Week's after beating head & Neck cancer I was involved in a motorcycle accident that left rods in both of my legs screws and pins to my ankles. And my hips were all messed up..
I was depressed, pain racked my body.
To say I wanted to give up is an understatement.

This guy, let tell you guys something...
Not only do they not try to sell you anything, you can ask questions interact and goi ndepth with what you're dealing with, ( it's not all phisical) he definitely guided me threw the step of obtain ning a New Mindset.. this was a key element in obtaining my goal to walk again.. you guys would think I'm lying I told you I'm better than before, as I sit here and shake my head, it's true...

Super clean and he listens to you and is there to help you reach your goals and he talks and laughs with you he makes it enjoyable while working out I'm glad to have him as my personal trainer.. Nathan is helping me reach my goal of loosen weight getting in shape and toning up so I'm healthier not only for myself but my kids so far I have noticed a big change is energy me wanting to get up and do stuff and more motivated

Everyone needs a trainer like Nathan! He works with both me and my daughter, and somehow manages to make every workout both fun and challenging. Since training with him, I’ve gotten noticeably stronger, more toned, and a lot more consistent with staying active. Nathan always brings great energy. He knows how to push us just enough without making it feel like too much, and he keeps things interesting every session. He’s also great about helping with nutrition and giving us workouts for the days we can’t make it in. He’s one of those rare trainers who genuinely cares about his clients and their progress. When I first joined around March 2023, I had just had a knee replacement the October! I could not squat down and pick up things, I could not climb long stairs and I could not climb up into a pickup truck! Nathan at fit4change Worked with me for several months getting me back into the gym and back into a comfort zone where I could work out again on my own I’m 57 years old when I first came to Nathan, he worked with me for several weeks just to see and help me with my weaknesses. He re-introduced me to exercise in a very slow and deliberate fashion to keep me from becoming injured. I have two bad knees and I’ve had a shoulder surgery after working with Nathan. I don’t feel any of the aches and pains in the knees or shoulder that I used to Training first class and exactly what I needed

I signed up for personal training with Nathan last year and I should say he is a man of results. He knows which program suits best for your body type to targets right areas. He has a very good knowledge on different workout types and every session is different and challenging at the same time. I have learned a lot in the past few months and excited for whats to come next. Glad that I took a step and enrolled in personal training.

I can't recommend FIT4CHANGE enough! Nathan is extremely knowledgable and motivating while simultaneously being extremely personable. He gave me some exercises to do after a knee surgery that restored balance and strength to my affected knee/leg. My leg is now stronger than it was in my 20's and I have virtually no pain. There is no one else I know that I would trust more to guide me through recovery from injury, or improving my general fitness. Thank you, FIT4CHANGE!
