing up for ourselves on a 7am Friday Pilates class and it was such a treat to see the sunrise as we wrapped our 50 minutes.

Each spot is very thoughtfully spaced, and with the welcoming support, I can't wait to return for my next class.

Ps. As they're in their welcoming grand opening timing, classes are free til Dec 31! And the founders membership isn't too bad to boot. And they're close for us NW Austin/Cedar Park folks! What's not to love about giving yourself time for health?
