The general manager raylyn is unprofessional and not helpful, I was overcharged and they refuse to honor the cancellation their employee gave us over the phone, then charged us more than 6 months later for a bill they claim was unpaid, when their mistake was not noticed for more than 8 months and I did pay I have a charge on my statement. She said no one is higher than her and she is the one who decides and she decided to keep our money.

They won't stop billing me even though I told them I don't live there anymore and I can pay them what I owe them but I can't come in person to fix the issue. I told them I couldn't pay right away so I guess they just decided to keep billing me forever. Not answering the phone and voicemail is full. At this point it just feels like they're stealing from me.

Had spoken to lady in front that I might leave out of state so I was just gonna do the no contract month to month, called and they charged $20 for a keycard that’s probably worth less than $5. Ridiculous, considering this was never mentioned.

fit24 has become my favorite place to workout it's a 10 out of 10 love the fact that we have the fit 24 woman club it's such clean organized environment also a big plus is that we have access to gym 24hr a day 7days a week there is also an area to make u feel like ur right at home in ur own garage and a turf and there is child care for those parents with 👫 if ur looking for a place to workout burn some stress or just even for cardio or classes this is the place to be

This gym is like a home to me and many others. It’s very well kept. Employees are very nice and helpful and are always willing to assist you with any problem you may have. There’s a wide variety of of cardio machines which is different to see since many gyms in Alice don’t have a variety of cardio machines. So if you want a gym with a wide variety of machines and a gym fee at a low price Fit 24 is your place to go.

it's always neat and clean, they have equipment for every workout and the ladies section Is it perfect if you don't want to work out in the main gym.

Great facility!! 24hr access with everything you could possibly need. There's even an "garage gym" in the back that's not climate controlled, just like the one we all worked out in as kids! No contracts, and very affordable monthly or other type rates!! Whether you're in town for work or the long haul, do yourself a favor, ask for Angie, and sign up!!
