Great place to get a work out when traveling for work. Prices are great.
Environment has an old school vibe to it and has all types of machines to target specific muscle groups such as T Bar Row,Hamstring Curl and Hack Squat.
This beats any gym I’ve ever been to I would definitely recommend this place to work hard and break a sweat

Rough, efficient, and rugged. This isn't a feel good, comfortable gym. This is a place made to make you work and it does what it's meant to. Working out isn't pleasant and joyous, it's hard work and this place embodies that with an aura of physicality. If you want to be pampered and spoiled this isn't for you, if you want to work hard in a gym built for people who want to work, this is it.
