I enjoy this pilates studio so much! I started attending at the end of my first trimester and have continued through post-postpartum... although I have had to slow down due to lack of time. Lol Pilates during pregnancy kept me stronger and in less discomfort. Claire is creates the best routines to keep participants strong and stable. She is kind and meets you where you are in your journey. I highly recommend this studio.

I absolutely loved this Pilates class while visiting my sister! It has such a welcoming, boutique-style atmosphere that feels personal and refreshing compared to larger studios. The smaller class size made such a difference, the instructor was able to give everyone attention and really keep an eye on form. A wonderful experience that I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for thoughtful instruction in a supportive setting!

Claire is an incredible instructor and always remembers your name no matter how long it’s been between classes. The studio is beautiful, clean, and always an intimate group which makes for easy personalized modifications. The environment is inclusive and truly a safe space for every level of Pilates!

I took my very first Pilates class at Finding Flow And really enjoyed myself. Mariann is an excellent instructor, giving all the verbal and visual cues needed. She made me feel welcome and made the class fun with subtle humour. The studio is beautiful and well layed out.

Finding Flow Pilates might not be the cheapest studio around, but it’s hands-down the best. I tried a few others, but this one stood out right away—it’s warm, professional, and just has great energy. Every instructor I’ve had has been amazing: super attentive, encouraging, and really know their stuff. I leave every class feeling stronger, taller, and kind of like a more put-together version of myself. Plus, there’s a lovely sense of community here—it’s welcoming without being cliquey, and everyone seems genuinely happy to be there.

This is such a special studio! I’ve been going to Finding Flow for over a year and genuinely look forward to every class. Claire puts so much thought into everything—whether it’s the class flow, the instructors she brings in, or the welcoming, community vibe. The studio is beautiful inside, and the outside building is super cool. As for the Pilates class, fantastic! Claire does an excellent job explaining the positions/movements so that those who are not auditor learners truly understand what is happening. The studio has a welcoming feeling, making the class much more fun!

Claire at Finding Flow Pilates is the BEST. I was looking for a studio to try out with my daughter and I reached out to a number of local studios. Claire was the first to get back to me and offer a free class. The studio is clean, quiet, and easy to find. My daughter and I joined in for one of the beginner classes, taught by Claire, and had a wonderful time. Claire provides clear, easy-to-follow direction and offers gentle pose corrections to make sure you are gettng the most out of your practice. It felt more like a private class than a group class. Claire moves slow and the music is soft and low in the background, so directions are easy to hear. All in all, it was a wonderful experience. We checked out a few other studios (some never got back to me) but Finding Flow was, by far, the most welcoming and educational option.

I love taking classes with Claire at Finding Flow! She gives great feedback and corrections to keep everyone in the small group classes moving well. I particularly like the challenge and variety provided in the intermediate classes and am so happy some new class times have been added recently!

I just took Claire’s class and it was awesome! This was my very first time trying Pilates ever. Claire went above and beyond, she showed the equipment and explained the use of it prior to class and answered my questions before we began. I can tell that Claire is truly passionate about Pilates and teaching others which is amazing to find. Claire verbally explained and actually ended up demoing most of the exercises we did during class. She also told us variations of how we could preform the exercise to make it more intense or less difficult, we were able to listen to her guidance while also tailored the exercises to our needs. Claire offered a free session to try out her studio, I highly recommend trying it out to see if this studio is the right place for you. The studio was very clean and decorated nicely, she plans to add mirrors in the near future. Mirrors will be useful to ensure you are preforming your exercise correctly. The class headcount is 8 people. The equipment in the classroom was well kept and I actually believe it may be brand new since she opened this studio recently. I enjoyed my experience here and I highly recommend this studio! This was such an amazing experience.

I initially tried to schedule some physical therapy sessions a few years ago with Claire when she was still seeing patients but she was out on maternity leave. A Physical Therapist who utilized Pilates sounded like the perfect combination. When I read that she was opening a Pilates studio, I just knew I had to be a part of it! I have been working with Claire in private sessions for 2 months now on some previous injuries and I can honestly say that she is changing my life! She asks questions, she listens, she demonstrates and she gives homework to help make these new movements a part of my everyday life. My ultimate goal is to gain the strength to have pain-free exercise so I can graduate to her classes. Round Rock is so fortunate to have a Pilates instructor who has a background in Physical Therapy (not to mention she's just as sweet as can be!). I sincerely recommend Claire and her Finding Flow Pilates Studio.

I am a hybrid athlete. I have completed a lot of tri's and half marathons. Being active comes with aches and pains. I have suffered from sciatica for years! I tried everything in the book to help with this and nothing was working. I decided to try the pilates "fad" and was hooked! Within 7 classes, my sciatica is 75% better! It feels amazing and I am amazed how I found something that finally helped. If you suffer from aches and pains, I would highly suggest visiting

This was my first time trying pilates, and I wasn't sure what to expect. Claire made the class really enjoyable and relaxed for someone like me who's trying it for the first time. The class was challenging, but not too overwhelming. Claire did a great job explaining each movement and how to use the equipment in a way that made me feel comfortable but not completely clueless.

The instructor was patient, clear, concise and class was amazing for this first timer who is new to pilates and using that reformer bench thingy. She explained everything perfectly and I worked every muscle in my body from my ears to my toes without strain or huffing and puffing

Claire is a fantastic instructor for any level of pilates. I recommend going and getting your first class free if you haven't tried pilates before. Claire will patiently teach you how to use the machine and help you with your form. It is a great workout for anyone and I am sure they will want to include it in their routine!

My wife has been telling me to try Pilates for quite some time and I finally gave in to try it out. Today was my second class with Claire and she has been incredibly patient with someone who had no idea what they were doing. Claire is great with communicating what you need to know and was happy to answer all of my questions about what was happening during certain movements. I was glad she took the time to help me get comfortable and understand the purpose of what we were doing.
I’d highly recommend giving Pilates a try to see if it can help you in whatever fitness or health goals you have! I’ll be back for sure.

I’ve tried a few classes so far at Finding Flow, some that were just me and some with a small group, and have had a positive experience each time. Claire explains how to do each exercise and gives you cues to help you get the most out of the movements. She keeps it moving, but also allows time for transition. I’ll definitely be back!
