Love this gym! They’re 24/7 access and don’t be fooled by how small it seems because there was always another machine or option I could use(even their busiest times). The vibes were great all around and staff is friendly and approachable. I felt comfortable asking for a spotter from other members when needed. If I wasn’t moving this would’ve been my forever gym.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They patiently walked me through the paces and did not make me feel self-conscious about my red face. Lol The atmosphere is inviting and the equipment options are varied like the clients that come in.

I love this gym. It's on the smaller side, but has enough equipment to meet all my needs. It's usually not too full even in peak times, so I almost never have to worry about the equipment I need being in use. The facilities are kept very clean, including the bathrooms, and it's always a comfortable temperature for working out. The staff is awesome and they're all really friendly and approachable.

I wish i could give this place more than 5 stars! This is the perfect gym. The energy and knowledge that you get from the owners/trainers here is second to none. The staff is always eager to help and will to take their time with you. The gym has a very extensive diversity of equipment for whatever your workout needs are: HIIT, traditional cardio, strength training, metabolic conditioning, crossfit, to whatever workout you can dream up. The facilities are very clean, well kept, and a comfortable atmosphere for everyone from beginners to advanced athletes to train at. If you need to get in a quick workout before work, there are locker rooms with showers available. The membership fees are incredibly affordable. I cannot say enough about this place, and I would highly recommend this gym to anyone!

Open 24/7, Clean, neat, staff and owners very friendly and helpful, Equipment is always in proper working order. They have machines and free weights. Two showers in men changing room, and the bathroom and showers are always clean. This gym cost me $25 a month, but its not full of a bunch of 400 lb slobs eating pizza while sweating all over the treadmills like some other gyms I wont mention.
