This place is just what I was looking for. After holding onto unwanted weight and just not staying consistent, I went all in, joined and signed up for a 6 week challenge. With the help of an amazing coach, Steph, I worked so hard towards my goal. Even though I didnt quite hit my goal, I won in many different ways. I first met a lot of new people and awesome coaches that are just as much vested in my success as I am. So helpful and willing to show you form and adjustments you may need. Steph was a motivator from a good morning text to a great job today text. Always available to answer questions and helping me with nutrition even when I was busy and on the go. Keeping me pumped up and encouraging me even when life got in the way. The front desk always happy and greeting you with a smile and warning you about todays workout. Its such an inviting and motivating environment. I now look forward to working out and going to the gym. The classes are offered throughout the day making it easy to get in at your perfect time. Fun workouts and you definitely push yourself. I cant wait to continue on my journey to a better me with the help of F.I.T. Lab Mission and the awesome coaches.

A Life-Changing Experience at Fit Lab!
their incredible 6-week challenge is just what I was looking for to jumpstart my fitness journey, and this program was the perfect catalyst for real, sustainable change.

The workouts were tough but scalable, and the community atmosphere was incredibly welcoming. The biggest factor in my success, however, was Coach Esai. His dedication, encouragement, and ability to push you past your limits were exactly what I needed. There were definitely moments I wanted to give up, but thanks to his guidance and belief in me, I stayed committed and saw the challenge through to the end.

Completing the six weeks was one of the most rewarding things I've ever done. I'm not only seeing significant physical results, but the mental transformation has been even more profound. I've built new, healthy habits that are now a core part of my lifestyle.

However, I do have to mention my disappointment with the incentive guidelines for the challenge. I was thrilled to meet my body fat percentage goal, but was informed I was ineligible for the incentive because I didn't meet the pounds-lost quota. The contract states that meeting one or the other qualifies you. Having this not be honored feels misleading, especially since the verbal suggestion to "choose one" isn't what the written agreement specifies.

While I am very happy with my personal results, I advise future participants to get absolute clarity on the incentive rules in writing. Fit Lab provides an amazing support system for real change, but the administrative side needs to be more transparent.

The training program itself is good and I liked the workouts and the team. But the corporate side of the business feels very unfair. They charge extra for almost everything — showing up late, freezing your account even if you’re on a month-to-month plan, and when you want to cancel, you have to go in person to the main office instead of handling it electronically. On top of that, even after canceling, they still bill you for one last month.

I just completed the 6-week challenge with Coach Steph, and it was an incredible experience! I lost 20.3 lbs of fat in just six weeks—something I’d been working toward for months—and I couldn’t be happier with my results. The workouts are fun, effective, and well-structured, and the coaches are amazing motivators who truly care about your success. Everyone at Fit Lab Fitness is welcoming and supportive, which makes every session something to look forward to.

Coach Steph was outstanding—always encouraging, quick to answer any questions, and genuinely invested in my progress. The meal plans were also a huge help in staying on track. I’m proud of the hard work I put in and so thankful for the guidance and motivation I received.

We have been attending for a month, but after today's shocking experience, we will not be back. We arrived 10 minutes late and the coach refused to let our 5-year-old son in, closing the door and telling us to leave. To treat a child so dismissively is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
This arbitrary strictness was especially confusing because we have consistently seen other children arrive much later than that and be welcomed into the class. The lack of consistent rules is a major issue. Furthermore, I have been very disappointed with the quality of instruction. The coach provides no feedback or correction on exercises, letting the kids do things with improper form. It's not a productive or safe environment. It's a waste of time and money, and I encourage other parents to observe a class before committing.

I have about 3 wks working out after 2 & 1/2 years of not working out & 5mths post-partum; if I can do it so can you. Coaches are amazing take you step by step & are always available to answer questions, they push you to do better & more (which I need & appreciate) but ultimately you choose the pace you want to go. I just finished my 6-week Challenge, and I’m proud to say I surpassed my goal! I lost 7.4% of body fat equivalent to 27.5 lbs of body fat mass and gained 5 lbs of muscle. In these six weeks, I improved my eating habits and changed my view on exercising. My health condition is way better, and I feel incredible. I recently signed up for and completed the 21 day shred challenge and in just the three weeks I could already feel a big change and difference in my overall health, body, and mood. In those weeks I was able to drop 12.7lbs and a decent amount of body fat. The workouts will definitely make you sweat! The coaches are great at helping with modified versions if needed of course. Coach Blake was awesome and always made sure we stayed on track with our eating and workouts. Lili made signing up so easy and fun and everybody there from the ladies at the front desk signing you in to each and every coach made the experience so much more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a place to workout and get the motivation you need, this is definitely the place! Looking forward to spending more time here :)

I just completed the 21 day shred challenge and although I did not beat the challenge of losing 5 percent body fat I was still able to lose 6.6 lbs and also shed off 8.6 percent of body fat mass. I was so happy and proud of myself and my results. Thanks to Coach Blake and all the other coaches in general who were always there to support me through my challenge and also thanks to the staff members who are always there to assist and greet you with a big smile. I would highly recommend them.

