Tati is amazing and so well at pushing me and our group of ladies to endure past the pain physically. She’s gentle but both encouraging to help us get thru the struggle especially when we are new to the gym. She listens to what we want to work on and motivates us to keep going. Love our circuits!

Reached out to Tati about my goals and training & she scheduled an assessment right away!! The assessment lasted an hour. She took the time to explain equipment, what each workout would target and to get to know me. Stepping out of our comfort zones can be hard but Tati made me feel so comfortable during the assessment. First impression goes a long way and once you've stepped into her gym you'll know this is her passion. Looking forward to more one on one sessions with her!!

We did a couples workout with Tati and let me tell you, she delivered! Shes the trainer that holds you accountable but also understands where you are in the process. It was our first time and we were sweating hard 10min in. We loved how she educated us in everything she made us do and how she watched and called out when and how important it was to keep our form in order to focus on a specific muscle.

I absolutely love her training! She is very knowledgeable and inspiring. She is everything a trainer should be and more! I always look forward to training with her as she pushes me to be a better version of myself. When I first started training with her I thought it would be a breeze as I have been going to the gym. I was wrong and I now know I need to push myself more. Every session I take with her leaves me breathless but I feel stronger and stronger each time. Another thing I would like to add is that she makes you feel confident. I have struggled with confidence my whole life and she's helping me love me again and to be confident in my own skin.
