fit20 helps people of all ages win back their strength and vitality in 20 minutes per week. The fit20 training method was built on decades of scientific evidence, and by utilizing this science, fit20 has created the most efficient and effective way to improve your health and fitness. The movements are slow, and the resistance is optimized for each person. Together with a personal trainer, our members work towards maximum effort on six pieces of specialized equipment. Also, training at fit20 is by appointment only. This has made the transition into a socially-distant environment seamless and allows us to maintain the highest levels of safety and service possible. I was pretty sceptical before joining but finally decided to give it a try since it was sure to be better than nothing which is what I was previously doing. Wow! Listen to this. You aren’t going to believe it, but it’s true. 20 minutes. Once a week. No other exercise needed. Personally designed resistance training in a quiet clean environment individually led by a professional trainer. I didn’t believe it either. Now I do.

I have always had trouble with strength training as I get spasms in my shoulders easily. With this workout once a week, I have not had any trouble gaining strength like I have had in the past. Mark has helped me gain strength and confidence that my goals are attainable. No excuses when it's only once a week for 20 minutes! Amazing to see results in just 4 visits that my muscles are a lot smoother now. I am telling all my friends to come workout now!

We decided to go to Europe this summer late last summer and I knew I had to be stronger to negotiate the walking and stairs. I started walking and joined Fit 20 after the first of the year. I was not sure this would work but I gave it my best and in September I went to Europe. I was strong enough to walk and managed 720 steps in the salt caverns of Poland. We walked between 5 and 7 miles a day. I would never had been able to do this without the help of Mark and Fit 20. I have come a long way and am still getting stronger. I would recommend anyone to this program. Thank you Mark.

I have to say I was a little skeptical about working out only 20 minutes and actually feeling and seeing results. After 4 months, I can see major improvements and they slip up on me. My abs and core are getting stronger and stronger. My back and arms have seen such a positive change, that I can lift like I could when I was much longer. But this week, I found that I can walk on my tip toes which, due to years of ankle injuries, I have not been able to do in years and years. That was a thrilling feeling. Mark is a wonderful trainer who listens, encourages, and challenges me. He understands the physiological aspects of the body and knows how to get the best out of it. Mark is exceptional and I cldnt believe this kind of work out was possible! If you have a busy life this is the place for you and the workouts are sooo excellent! I wish it wld of existed all those years ago! If you want a great workout in 20 min and 1 day a week this is the place! No more 3 times a week stuff, of course you can still do cardio but weights is right here at Fit 20 on Mason Rd. I did Boot Camps which worked you out but this work out is just as effective! Give it a try!

Ok, I was skeptical at first... just 20 minutes ONCE per WEEK? But I've been working out there now for 4 months with Mark, the owner and trainer, and I have FELT SO much Better since the end of month 1. I'm 45 and ever since 40 I've been feeling myself just get weaker. Now I can SEE the results on my fit20 charts... I've grown 27% in strength in 4 months!! This is no joke... my kids keep asking me to flex so they can feel my muscles. lol Call, Join, Feel Better... this is an excellent program, and Mark couldn't be better.

Let me be honest here! I am out of shape, hated working out, and NEVER wanted to see the inside of a gym ever again!

Your Fit20 studio has been great for me. Recently coming from Physical Therapy for a small back issue, I needed a place to continue a full body exercise with a knowledgeable coach ( as I would otherwise procrastinate ).