Good place if you're trying to loose weight, if your just trying to build muscle I would go to a regular gym. It would benefit you to already be in somewhat in good shape and be semi familiar with CrossFit type movements when showing up here because everything is so fast paced that there really isn’t any teaching time. Coaches will give you a quick run down of movements, but soon your on you’re own. A lot of the time you’re doing group workouts of 3-4 people which is also a bit rough because new members are paired with advances members and strength/endurance levels are mix matched. Coaches are always motivating you to go up in weight and want you to speed through movements that it could be relatively easy to hurt yourself if you’re not careful. The coaches are pretty cool, respectful but you do sense a bit a favoritism towards other gym goers at times. Who I believe is the owner is comes in from time to time and just stands in the back, arms crossed just watching which is a bit awkward instead of introducing himself to patrons. Price wise it’s on the high end, $140+ depending on the package you get. They say no contract but it feels like one. Overall if your looking to lose weight it’s a good place to go but if your wanting to bulk up there’s other options out there. A lot of insurances now encourage a healthy lifestyle an cover the cost of the gym membership or a portion of it. I went to the fit lab for close to 2 years and this is what I saw and my opinion only

6 weeks done! I didn’t meet the number I wanted but any progress is progress and I can proudly say I haven’t gained any fat I’ve lost in the last year and a half.

It’s my stress levels, my strength, and my food intake that all improved over the last 6 weeks.

In the last 6 weeks I’ve lost 1.8 in fat percent and 2.8 in body fat mass. I’m proud of the progress I’ve made thus far, but ready to keep pushing. I love my gym and love starting my day with the 5am class. F.I.T. Lab is truly a great gym with wonderful coaches that are so encouraging and knowledgeable. I highly recommend F.I.T. I recently completed the 6-week challenge and I'm thrilled with the results! With the help of the great coaching and intense workouts, I was able to lose 6% fat and improve my overall fitness level.

The coaching at Fitlab Fitness was exceptional. Blake was always on top of things, making sure I was pushing myself to reach my goals while also ensuring that I was following my diet. All the coaches were always available to answer any questions I had and were very supportive throughout the challenge.

I took on the 6 weeks challenge in the hope of changing my terrible eating habits and improve my overall fitness levels. By adjusting my nutrient intake and planning my meals, I've achieved and surpassed the goals I set at the beginning of the challenge.
It takes commitment and tons of will power to stay consistent. However, I would not hesitate to recommend 100% to anyone willing to take the challenge and change their life. Allow yourself to be surprised at how little changes can make a huge difference.

I have been with FIT Lab for over a year and I am constantly recommending them to all my friends interested in a great group workout. Every workout is different and they are constantly looking for new ways to challenge their clients.

The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly and greet you by name as you walk in the door. The coaches are knowledgeable and genuinely masters of their craft, shout out to Coach Ashley & David. I know when they are there, I’m going to be pushed to focus on specific goals and good form. All coaches offer modifications of the workout for people who may be just starting out or struggling with pre-existing injuries.

Even the members are really friendly and always willing to help out a newbie. If you’re consistent with your workouts, you’ll quickly find your people to lean on at the gym. Furthermore, the owners make it a point to keep the equipment updated and clean. My only “complaint” would be the booking application that’s been replaced a handful of times, but I believe this is truly because they are seeking the best app experience for their clients and I don’t hold it against them. Overall, I love this gym and would recommend it to anyone looking for great group training that isn’t CrossFit or the same Les Mills routine daily.

I’ve tried every diet fad know, and never really saw sustainable results, but in just 6 weeks Coach David and Coach Ashley thought me lifestyle changes that I’m proud to continue even after our challenge. Love going to Fitlab! I was never someone that would go to the gym but after joining FIT lab I’ve gain so much confidence. I have a limb difference and didn’t get any judgment from anyone from day one. Workouts are adjusted to my abilities but the coaches still push you in every class. The greatest gym I have ever been to. I have been there two months started at 288 and now I am at 271 with 7% body fat lost. Its not the same old gym going threw the motions its something new every day. The coaches there are awesome and always there to help you push you to your limits and beyond. Six weeks ago, I embarked in a life-transforming journey: the Six Week Challenge.

Was the challenge difficult? Yes. Was it worth it? Absolutely! Would I do it again? In a heartbeat! The challenge holds you accountable. It broke down the person I used to be and helped metamorphize me into someone new. I had to learn to change my eating habits and my water intake—I went from drinking a mere bottle of water to a gallon of water A DAY. I had to say good-bye to many things I loved to eat. I had to show up to the gym—even on days that I lacked the energy or will to do so. There were days that I drove home crying after a weigh-in. Throughout it all, though, I had my coach Ilse that kept reminding me that one bad weigh-in didn’t define me and I was worth to keep showing up for—even when it didn’t feel like it. She coached me and guided me, helping me reflect and make modifications to help ensure success. Then, you start noticing the little changes in your body and clothes, and you pat yourself on the back and are so darn thankful that you DID keep showing up. I also noticed my mood was better, my health was improving, and I felt GOOD. If you’re on the sidelines and contemplating if you should embark on your new life-transforming journey, the answer Is yes. The hardest part is starting, but once you do, keep showing up for yourself.

