Nic is a life changer!! I had the pleasure of training with him over a 6 month period and I had a completely different body by the end! I was stronger, faster, and in the best shape of my life. I would recommend his services 1000 times over!! He cares so much for his clients, he's committed to your success, and a lot of times he's not just watching, he's getting down and dirty with you. 10/10 I would highly recommend!!

Nic has been my trainer for over 2 years. That says it all! He is excellent at his job because he not only knows extensive workout routines but he is aware of body structure, muscle function, and how to exercise to avoid injury which helps me because I'm 70 years old. He is kind and fun to work with but will push you to reach your potential ability. He stresses warm up and stretching after a workout. Sometimes he even works out with you! His schedule easily allows you to find a time to workout through Zoom or at his Gym at home.
Nic has all the qualities of a good trainer. He knows nutrition as well. You can trust him to do what is best for you. If you have limitations, he can suggest routines that work around them. Give him a try. You won't be disappointed!

I have been training with Nic for 2+ years. Deciding to partner with Nic was the best decision I ever made. He helped me turn my life around and take charge of my health. He works with you on a personalized plan with cardio, weightlifting, and nutrition. He teaches you appropriate form and familiarizes you to different exercises, so you don’t feel intimidated going to the gym by yourself. Can’t recommend him enough!!!

Nic is a wonderful trainer and personalized every session and routine based on your needs. Nic trains myself and my 9 year old twin boys. He gamifies the workout so my kids have fun and also get fit. When I had Covid I decided I wanted to change my life. I reached out to him and said once I tested negative I wanted to train with him. During that time Nick checked up on me even though we had never even met. He truly did earn my business. Starting our workouts I knew he was the right trainer for me. Nik is so easy to work out with. I by no means mean it’s easy, but he is very down to earth and makes you feel comfortable without judgment.
