Well in my experience I tried to call several times and even left a message and my number. I did this about 2 weeks or so before this post, and still have never gotten a single bit of attempted contact. I even came by in person like 2 days later to try and speak with someone since I got no answer or return call, and no one was there. Someone that worked at the gold shop said to text. And well for one I didn't know that was an option. And 2 what is the point if a phone call and voicemail doesn't work. If that doesn't achieve nothin in my experience and or from what I've seen in life texting wotn make it happen no faster. So this person may possiblu good at what they do, but as for my acts attempts and or opinion this is not something I find to be worth tryin to utilize from cause I wasmt able to... I guess I will have to seek other sources of fitness. And I just turned 40 so this would've been good for me.. but like I was told when I was younger... expect disappointment and ya won't be disappointed... oh well I guess. Int he concept of obtaining business If one wants business a very key important part to that is to actually return the attempted contact to obtina such business acts.

I started coming to Fit Over 40 Dallas the same month I turned 48 years old because, at this age, I could tell I started losing a lot of muscle mass. I am not interested in the local gyms because I never feel like I'm "welcome", especially in the free-weights area of the gyms. Chris's place is not like a typical gym - it's large enough to have all the types of equipment you need, but small enough so that you feel welcome, and like part of a "family". My goal is to build muscle, and that's exactly what I've done in my 4 months (so far) with fit over 40 dallas! I have never been this tone in my entire life, and I'm motivated to keep going, purely because of my results! I want MORE results, and I know Chris will help me get there! I also have a shoulder injury and Chris tailors my work outs to help build strength in my shoulder so that I can eventually move on to building muscle there too. I highly recommend Chris and Fit Over 40 Dallas

Chris has been my Personal Trainer for over 3 years. My wife started working out with him also. We each do two separate 30 minute workouts with him every week.