I did it! I said good-bye to 5% body fat, and I’m not looking back!

When I first googled F.I.T. Lab I saw that they only had 5 star reviews which at first seemed a little bit suspicious. I still decided to give them a try and I am glad that I made that decision. 6 weeks ago I decided to take on the challenge of losing 5% body fat. Although I have been a member of fit lab for a while, it was only recently that I decided to push myself beyond my comfort zone. I am beyond amazed at what I have accomplished thanks to coach Ashley who has pushed and believed in me since the beginning 🙌🏽 I have never felt so accepted and part of a fitness community as I do in fit lab mission. F.I.T. Lab Fitness has been absolutely amazing. I joined their gym because I needed a different experience and I wanted to get a good jump start on my fitness goals. I decided to start one of their 6 weeks challenge. The experience was difficult, but quite rewarding. In 6 weeks I lost 15lbs and a little over 6% body fat. Their trainers offer a lot of wisdom, guidance, and support along the way. Classes are an hour long and you leave sweaty and tired, but satisfied. Joining Fitlab Mission has been the best decision I could have done for myself. For 1 year I lacked motivation, ate unhealthy, did not exercise and gained a lot of weight as I wallowed in my grief. 6 weeks ago, I decided to make a change in my health. I highly recommend fitlab fitness everyone here is very professional and helpful. Since I've been here I've been treated like family and have gotten a ton of encouragement. All the coaches are great at motivating you to do your best. I was able to complete a successful 6 week challenge with the help of my coach Ilse she was there every step of the way meeting with me and making sure that my workouts and eating went well I won't have been able to do it without her. It's a combination of amazing customer service, top notch fitness equipment, and coaches that motivate you to better yourself.

Upon entering the building you are warmly greeted...the facilities are not large but the space is efficiently used to maximize it's potential.

Classes are offered every day and they change the workouts all the time so they don't get redundant and so you don't get bored.

I recently finished my 6 weeks challenge and I totally love this place. The coaches push you to do your best in every workout and are very knowledgeable. In addition, you get a personal coach that helps you with the nutrition part of the challenge as well as keep you motivated. There was a point during week 4 that I though I was not going to make it, but thanks to the guidance and motivation of my coach, Ashley, I was able to complete my challenge. Overall, I lost 18.8 pounds of fat and 5.4% body fat. The best part about Fit Lab is that they offer classes all throughout the day, so you can go when it’s more convenient for you. Before going to F.I.T. Lab I hadn't stepped foot into a gym in years and was very nervous. But all the coaches are amazing and remind to take everything at your pace, but give you goals to challenge yourself. I just ended my 6 weeks challenge and exceeded my goal . Coach Ilse was AMAZING! She accommodated to my schedule and daily life! Was able to provide me with meals that I enjoyed and were quick to make as a teacher. Every check in with coach Ilse was the encouragement I needed to continue. Signing up for this challenge was difficult but had the best support with the trainers and other members at the gym. My goal was to lose 5% body fat and ended with 6.2% loss! I’ve just completed my 6 week challenge with David as my coach. I am so thankful for his knowledge and modifications during intense workouts where I was struggling. This is the REAL DEAL. I had a great time working out at FIT Lab. I joined for the 6 weeks challenge and it was TOUGH but the results speak for themselves. Everyone from the front office staff to the trainers were really cool and they really encouraged me even though the tough spots. What I really liked was the trainers were always looking out for the newer members to make sure they had correct form and were ready to answer questions. Completed the 6 week challenge, and I can see the difference but most importantly I can feel it. My endurance and strength has increased exponentially as the weeks went on. With the encouragement of the coaches, I was able to keep pushing myself at every workout. Coach David will definitely push you but it's that push you need to realize how much stronger you really are. All the coaches are friendly and more than willing to help you. I absolutely love FIT Lab, I debated for a while before joining just because I knew it would be pricier than your typical TruFit membership but I wish I would've joined sooner!! The coaches are amazing, always encouraging you and ready to help or modify a workout if you need them to. Before joining FIT lab, I had not exercised in a long time, I was really out of shape, and I knew it was finally time for a change so, I decided to try FIT Lab. After trying a few of the classes at FIT Lab, I decided to try out the 6 week challenge, and it was so worth it. The workouts are always changing, so you never get bored with your workouts! The staff is very friendly and always helps you with form to ensure you are properly demonstrating the exercises and don't get hurt! I always felt amazing after each workout and found the coaches to be very motivating! I started to challenge myself by increasing the weight little by little each session, and accomplished what I never thought i'd be ever able to do!
