This group has been so life changing for my mental and physical health. Being a stay at home mom is difficult when you don’t have a village-or even if you have a very small village. On the days that I go to workout, I spend time outside intentionally moving my body and socializing with other moms, which does such wonders for how I move into the rest of my day and my mood. I love the field trips and mom’s night outs that they offer. It’s honestly such an uplifting community and it’s so much more than any Facebook group or YouTube video can give you because it’s real, in person, social interaction.

I don’t even know where to start, F4M is amazing. I love the community we all support each other and motivate each other. My kids love it as well. My kids love going to stroller strides and being involved, live the field trips, and craft every Friday. They look forward to going. I’m more fit than I have ever been. I love that I don’t have to worry about my kids while I workout because I get to bring them with me.

The PPD was REAL after having my baby boy. Fit4Mom literally saved me. I was hesitant because I’m socially awkward around new people. But this New Year my goal was to do things that are completely out of my comfort zone. And that’s exactly what I did. I attended my first free class back in February 2024, and have LOVED this community of mamas ever since. I look forward to attending these classes, they’re so much fun! I sometimes forget I’m even there for a workout, I enjoy myself there and being able to bring baby along is such a blessing. I get to share this experience with him as well!

Before finding fit4mom, I had felt quite lonely 2 months after having my baby. My sister told me about the program, but I hesitated. I wasn't sure if I could complete a class with my baby. Eventually, I decided to try it, and I am so glad I did! I usually take my baby along in a stroller. When he is fussy, I use a baby carrier to strap him onto me for extra weight while working out. The instructors are all very welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. They sometimes hold and play with my baby while I get a workout in.
Whenever I attend a class, I have so much fun laughing and talking with other moms while pushing myself, which has helped me stay happy and active during my postpartum journey.
My older daughter loves coming too!

Fit4Mom has saved my life. Both mentally and physically. I joined when my daughter was 13 months old. I didn’t have a girl friend in this city to hang out with in person during my pregnancy and the first year of my daughter’s life. I had my family and my husband, but I needed that girl friend to hang out with and talk to about girl/mom stuff. I felt so alone and my mental health was crippling. I hadn’t worked out in over 2 years before I joined, so improving my physical health was out of my comfort zone. The day I joined, I felt the warmth and kindness from every single one of these moms. I knew this group of ladies was something special. Now, 6 months later, these ladies are some of my closest friends that I get to go shopping with, grab a coffee with, get my nails done with, and share stories about all the struggles and challenges that comes with being a mother. It’s only a bonus that I get to improve my physical health as well! Improving my physical health has helped with my mental health as well! 33 pounds down and more goals to reach! I know I will achieve them now that I have Fit4Mom!
