Bob has added years to my life. I am 81 and have been having balance issues. I tended to stumble a lot and sway and then catch myself. Bob's exercises have changed all that. Bob have an amazing amount of knowledge about how to work out correctly. To rebuild after injuries, but also in general how to get the best workout without injury.

It is an one on one experience, no waiting for machines or equipment to free up. No other people to make a you feel intimidated. Bob will make you feel important no matter your size or fitness level. rarely write reviews, but Bob is a fantastic individual and trainer. He has been by workout guru for over 15 years. I train with him to stay fit and keep injuries at bay. You see, he works you out for whatever type of sport or activity you may be doing. An example is skiing; about two months before we go skiing, he does a ski fit workout for me. It has kept my body from injuries every year. I am not a young woman anymore and don't want to get injured. So if I am getting ready for swimsuit season, he also has a workout for that. Running, tennis, golf - yes, workouts for any sport you can think of.

Every workout is new and fresh each time you go in. Bob knows if something is not right with your body. He has so many certificates he could almost be a doctor. Seriously, try a fit workout- you will be happy you did!

Been working out with Bob for over a year now. Great guy who really knows how to help you. If you have any aches and pains he knows what exercises will fix them, and he can explain the purpose for every exercise you do. Pushes you just enough to keep you progressing but also listens to you when you need to ease up a bit. Very personable. Highly recommend.

I started seeing Bob last December. He's wonderful!! Very knowledgeable and gives you an honest assessment of where you are physically. I look forward to my work out sessions with him. Bob is great! Super knowledgeable and not afraid to give you an honest assessment of where you are at and what you need to do to get into your desired shape. He's professionally certified, he's very experienced and after 4 weeks of personal coaching he's given me the confidence to try what I've learned on my own for awhile. He's affordable enough that once I feel my current exercise routine needs an update I'm looking forward to give him a call and set up more coaching.
