I originally came in just looking for some relief. I’d been dealing with chronic tightness in my back and was seeing a chiropractor twice a week. On top of that, I was navigating anxiety, depression, and ADHD and had made the personal decision to move away from medication.
What I found at Finding Balance Yoga wasn’t just yoga. I found love, support, community, and a space that helped me reconnect with myself in the most powerful way. The level of care, compassion, and genuine connection here is overwhelming in the best way.
Today, I’m proud to share that I’ve been completely unmedicated for almost two months, and I canceled my chiropractor appointments three weeks ago because I don’t need them anymore. Yoga has become not just movement, but medicine, mindfulness, and empowerment all rolled into one.
Choosing yoga over medication and a chiropractor was not medical advice and I’m no doctor… but it is my body and choosing to listen to it was the best decision I could have made. If you’re looking for real balance not just in your body, but in your life this is the place. Forever grateful. 🧘🏽♀️✨💛

Returning to yoga about after about 10years and a few injuries later and Finding Balance Yoga has been amazing for me. Recently healed from a disc herniation and the instructors are great. They give plenty of options for those of us who can't do a full pose, while also having plenty of challenging poses for more experienced yogis. The energy is always wonderful and everyone super friendly and welcoming. If you're looking for yoga near Hutto/Pflugerville/Round Rock, give them a try!

Everybody is very welcoming and helpful. They encourage you to push your limits but in a good way, they never push you to do more than you can. They're always willing to answer any questions you might have. The studio is new and nice. The floor is cushioned which is great for my soft knees.

I have been going to Finding Balance for over a year and half and I absolutely love it! I leave each class feeling positive and great, both physically and mentally. They offer classes at convenient times for all lifestyles, and a good variety of instructors. I also love the community and the energy everyone brings to the studio. It makes you really look forward to coming to practice. They also offer non-yoga classes/events like barre & Pilates. I highly recommend this studio!

I have been coming here for a couple of years. Sandra, the owner, is the queen of keeping things fresh. There are always special events and workshops, updates to the decor, and new class types, times and teachers. Of course there is also plenty of consistency built in as well, so it's easy to get a consistent early AM, late AM, lunch or evening schedule going. A hard "balance" to strike, but this studio does it. They even have thrown in some dance, barre and pilates. Plenty of spiritual and mental health events as well, if that's your jam. Also it is a nice, chill place. You don't need to be able to stand on your head, unhinge your hip and twist your leg around your torso. However, if you're into that, you'll find a teacher that can help you advance your movements. They are all so flexible, open and approachable. Give it try, try lots of different teachers and times (they usually have a special for first timers) and join a community of really nice people focused on movement and general wellbeing. Your mind and body will thank you!

I found this place in December of 2023, and it has been a life changing experience for me. Every time I leave a class, I feel so grounded, energized, and ready to tackle my day. I have tried yoga several times throughout the years and never liked it until I came to this studio. Everyone is very welcoming and down to earth. The instructors are very approachable. It is a yoga experience that can be enjoyed by everyone at their own level. Also, the owner, Sandra, is very responsive if one needs to get in touch with her. I now love having yoga practice as part of my life.

Finding Balance is a solid yoga studio in the Hutto area. All the instructors are great and they have all the equipment you’ll need for class which is convenient. They’re also adding more programming to add some variety. For the price you pay for membership or per class, it’s a good value.

I love everyone here. I always feel like this place is a good start for my day. If you are yoga beginner the instructors go very slow to make sure you understand the moves. If you are more in advance you also have chance to challenge with the flows.
I have been going here 5 months so far and I can feel my body get stronger and more positive energy after every session. We talk, practice and laugh together.

I was SO impressed with this gem located in downtown Hutto! I am not a natural at yoga and have taken many different classes at local gyms over the years but THIS isn’t just a “class” you take, it’s an experience you are guided through with extremely conscientious and professional people. I took a Relax and Restorative class this evening and it was something I have never experienced before! Sandra was amazing and I can’t wait to go back! BEGINNER friendly and their vibe is welcoming which I loved. The hot tea afterwards is a very nice touch!

I'm new to yoga. Not able to touch my toes. Overweight. Not feeling so hot about myself inside or out. Really in need of some self care. Lots of yoga places had pics of over sexualized folks standing on their heads, which just made me cringe! But at Finding Balance Yoga it was a different experience from the moment I found their website. Nurturing is the best word to describe it. A calm, loving, welcoming environment. An it's in an absolutely beautifully renovated nostalgic building in the historic business district. It's clean, smells good, and even FEELS good walking in.
I arrived late, lost (the entrance is located at the BACK of the building), and flustered; and I planned to just leave a note and go home when I saw the session already in progress, but the owner came out to me at the first break she had and welcomed me warmly and said I could still join them.
I couldn't even bend over in the first pose and she was not judgemental in the slightest, gave me extra bolster so I could hold the pose and everyone there was so encouraging, helping me along the way. It was like being with friends.
They are cultivating a very unique and special environment at Finding Balance Yoga that embraces you the moment you walk in so that you feel that you belong. What a marvelous experience! I'll most certainly be back.

Upstairs, in quaint downtown Hutto, you will find Finding Balance Yoga. Featuring small class sizes, complimentary craft tea, and use of equipment and yoga mats, this yoga studio will welcome you with open arms. Each instructor has their own vibes which gives you access to different types of yoga classes. The space is mindfully crafted to serve you and your yoga journey. Check out the unlimited monthly class membership-it is such a great price for all of the classes. As a wise yogi, I welcome you to your new place of practice. It is my home away from home and I can’t wait to share my practice with you. Namaste.

You know when you walk in to a space and immediately “it’s a vibe”… you feel calm, relaxed, chill and think “ok I can exhale now I feel safe and supported here”. Well, that is Finding Balance Yoga.
The studio offers plenty of props and each instructor has their own special way of teaching. I live in Pflugerville and it’s a quick drive to Hutto, I have enjoyed having it nearby!
